I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. First flaw is that the chicken on a buffalo chicken wrap out to be chicken tenders. Hands down choice. The thinly chopped mess they put on this one seemed slimy enough to have come from the pizza toppings from the night before. The tortilla was soft and chewy. No issues there. The balance of the flavors was off. Hot sauce dominated everything, there was not enough blue cheese to balance the hot sauce. The redeeming factor for me were the fries. They have raised the delivery fee to 4 dollars, there is a fee for using a credit card, and today, I ordered a sandwich which had gone up in price, plus there is a buy local fee added to the total. Disorganized, poorly run, unprofessional. Willing to lose a customer over THIRTY SEVEN CENTS! I Used to visit Jumbo allll the time. Recently moved back to the area and was looking forward to giving them a call. Sadly, they must have new management. Placed an order for delivery-- came to $11.63. At this point I am advised i am a "couple of cents " short of their minimum delivery of 12.00. It was just me eating and so I didn't want to order any additional items-- I offered to have them just charge me the difference or charge Me for a sauce--- the guy on the phone and checked with the boss-- that was a no go. Asked to speak to the boss-- am out on hold for 6 minutes at which point a guy gets on the phone and says "jumbo pizza what you want" I explained what was going on and it was like talking to a brick wall. Advised I was a regular years ago before moving away-- offered to pay the difference to get me to the minimum, offered to tip the driver extra--- all met with confusion and lack of any desire to help the customer. I told him I didn't want to continue to argue over .40 and called another establishment who promptly took my order, with no delivery fee or minimum. Avoid jumbo. Incompetence all around, I am sure the food has followed this downward spiral. read more

My husband and I ordered from this restaurant because we were craving pizza and this place was recommended to us. We ordered a half cheese-half veggie white pizza and an order of fries. The pizza itself was really good, but the fries were a little overcooked. The reason why I'm giving this restaurant a lower rating is because of the delivery. First time trying this pizza. We were amazed. It was like an oasis in a good pizza desert. Awesome. Crust was a perfect mix of crispy and chewy. Cheese was perfectly layered. so i'll start by saying, for $20 total - we got 2 HUGE pizzas, and a decent size order of curly fries. awesome freaking deal. the pizzas are not only huge (talking about the jumbo sized ones), but they are really freaking good. i'm a chewy crust and cheese kinda guy, and the crust was fluffy and chewy, and so was the cheese. sauce had good flavor too, and growing up in an italian family, i know when sauce sucks. curly fries were pretty good as well. they sat in my car for 5-10 minutes before we ate them, so they got a little soggy, but they had good flavor, just that TINY bit of spice that is so standard in curly fries, and a good texture to them as well. if they were fresh they woulda been even better. the staff was real nice as well when we went to pick up the order, and everything was ready in like 10-15 mins. awesome stuff. considering i live like 2 mins down the street, i will be back here whenever i have a pizza craving, and i also consider you guys give it a shot. read more

Better than carry out quality with pride of preparation and great delivery. This place is my backup when I don't make it to the market on time. All grilled chicken items hot/cold are the best of the best with quality that far exceeds carry out expectations. Chicken Ceaser, Chicken Steaks, Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Alfredo, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches are all excellent. Conversely, avoid the fried chicken items especially wings that were almost inedible each of the three times I have ordered. Meatballs are great, Salads are made with a high quality mixed greens with fresh tomatoes, red onions, cukes, and carrots. Caesar salads can be bitter with too much lettuce core. (Skip the fattening salty garlic knots.) Cheesesteaks are consistently good. Great club sandwich too. read more
