This was my experience TLDR: The teenagers staff that work here are rude. The activities are actually really fun but you need the help of the staff to put on the rock climbing gear and when they seemed annoyed when you would ask. They would help you put on the gear with an attitude and that's why I'm giving this place a 2 star. Having quality staff is an important part of providing a good service, and 6/7 staff members that my family interacted with were rude and treated us with an attitude. My family and I went to jump around for my brothers birthday and we were really excited for this but the way the staff treats people makes it not a fun time We went to the jump around at 4pm and the staff came off as really annoyed that they had to help anyone I don't think you should get bothered because you have to do your job I'm not going back to this place read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. We purchased a party package for today that was said to include a room. When checking in we were seated at tables for our birthday experience. Management provided no resolution and deflected from it being possible that it could have been her staff lack of guidance and knowledge of the party package added. Jump around is pretty cool... for kids. The setup is good, however the location of the party rooms is kind of odd. I get why they're there but still. Speaking of party rooms: They are super small! Not very well ventilated, and if I'm being real: it's sucks that it only has one door. If you're having a party there, obviously you have to know it's going to be loud, so just open it and make it a bay. Having one tiny door for in and out makes it really crowded. Yeah you got 4 tables in there to maximize the room, but the people are not comfortable... trust me!x Also, having the wall and tower climbing things right in the middle is super traffic jamming. Here's what I don't get: Okay so you have the toddler trampolines way back in the corner... okay got it, but because they are so far, many parents don't really know it's there so they don't go all the way back. Then you don't have a staff person there to not let big ass kids run in there, because they do and they end up knocking kids over. The first trampolines they see are the ones at the front which is the general population ones where the adults and teenagers are at. So then the parents let the small ones go there and what happens?.... little kids get knocked around by the big jumpers running like wild animals across the jumping area. Scary man! No wonder you have everyone sign a waiver. I'm sure people's kids get hurt all the time with all that running around traffic. Speaking of adults in the trampoline area: I'm 36 and pretty active myself, but jumping and twirling on a trampoline is not even in my scope of fun things to do. So when I see old ass dudes running around, jumping and twirling and almost running over and knocking over babies and toddlers who are at this place, is really disturbing to me. Not the place's fault, it's more of a an issue with adults who look at the kids as an annoyance because they are in the way. Yes, I get adults feel like kids pretty much all the time, but when your 45 and running and jumping around and almost knocking over a 4 year old then you look at them like "why are you in way".... dude you need a hobby or a girlfriend/boyfriend. Teenagers in the jumping area. I'm okay with this, but they're should be traffic lanes or at minimum more than one monitor(s) in the jungle. The ones that were monitors when I was there didn't really say shit to anyone. They just stood by the front and limited the number of people going in, while the babies are over there getting jumped and ran over by adults! Foam Pit: BLOCK OFF THE SLIDE LANDING AREA!!! I don't know how many times I saw the dude up by the top of the slide having to yell at Little kids to move because someone was going down the slide. Just block it!!!! Over by the balance beam, same thing! Just block it off! Little kids obviously like to crawl around the foam pit and they continue to almost get squashed by the falling people. Just block it off!!! Same with the ladder craw thing. Block it off!!!! The basketball hoop is pretty cool. The Dodgeball area is cool too. The balloon one is pretty whack... and gross. Especially inside the ball. The arcade games don't even work half the time. Fix them, or get rid of them. The staff, depending on how they're feeling are pretty helpful. But some of them do a good job avoiding you or making it seem like they didn't hear you. Overall, the place is cool, but a little clearance or traffic redirecting would be nice. And opening up the party rooms too. Those rooms suck. read more

Disgusting! Facility is very dirty. Small kids jumping area is very dark because light bulbs are out. Sponge blocks are so old need to replace them .. so unsanitary. Dodge ball area need better supervisor system because mixing small kids and big kids causes injuries. My son got hit by ball in face so hard and it was tragic. Purchased foods such as donuts tasted terrible and found out they are expired. Owner needs to hire more employees for speedy check ins, cleanings and more. We had my granddaughter's 4th birthday here. We paid for a room. We ended up sitting outside in concession area because a room is very small. The room also was HOT. There are large fans in each one, but we were told they weren't working. Staff is young and don't really act like they enjoy their jobs we paid 500 for the room. We ordered extra pizza and drinks. Bill was 630.00. Pizza was like the cheap frozen pizzas. On the other hand though, this kids had a wonderful time. So, next time we will just get a table and do it the easy cheaper way as the room is a waste of money. Also they do expect a tip as well, for what I have no clue. Birthday Party Buyer Beware!!!! I booked the second tier birthday party for my kiddo's 11th birthday and at the end they give you a highlighted suggested gratuity sheet. To my shock, they wanted me to tip on the ENTIRE amount of the party. Sure, they have someone greet you, they give you a "server" but what do these "servers" do? Mine passed out pizza one time. They did not clean up as the kids were done eating, didn't serve seconds, didn't pass out drinks, didn't do any check backs and didn't even offer to help do the actual setup. I walked into the room and they had plastic table covers on the table and socks out- and not even the right amount of socks. So here is my question: why am I expected to tip 20-30% on a $600 bill for someone only passing out pizza? They are asking you to tip what should be reserved for fine dining. I am a good tipper and I tip what is fair and I did leave a tip because they pressure you so hard at the end and there is so much going on that you don't really have time to think. Would I have been alright only tipping on food? Yeah, maybe but again.... The ENTIRE party? This was definitely not good service as I did mostly all of the work. I will not be booking anymore birthday parties here and if you do, be prepared to be majorly pressured to add an obscene tip at the end. read more

Have been to quite a few parties at this location the past 4 years (aside from 2020). You get a wristband even if you are not participating and must sign a waiver for all parties that enter the building. I can't attest to the treatment for people who come in without being a party to an event. Have only been in the small rooms although I know that the middle partition can be removed to open up for larger parties. For a party of 20, they provide 3 sit down tables, cubbies in the back (for shoes), a room fan, and a table at the front (mostly the cake table). Yhe room gets hot and you will need the fan on!! The rooms are typically for 2 hours and they set up basic plates & table cloth... we received NO NAPKINS. I did witness them cleaning and sanitizing other party room tables to set up the next party (not pre-covid though). Not sure if things have changed much. Normally your hostess stays with you... this time ours disappeared frequently... she served half of the kids one slice of pizza and disappeared... we are still technically in COVID... ended up finding some gloves and I served the rest of the kids the pizza. When we needed wrist bands for late comers, it was difficult finding her. Most of the hand sanitizer were empty but we brought our own and made the kids wash up anytime they came into the party room. It needs a remodel and I would've thought they would've done that during the closure. I get kids will play and have fun but in these times measures still need to be taken... instead they put the money and invest in massage chairs (which I didnt see anyone use aside from the mom from our group. The massage chairs have a warning label and the sound is absolutely annoying and loud... so make sure you pay before sitting because the credit card things takes a minute and the chair sound goes off anyways and as soon as the chair is done you better jump off because it sounds again...maybe add a few more seconds to allow for payment and getting off?) and a lounge area which was dirty with food. I saw nothing being wiped down and mind you we were here for 5.5 hours. The kitchen was out of a lot of stuff if it was not pre-ordered already for the private parties. The nachos are just chips and sauce no jalapeños, the jalapeño poppers tasted freezer burnt and gross and were tossed. A few years ago a group of us adults decided to do the sky walk (more like pressured everyone to do it)... let me tell you, you need coordination. You must have close toed shoes and everytime i have been there it has been closed down at a time or two because there is always that one person who gets too scared to complete it and must be rescued so as to not hold up the line (there is no passing)... Luckily, that was never me although I wanted to quit at many sections. Its one of those things you do to say you did and not do it again! Or maybe thats just me? They were doing construction and a section was just wood but not really sectioned off... a kid was running and fell pretty close to it. They need to up their safety and sanitizing measures for the entire area... its all hands-on.. just look at the socks, they tell their own story. read more

I came here for the first time tonight for my boyfriend's nephew's birthday party. It was pretty dead considering it was 7pm on a week night. This place is different than Sky Zone and Pump It Up. This place has more of a variety of things to do. The Sky Walk seemed really cool and challenging. I didn't get a chance to go on it because I didn't have any closed toed shoes. The end of the Sky Walk, there's a slide that goes into the foam pit (which is pretty awesome). In the foam pit, there's also a balance beam kind of thing with some American Gladiator type things to knock each other off. (I don't know what they're called. Joust things?) Anyway, there's also a dogdeball area, basketball hoop for dunking, trampoline area. There's also some other things you can climb, like a rock wall. It was pretty cool actually. I regret not bringing the proper clothes. Overall, the kids had fun. The staff was alright, I guess. They asked if we needed help cleaning, which I thought was weird. Honestly I don't know who's supposed to clean up after a party, but if they wanted to leave sooner, they probably could have helped without having to offer. read more

Came here with my mom & little cousins (ages 8 & 12) and we all had a blast! Pricing is a bit high, but we had a coupon which helped. I was told they have DJs that come on Fridays and they often give special pricing those days depending on what's going on. For example, Jammin Z-90 (90.3) visits, pricing is $9.03. Neat! The place is huge and not too packed (or musty). I think it's fairly new so I hope business picks up for them as Summer approaches. They have hand sanitizer stations which I thought was very cool. I also saw one of the staff spraying/sanitizing the helmets after use. Score for me! Speaking of staff...they're amazing. They're very helpful and friendly. They don't make you feel like you're just another number and they've been doing the same thing for hours. Dave is the bomb for being my moral support on the sky walk. He let me follow him 1/2 way through. Try this!! (Ages 12+) The manager is super nice too and made rounds making sure people were enjoying themselves. The dining area is nice and they actually have a onsite chef. Greek food was the special during this visit. They really try to make it both kid and adult friendly which I love. Oh, they have all-inclusive party packages too! Cameras are in the party rooms that record the entire party. You can save the footage on your thumb drive to watch later. Babysitters or single moms or dads that need a "break" but can't really get one can bring the kids here to relax guilt-free while they let them loose. It's a great place for play dates of all ages. Why would I want to throw a party there when the main attraction is closed?!?! Nowhere on the website does it say that attractions are closed. Treated my kids to a jump around day. Not very busy at all. Which is nice. They now offer a summer VIP card that allows special discounts throughout the summer. It was $50 with 3 hours free. The specials begin April 1st- August 30. They definitely have upgraded their jump around snack bar menu. It now offers ice cream cones, hot wings, chicken tenders and coffee lattes. My 8 year old son is on the Autism spectrum. He wanted to do the Skywalk, but was afraid. An attendant named Jonathan was beyond patient with my son and helped him as much as he could. (The Skywalk is a high altitude, full harness activity) Also, staff member Dominique was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking. It's near the freeway. The venue is colorful and clean. The restrooms are well maintained. There's a jumbo tv with massage chairs for the adults and plenty of space to accommodate big or small birthday parties. I plan to return. read more

It was really busy though and since my daughter is only three she wanted to run around everywhere and it we didn't want her to get hurt by the big kids/older people so we tried keeping her in one area. We will probably come back here on a weekday when it is less busy? Maybe she can have more freedom lol. The only advice I have is the FOOD COURT needs more workers. I planned a last minute birthday gathering for my daughter here and this is how it went. Check in process went smoothly that's why I'm not giving it 1 star but then when it came to me purchasing food for my guests they were almost out of pizzas so I asked it would be ok for me to bring in my own pizzas and they said I would have to pay them their full price fee for each pizza I brought in ($20). I believe a good business always has a back up plan and this one just wasn't well managed.
