Rented a bounce house for a kids baby at the community park. They have all the necessary permits and paperwork for an Irvine (they are the only one) event. I booked online and did not realize that the city only allows for a 1 hour window before hand for delivery and one hour after the end of the party. Jump and bounce accommodated this without issue. We reserved the jungle bounce house for our baby shower this past weekend and we were really happy with it! Kids and adults loved it, especially the slide. The guys who dropped it off and picked it up were so nice, they were quick and easy to works with, and they made sure everything was clean for us. Great customer service, and the rental items come CLEAN! The delivery drivers take the time to set up the bounce house and clean the whole inside, and also delivery all tables and chairs and then proceed to wash them on site until everything was perfectly cleaned. Called this place to rent a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party at a park. The woman that helped me over the phone was super friendly and assisted me with securing a rental for the date. She explained all the different types of bounce houses as well as the prices. Not only that but the particular city I live in requires a business license for that vendor to provide their services at all the parks and this business had the license which made everything work out for me. The day of the event there were 2 guys that arrived with the bounce house and set up everything rather quickly and smoothly! I was going to use this business to rent a large $219 bouncer plus the $65 generator. On top of that, they were going to charge a $40 delivery fee. I was still unable to rent from them unless I added more on to meet their insane $350 minimum. What a joke. Hard pass. read more

Great communication, friendly staff, and the obstacle course I rented was clean and in very good condition. They took their time setting it up and making it extra secure for my event. I rented a Water-slide Inflatable this summer for my birthday and was extremely pleased with the service from Jump N Bounce. I was a little nervous about setting the Inflatable up in our backyard, but Daniel from Jump N Bounce ( :-/ Sorry if I got your name wrong) was very professional in setting and picking it back up. Everything went smooth and they even let us keep it for an extra couple of hours after I called them and asked if it was possible (my friends and I were having too much fun) lol. I've use this company a couple times for both of my son's birthday parties. I heard of them through the city of Tustin because they are an approved jumper vendor for the parks in Tustin. I did call some of the other ones that were on the list but were more expensive. I really enjoy how easy it was to book the order online. The prices were pretty affordable. The first time I used them I order over the phone and Mary was really kind with great customer service. I had paid and scheduled a bounce house for my son's 6th birthday. The day before the party he suddenly got ill. I called to see if they'd be open to postponing the bounce house until my son was better. I figured I'd have to pay a cancellation fee but nope they let me postpone with ZERO hassle and when I called to rescheduled they remembered my son, his illness and asked how he was doing. This was our first time renting from Jump N Bounce for our church event. Mary was very pleasant to work with leading up to the event and made things simple. I was told that the dunk tank would be delivered before 5pm and I would be called with an hour window of when they were showing up to deliver it. I had to call THEM to find out where they were, it turns out they were running behind and showed up just after 5pm, and people had already started showing up. The driver's truck leaked oil on the patio, the dunk tank bars were rusty, and the bag that held the water was leaking. We were also not told that we had to provide our own softballs. The pickup time was set for 9:30, at 8:45 the driver called to say he couldn't be there until 10 to pick up the dunk tank. When I called Mary to talk to her about my experience she was defensive and not polite, saying that I was in the wrong for not notifying them of the situation right away. We will never use Jump N Bounce again or recommend them to be used by anyone ever. read more

It fit the party so well and just making the cotton candy was so much fun! Definitely would rent from them again! I rented a water slide from Jump N Bounce for our 4th of July block party this year. Pros: -The water slide arrived on time and was in good shape. -The driver called me the day before to confirm my address and was very helpful in setting everything up. He also texted me pictures of the slide to make sure I was getting what I ordered. -Everyone had a fun time with the water slide. Cons: -None, really. There was a minor issue the day before the party about which slide I ordered, but they resolved it and the kids had a great time. Also, FYI, if you rent a waterslide for a party or event, be prepared to use a LOT of water. It seems obvious now, but every time the kids slide down, it empties a lot of water out of the pool at the bottom, so you pretty much have to run your hose continuously to keep it full. read more
