They only give yo 15 minutes to set up so you will be setting up during your party . & we got 2.5 hrs .. & when time was up we got rushed out & kept being threatened that we were gonna be charged extra . & they fail to tell you they charge a $10 fee if you use your debit card as payment . Came here yesterday to book a party for our daughter. The place just opened 2 weeks ago, so very clean and smells new :) They have two big jumpers, a smaller one, a small one for younger kids with a slide, and a toddler area. They also have some basketball games, and a hockey air table. Restrooms were very clean, and party area is all the way in the back, which i liked since it wasnt in the middle of the place. They do sell some snacks and drinks in the front. It was $13 for free play for the kids. read more

We used to go to Jumper's Jungel when it was in Santa Fe Springs. We were so bummed when they closed during covid. Finding out there was a new location open, we knew we had to give it a try. This location is a lot smaller. However, they have a variety of things to do. Air hokey, foosball, a few arcade games, and more. There is an enclosed area for 3 years and under. As well as an area for private parties. The establishment was very clean. All shoes are left near the front desk, in cubbies. So don't forget your socks! I would leave any valuables at home. Bringing less is definitely more here. Water and snacks are available for purchase at the font desk. We brought our own waters, but there were plenty of options to choose from if needed. We enjoyed ourselves, and our kids had an absolute blast! We look forward to returning soon. read more

My recommendation would be to find another place. We paid for a backdrop unknown to use, and we took it, and then they started hounding my wife to take it back. I hosted a private event for my daughter's fifth birthday. I was only given 15 minutes to set up such a horrible way to set up and be rushed. If you're booking a private party just know that they will charge you an arm and a leg for two hours I paid an extra 30 minutes just to give me time to load all the things in my car Sandra The Owner made it clear that if I was five minutes late to move my things out of the venue I would be charged an extra $75 for five minutes. This place is basic for the amount that I paid would not recommend. I also paid an extra 160 for Decour, and was not allowed to keep the backdrop ridiculous . I was hounded for three days to return the backdrop that was basically $20. The owner Sandra and her husband are extremely rude and never are clear with your communication. I will attach screenshots. We just had my twins birthday party here and I am so happy with the service! The place has three large jumpers and a toddler area. There is also air hockey , a foosball table and massage chairs to entertain the older guests. This place is also super clean, a detail so important when there are little kids running all over the place touching everything. The only issue we had is the floor where the tables are setup is very slippery if you're wearing socks, so wear grippy socks or shoes when entering this area. Other than that, great venue! It was very last minute planning on our part and there was some miscommunication about what was and was not included with the VIP party package, and setting up before the party. I have no idea how this place is allowed to be running. There are sssooo many liability issues here waiting to happen. They don't have prices listed anywhere. All indoor place places I've been to (and I've been to alot) make every guest check in. It was way to hot in there and many children were drenched in sweat. Toddler/baby area have sorry book shelves on a very high hard to reach area with books that can easily fall and hurt children. I came here as a last resort and Bcus it was next to tjmaxx. read more

Amazing party venue for children. Recently relocated to the US from the UK with my young daughter and me and my wife needed a place to host our party so we wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of cleaning up etc STEP IN JUMPERS JUNGLE. Fantastic jumpers and a large variety of entertainment options available for young kids AND adults (air hockey table, fusbal, mini bball nets, PlayStation room). Not to mention the surprise of Big Boy turning up which was a crazy unexpected surprise for us and the owners - who are also very helpful and friendly. Pros: Entertaining for the kids - you don't have to worry about them getting bored as there's more than enough there to keep them busy! Also entertaining for adults Owners are very friendly and SUPER helpful Tables and chairs already set up for you (you just need to set up the backdrop and decorations, table cloths etc) Accessible toilets on site Owners will be by the front door when it's a private event so you do not have to worry about random people turning up to your party, adds a feel safe factor Cons: Could provide a little more time to set up - although some time is better than getting no time as they do provide you 15 minutes at least I wish the vending machine type games, arcade games and the massage chair was included for private events only as we are renting the whole venue so would be great if they could be included too All in all great experience, I would definitely recommend this for your child's next party and I will definitely be booking again next year for my child! read more

When I scheduled a party for my son's 6th birthday, I was so grateful this husband and wife team allowed me to do it on a Tuesday on my son's actual birthday so certain family members could attend. The beginning process was fairly simple, I just paid a deposit over the phone, received an email confirmation, and that was done. I had to call a week before to make changes to the package because less people RSVP'd and my party was going to be smaller. They obliged but still kept me on the 2.5 hour schedule because they had apparently arranged for the business to close to the public for that time frame. No worries. So you're probably wondering why the 3 stars? I had never been to Jumpers Jungle, so I got to the facility and didn't know I absolutely needed to have table cloths, and although they provided them, they charged me for them even though I was never told I absolutely needed tablecloths on the tables. Over the phone, she gave me the option for them to provide for a fee, I said no I don't need tablecloths, and she never said the tables have to have them and it's either I provide them or they will for a fee. I brought a cake small enough that they were able to put in their tiny fridge because they don't have one big enough for larger cakes. Because of that we didn't have enough cake for the guests. When it came time to take the cake out of the fridge, I went to the front to ask the wife to get it from the fridge for me. She was outside in front of her car on the phone, and after she heard what I said, she just nodded and stayed on the phone, she didn't even try to help me. After standing there for about five minutes I finally asked the husband. I was trying to manage the time we had there wisely, but this lady was making me wait when I paid for this time and she was supposed to help me. It was evident she wasn't on the phone with a client. The husband went and got the cake. Then when the party was close to ending, I'm being proactive looking at the time without any warning from them, and we had 15 minutes so I started cleaning up. Then the wife comes up as I'm cleaning and starts chatting with me about adding extra time and about the costs and my package and everything IN FRONT OF MY GUESTS! And I'm trying to put things away and get out of there, yet once again she's delaying me and it's frustrating me to the point where I can feel the anger welling up inside me because she is talking about time and fees when I'm trying to get out of there on time so I don't pay extra. But here she is taking my time trying to have this lengthy conversation about the fees and adding time. It made me feel like she was trying to stall me so I end up having to pay for more time. Meanwhile I could see people outside waiting to come in and enjoy their play area. I couldn't believe how poor the service had become at that point and how stressed I was after spending so much money. As much as I like this place, I don't think I'll ever have a party here again. I didn't feel like they were very helpful, more so you pay for the room and the play area, which is pricey. But you still have to take care of food, cleanup and everything else. You can get full service elsewhere for the same price. By the way, I still tipped them even though I was upset because I like to support small business and it was my son's birthday and I felt like being nice. Also we were not given any disclaimer forms to fill out. Seems fishy! read more

Be careful wen booking an event. Party details were agreed upon verbally and was told id get an invoice with all that was agreed. (VIP package for $450 +1 xtra hour), next day I was given an incorrect invoice (it listed 2 VIP packages for $900. I wasnt even aware this was an option and would have rejected it if it was proposed to me bc the cost is over my budget) I called and emailed to correct their mistake... no response. (glad I have record of my emailing them immediately after seeing thier mistake) Finally able to get a call back...the owner, Sandra, called me with an aggressive tone and unwillingness to let me explain to her their mistake. I told her I'd email her bc she wasnt letting me speak. Her husband then called me, who was also aggressive on the phone, very uncomfortable. Told them, once again, we needed to just keep all of this in writing bc they booked my incorrectly. Still waiting for this to be resolved. Save yourself the headache. They are unfortunately very disorganized and not willing to communicate in an mature way. If you have already booked a party, please be careful. Keep everything in writing. Im glad I did! read more

So BEWARE they shut down the whole building for "private parties" so I guess they expect you to call everyday you plan on going to see if it's shut down for a private party. I complain to the owner and all she has to say is a lot of places do that. I said which ones because I have gone to almost all Kid jumper places in the area she states candeeland . Which is a lie because I have spoken to the owners I know them since they opened up the first location in Santa ana . The only way you can get them to shut it all down for a private event is if you rent it before operating hours. Anyways that doesn't matter but point is she's looking at the small picture getting a big amount of money for these private parties but turning away the public is a bad look . All these "public" children come in excited to play to get told no you cannot play you can imagine their faces leaving . As I left another parent encountered the same issue I talked to him outside and he was disappointed as well. I can only imagine how many other kids they turned away . When your in the kid business your job is to make children happy not sad . The only reason I complained was bc my daughter wanted to play not because it looked fun honestly it's only like two big jumpers. Tryna make big money with not alot of activities. Good luck with that. Disappointed bc I'm always rooting for a new place in Norwalk but this place was a no for me especially with how the owner handled it no customer service skills . We just had our sons birthday party here. We were introduced to it because our friend had her kids birthday there a few months ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. we had a kid spill ice cream and they cleaned it up. They also keep the space very clean. It doesn't smell and they clean up really well in between parties. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and neat. There's a nice spot in the back for your food, tables, etc. We only clean up what we brought, tables, chairs, trash they get for you. I would say the only challenge, and they wouldn't really lose a whole star, just half, is that you do feel really rushed to set up and rushed to get out because if we didn't get out in 10 minutes, we were charged $50. Maybe leaving 30 minutes in between each party. As we were getting in, the last party was getting out. As we were leaving, the new party was coming in. But we would do it again! read more

The experience overall was amazing, not to mention how clean and well kept the location is. It is very modern and gives the children a variety of things to do. The soccer team players and parents had an amazing time. I would highly recommend visiting the location and experiencing it yourself, we would most definitely book again for another party event and just for fun! I took my kids here a few weeks ago and they loved it! Perfect for ages 10 & under. The location was very clean & neat it has a party area with a perfect view of the play area and baby area. The baby area is perfect for crawling babies and toddlers to safely play with kids their age. There is a snack bar to purchase snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive. First off I want to say this place is SUPPER clean! The owners are supper nice and I love how they do private party's! My daughter will be turning 1 in two days and we booked her private event here! The jumpers are always clean & the restrooms are spotless which was a plus for us! I loved they had a soft play area my daughter had a blast in the play house! If you have a special needs child please do not attend this place. We attended this place and my daughter who has autism had an accident. She's 3 years old and in the process of being potty trained. Sandra had an attitude about cleaning up the accident. Her and her husband later accused my daughter of peeing in the carpet which did not happen. My daughter wasn't even near there. If you're going to operate a children's place, it is common knowledge that children have accidents. After the accident my child kept being followed or looked at from a distance by the owners. It was very obvious my child was being targeted. I felt very uncomfortable and would not recommend this place to anyone! Running a business that involves children should require classes being taken for special needs children. Their world and communication is not the same as a typical person. So I booked a vip package party here in April but the party wasnt until October. I figured the earlier I book no problems. WRONG. I was sent an invoice by the owner Sandra on April 18th confirming my date and time. even paid for an extra hour. I called in July to confirm if we can have vendors inside. spoke with the owner Sandra and she said yes no problem and that my party was booked from 4-7pm. she confirmed so I made my invites and sent them out in September. called today 9/29 and she advised my party is 330-630. I advised her no my party says 4-7 and she was argumentative and rude. never showed any compassion for her mistake. she tried to blame it on an old employee and there was nothing she could do to help me. If I called she would keep my $100 deposit . she said whatever you me invoice says that is the time. Well I check my invoice and it clearly stated 4-7. Caller her back and she said no no it's wrong and she couldn't do anything for me. So I went over the location and she was a different person. She was like since you called i have had to fix my whole system and it wasn't just your party. so I told her what are you going to do to accommodate me? Or help me out with my time. She said there is nothing I can do you can cancel and I'll give your $100 back. She did give me my deposit back but never apologized or said I'm sorry for the confusion or anything. She should not be an owner. She doesn't know how to run a business. Now I'm stuck with a vendor and no location for my daughters birthdays. DONT NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE.
