Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. It's an event!

I went on 1/11/26, and both my car and my friend's car were broken into while we were inside. When we reported it, employees told us that there are no cameras covering all parking areas, which meant there was little to no help or accountability. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful where you park, especially after dark, and do not leave anything in your car. While the experience inside was fine, the lack of parking lot security is a serious issue.

This place is a nightmare, and I never come here. Showing up for the party was questionable; I almost did not go because of how this place is. I don't recommend it to anyone. I never bring my kiddos here even if they do have some fun here, hence the 2 stars. Food is overpriced as well; 6 dollars for soda? Water? They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a Mickey Mouse character appearance, expecting something special for the kids. Sadly, the costume and presentation were extremely poor -- it looked like a random outfit put together at the last minute with an odd Mickey head, rather than a proper character experience. It honestly felt like an afterthought rather than a service we paid additional money for. We paid full price for the party and even added a 15% tip, so this level of service was very disappointing. I truly regret choosing this venue and, based on our experience, I would not recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future families do not walk away feeling the way we did.
