I went on 1/11/26, and both my car and my friend's car were broken into while we were inside. When we reported it, employees told us that there are no cameras covering all parking areas, which meant there was little to no help or accountability. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful where you park, especially after dark, and do not leave anything in your car. While the experience inside was fine, the lack of parking lot security is a serious issue.

Bruh, this place is horrible. I came years ago with my kids; it was filthy and disgusting. The…read morefloors were dirty, and the bathrooms were something else. It was a nightmare. Fast forward to last Sunday, 6/5/25: we were invited to one of my 7-year-old's best friend's party. Nothing was ready or on time. But besides that, the overall place of Skyzone in general still sucks. Floors are dirtier, and bathrooms are still as filthy as before, even the party bathrooms that are located upstairs. Supposed to be nice and clean for party guests, but it is not. Walls are dirty, there's piss on the floor, and there's toilet paper everywhere. That's not to mention the outdated playground where there are random nails or equipment ripping off that could seriously hurt someone if they land on it. This place is a nightmare, and I never come here. Showing up for the party was questionable; I almost did not go because of how this place is. I don't recommend it to anyone. I never bring my kiddos here even if they do have some fun here, hence the 2 stars. Food is overpriced as well; 6 dollars for soda? Water? I left for 7-Eleven to buy water and chips for less than 1 bottle of water from here. Plus they advertise hot food but can't make it. It's because their oven is broken. Like, what? I'm sorry, but this place really is not all that great. I don't get the hype, but based on reviews, there seem to be plenty of people who are not happy here. Especially those who throw parties, and the party host who threw the party here had her own issues with how everything went, but that's for her to write a review on. As for me. I won't come here unless I really need to. Also my son lost his glasses here, I called multiple times and even left a voicemail and guess what? No return call.

Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

Everything is super colorful and set up in a way that actually keeps them entertained instead of getting bored after 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciated was how clean it was. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. Definitely a spot I'd come back to or recommend to other parents looking to get their kids out of the house.

I especially loved how safe everything felt--soft play structures, well-organized zones, and staff who were friendly and attentive. It's also such a great spot for playdates or even birthday parties. Plenty of seating for parents, and honestly, it's one of those rare places where both kids AND adults leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, stress-free place to let the kids burn energy and have a blast. We'll definitely be back!

We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Pump It Up, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moredeeply disappointing -- especially considering the price we paid and the expectations set by their team. The biggest issue was the service in the lunch room. We were told that the staff would help serve and organize the food and items we brought. Instead, everything was simply placed on the floor here and there with no proper setup or assistance. It felt chaotic and unprofessional, leaving us to manage things ourselves during what should have been an enjoyable celebration. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a Mickey Mouse character appearance, expecting something special for the kids. Sadly, the costume and presentation were extremely poor -- it looked like a random outfit put together at the last minute with an odd Mickey head, rather than a proper character experience. It honestly felt like an afterthought rather than a service we paid additional money for. We paid full price for the party and even added a 15% tip, so this level of service was very disappointing. I truly regret choosing this venue and, based on our experience, I would not recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future families do not walk away feeling the way we did.
