First this review is due to the complete lack of sympathy when it comes to a cancellation of a child's party. I scheduled my reservation on Monday 11/4/24 and on 11/6/2024 my son was in an accident and is forced to have surgery which will put him down for at minimum 8 weeks. I emailed the party place immediately and let them know it was not a choice we would need to cancel indefinitely until we know the outcome. I received an email back from Janet telling me I could get %50 of my deposit back. Which I never signed a contract and they claim I agreed to it but failed to provide my signature. I explained the issue and provided a screen shot of my child's doctors paperwork and then nothing. No response, no nothing. I would NEVER EVER recommend such a heartless money grabbing company to anyone! God for bid someone has a family death. Too bad you don't get your deposit back. Oh and I will be fighting this with not only my bank but the California attorney general has a complaint filed. What a horrible heartless company and fraudulent "agreements" read more

This place is the cheapest jump location in SD. I've been to 4 different spots and they are pretty much all the same concept. This spot is the closer to the freeway and even though they didn't have enough employees to run all the attractions they handled it with a little bit of a wait. Loved that they had big screen tv area so I was able to watch the football game while my son played lol read more

Celebrated the youngest son's birthday just this past Saturday with family and friends! Love how spacious the area is. Jumping around was fun, but sometimes the supervisors just leave out of nowhere, leaving kids alone in places they need to be supervised. also charged 9$+ fee for online service. Right when you walk in you are met with a bunch of arcade games that are 1$ a swipe of you can try different climbing equipment for a few swipes. The main climb attraction requires children to be 55 inches or taller. The place is designed for older kids I would say 5 or above. My 3 year old loved the jumping portion. However, my biggest concern is a lot of springs were just sitting on the trampolines, when brought to the employees attention they just threw it in a corner on the floor. Several safety violations just saw within 30 min. Basketball court was closed down by just putting a bunch of junk in the way. It's also very dusty inside and foam pit was very dusty. I give it 3/5 stars because the concept is nice but it seems like it needs to be renovated or a deep cleaning along with a safety check. What if a kid steps on a spring or worse. read more

Have been here a few times for birthday parties.. it seems best for grade school kids, they'll have fun and also wear themselves out. It's a large open space facility with trampolines, large foam pit, and various other activities for kids that aren't afraid of heights. There's a small concession counter where you can purchase snacks. The party rooms are a bit small, but you can also reserve tables for parties on the main floor. Just a warning, the parties I've gone to with my kids were on weekends, and this place is ridiculously busy!... there's a lot of people everywhere. This is one of our favorite places to go with our kiddos , they love all jump parks . Recently, Jump Around in Chula Vista, was updated. They have a huge bounce house ( approximately 1500-2000 sq ft) in the back. The bounce house only has three windows for parents to view are only on the front of the jumper. The large entrance is blocked for viewing. I went inside to supervise my children because I couldn't see clearly through the windows and there were lots of areas you can not see. I am not comfortable not being to have eyes on my children in a public place. No access on the sides or back of bounce house. One staff member in there at a time. It was literally the Wild West in there. I went inside to sit supervise my kids without paying for a wristband. There was not any seating or areas available to see them in all areas of the bounce house. I was asked to leave unless I was not willing to pay for a wristband and socks. I explained my concerns with the safety of their bounce house especially when you can't see your children in all areas 100%. I was still asked to leave if I didn't want to purchase a wrist band and socks. Everywhere else at Jump Around is opened in all other areas for the parents to supervise their children 100%, EXCEPT FOR THE GINORMOUS BOUNCE HOUSE. read more

I went their for my cousin birthday party with a large party and has a great time. I usually go to this place on average once or twice a month . I love it because my kids get very tired and love jumping around. They have many activities like rock climbing, a climbing obstacle, and different challenges for kids. For my cousin party their was face painting and had a princess for the theme party for a 5 year old girl. They have a lot of very young employees and have full of energy to keep up with our kids making sure they are having fun. Great service and highly recommend this location. This place is ran by kids. No adults over 25. So when two adult Young men trampled on my daughter causing a back injury, the staff member who was about 12, just stood there looking timid. My husband approached the him and went to look for a manager who was also a young man himself. He told her to make sure no one ran in the area and left. This was the problem in each bounce area. Older kids trampling and bullying the smaller ones. Staff were too busy jumping and making flips themselves. Not a place for kids 9 and younger. The pizza is horrible! The workers had attitude and seemed to not know the answer to some basic questions you'd expect them to know. It was very hot inside. The workers all had resting b faces and were unapproachable, with their crossed arms and looks of boredom and unamused. Only a few were smiling, however the ones we interacted with did not. They didn't reinforce the rules on the signs, which was fine but was something that we noticed. The layout is much different than it was before and I don't know if it is worth the price I paid for. There was also no ice and no water at the water fountain. The kids were dehydrated to say the least. Noticeably dirty areas. Sad to see how much lower the place has gone since the last time we came. The teenagers working the place just make it insufferable. I'm not usually one to do reviews but do better. read more
