He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again. He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose. After a tremendous amount of digging, much of it done by Travis himself, he successfully replaced the entire water main line from my garage to the street. Travis truly went above and beyond at every stage, from the initial emergency repair through each challenge that followed.
