Went here for a birthday party and it was just okay. My apple maps couldn't find the place so I had to go all around the parking lot to finally find it. Luckily there was a homeless person there to point me in the right direction of the entrance door. When I walked in with a group of friends for the party, the lady asked if we were here for a party and to sign the waiver. She was not overly friendly but not unfriendly. Made sure we signed where we needed and then went back to talking to her coworker. We finally figured out where to go and where to put the birthday boys presents. There is some seating along the walls for parents, but it is loud in the rooms but the kids had fun. We moved from room to room and my son got left behind in one of the rooms so he was upset and scared that we left him behind. I wish they would yell or sound a megaphone or something when it is time to move to the next room, but I should've made sure he was with us but there are so many kids. Overall, it was okay. I'm glad it was a birthday party, not sure if they are open for the public. read more

I had my son's first birthday here on April 4. Everything was just very unorganized from the moment I walked in the doors were not even open from the time I was supposed to walk in, which was 230 my god mom was there to help set up the party because they posted online that they were closed and no one was answering the phone the date of my son's birthday party when I got there they had told me that an employee had an issue with another party and closed up the store and left for the amount that we paid this was super unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. Everything looks super old and not kept up-to-date. Dark, dingy, dirty...thoroughly disappointed! Upon entry every room is dimly lit, no decor/menu/pricing in the main entrance, and staff was not warm or welcoming...just stuck on their phones. The party rooms smell like mildew infested carpet coated either Lysol, bouncers with tears, whole inflatable down in the corner, but not put away. In one party room it looked like someone fell through the wall, yet there was no causation sign or tape covering the body size hole in the wall. Paint was peeling off the walls where party food was served & old foil balloons that floated away were left on the ceiling to deflate. Not to mention how sick we all were after this party. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but as a guest and for somebody who showed up for a birthday party, it was an awful experience. staff was not friendly at all. With just under 30 kids, Jumping Jacks was the perfect place to celebrate. There are 3 jumping rooms, with the middle being the "fluorescent" dark room. Our party was 2.5 hours long and it was a BLAST. Staff was kind and helpful. The place could use a little deep cleaning, but honestly for the incredibly affordable price the party is, I'll overlook the cleanliness, lol. Jumpers are a little outdated, too. They have three different rooms for jumpers. First room is a large jumper-second room has an arcade and it's in the dark with music and a projector on the ground for kids to tap on images and dance around-the third room is another jumper with basket hoop and a small merry go round coin operated and some more jumpers. You're allotted so many minutes per room to allocate enough time for children to play in each room and then the last room is the birthday food and celebration time. I was told by the host that They provide pizza, salad and help with putting up decorations that you provide. The interior has an odor I noticed during each party like an old bowling alley after a rainy day type smell. I was looking forward to having a stress free party with a party host to move us through the rooms and assist with the party room setup. Instead we were kinda dump in each room. When it came time to setup the room, the party ahead of us was running behind and our setup time got cut in half and we were pressured to make up for the time difference. The pizza place they use has good food and the pricing is fair. The party packages are reasonable when compared to other places similar. The location isn't great and arming is rough if you're trying to host during break gym hours. Overall, the kids always have a great time. The frustration is really more on the people hosting. If you're looking for convince, this is a good choice. If you're looking to do your own theme with tons of decorations and such, this place could be a little rough. Sienna 10th birthday was great! Entertainment was easy, you just show up, the kids have a great time. We had an amazing time, would recommend anyone wanting to have an easy fun birthday. We loved it! They help decorate and move your stuff to the party room (don't forget your party mini speaker), we had more decorations, so we had to have a couple ppl step behind the scenes to help while the party was on. I would say tell people it starts an hour early because I feel like everyone has those late family/friends, just so you don't waste some jump time. We thought the timing wouldn't be enough, but everyone was tired at the end, like about to knock out tired. Thank god we had our deserts and candy bags to revive all the kids. My kid loves this place. It's not my favorite place, but the kid sure loves to go to birthday parties here. She can easily navigate the bouncers, and has a blast in the glow room. The rooms are stuffy, and don't seem well ventilated. You kind of get hit in the face with the dirty sock smell when you walk into the first room. We were invited to a weekday party. The party was on Friday. We arrived and were greeted by the attendant at the front desk. We were asked to sign a waiver and were allowed to walk into the the party. Basically the party moves into different rooms. The first room was a room with jumpers. The second room was what I would call the glow room. It was dark. They had video games and jumpers. There was some neon accents you could see. I was playing an arcade with another mom and it seemed to not be working. I read another review mentioning the arcade games not working. The last play room had more jumpers and a basketball court. I also seen other play balls in that area. I can tell all the kids were having fun and enjoying the play and jump time. The last room is where the good and cake happens. We've been here for more parties than I can remember. Either my kids' school gets a discount or the parents really love this place. I can tell you, my boys, all 3 of them, ages 4, 7 and 9, always leave here with smiles on their faces and a pleasant fatigue that overwhelms them on the drive home. They're either asleep or with that glazed over look in their eyes that they've have a good time and want to rest... There are 3 main rooms, each with a different theme, and each with different bounce houses. The second or middle room was my 4 year old's favorite as it had this projector that beamed images on a white floor allowing for virtual interaction with the images like popping balloons or kicking a ball. Having the room all bathed in black lights with his shirt aglow didn't hurt, either. The last room, with a junior indoor basketball court, was my 9 year old's favorite room. He and most of the boys at the party had a pick up game and were disappointed when playtime was over. There are several party rooms that accommodate around 50 people and you bring your own food. A throne is on one side where the birthday kid can take pics and open his gifts and the other side is open for a cake display and banner. It's more of a bigger kids' take on Chuck E Cheese but with less games. Everyone, from the kids to the parents are encouraged to get physical, which is much better than playing a bunch of video games. The location is pretty easy to get to right off the 57 freeway and Arrow highway in San Dimas. Parking can be a little tight since there's a powerhouse gym literally right next door. In fact, if you don't pay attention, you can enter the gym instead of Jumping Jacks. For an afternoon of fun with friends and the ability to bring the type of food you like, it's a good venue that tires out your little ones and makes the drive home quiet, calm and relaxing... I will just say this place isn't cheap for a party and the room for bdays are not kept up, peeling paint everywhere , one room has what looks to be a roof leak down the wall from rain and was just left alone. I will say that the men's restroom And women after talking to my wife is just disgusting, just walk into the men's and you will see no mirrors , filthy floors , smell , and the wall that's under the blower to dry your hands is just sadly filthy. This place is filthy. I came as an adult guest to the birthday party of my niece. There were multiple arcade games in one of the rooms and of the 2 that worked, the joy stick only went one way. The claw machine that you did have to pay for also did not work or accept money. There is an ancient gumball game by a window that looks like it missed last week's trash pick up. The bathrooms were worse than a bar at 2am with each stall toilet covered in either tp, urine or feces. The sink area to wash your handa is dirtier than juat doing nothing at all. Yes, the facility here could use some TLC. It reminds me of a beat-up, old high school gym. If you're cool with that, though, this place is great. Conveniently located off the 57 freeway, this jumping jacks offers a variety of party options to celebrate your little one. We chose to go with 2.5hrs, 30 min each room -3 rooms total. Which is pretty cool because each room is different. One was very dark, Glow in the dark theme however there wasn't much actually Glowing. The rooms are a big size but there wasn't nearly enough chairs for the parents to sit. A lot of us had to sit on the floor which isn't ideal. We were given 1.5 hr in the party room. They do offer to help with set ups and cutting of the cake. Staff assisting was nice. One thing that should be mentioned that wasn't, was that they charge additional fees for table cloths, and covers, they offered but didn't tell us it was an additional fee so we thought it came with it. I'm not sure why anybody comes to this place. It's so sad and outdated, every room feels dungeon-esque with its brick walls and dim lights, and the staff rushes you so much that you feel like you shouldn't even be there. I went there for a birthday party and as soon as I sat at my table with a slice of cake a staff member said "I have to take this" and immediately ripped the tablecloth from my table and started shoving us out the door. I was eating my cake while walking down the hall. The parking lot smells like urine, the bathrooms are a disaster and definitely haven't been cleaned in years, and the bounce houses look like they're as old as my grandmother. This was my first time there and I got excited when I saw arcade games lining the walls in one room. Me and many other parents went to them but found out quickly that many were out of order, the rest were so broken that they were unplayable. The joysticks were so loose that you couldn't even control the characters on the screen. Super fun. It made sense why all the parents just sat on the bench and stared at the ceiling the entire time, wondering what mistakes they made in life that led them to this place. The way they do gifts is so funny and representative of how impersonal this place is. They have these large industrial sized rolling carts that they make you throw all the presents in, then at the end of the day you just see the stressed out parents rolling the carts to their car after the staff shove them out the door. And as a special bonus, the third room has a window in it and you get a nice view of the homeless persons camp site a few feet away. We had our kids' birthdays here and everyone had a so much fun! I read through some of the other reviews beforehand and made sure to book their party a little earlier in the day. It makes sense that the play areas will be a bit worn out by the end of the day with all the kids jumping on them all day. The parties are stacked right on top of each other. When we were leaving a room, another party came right in. I loved that we had each room privately to ourselves. All the kids (and adults) ran wild haha! You get 30 minutes in each room. But I wish it were longer. The staff asked us to put all of our (and our guests') belongings on a cart so they could wheel it to the next room when the time came, which was really helpful when having to rally everyone into the next room. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, when we walked it, we didn't have the best greeting. It seems that most of the employees there are younger and were just standing around staring at us or at each other until I asked to sign my kids in. So, I blind booked this place for our daughters 4th birthday. Blind booked, meaning I had never visited the place prior to booking and I was going based off a family's previous experience here (which was nothing negative). Upon arrival it seemed fairly easy and quick to get our party started. We arrived, signed our waivers, had absolutely no issues with any of the staff in the front. We were given a cart to use for our party decor, food, gifts, etc. they stored it aside until it was time to decorate our party room. We went into the first room, took off our shoes and placed them on the rack provided. The kids ran off immediately to play. So if you read previous comments, YES you'll see many that complained about the smell and cleanliness of each room. My opinions are this: Yes the rooms aren't fresh smelling and ventilated to the best of its ability BUT when your attending a place that has a "no shoes policy" let's remember that kids have stinky feet, sweat and naturally the place is going to feel stuffy given the fact that there are more than 1,2 jumpers in each play room. So it's going to feel stuffy and smelly. I took hand held fans for our guests to borrow. I did like that they allow WATER only in the rooms because our guests went through them quickly. Now, YES the workers could have easily sprayed the rooms after each party, placed air fresheners in there and even sanitized the jumpers / games after each party carried over to the next room. It would take nothing more than 10 minutes to do so and I'm sure patrons would appreciate the effort. That's me speaking about every room (3) we entered. Party room: we were actually given ample time to decorate since we were the last party for the room we reserved. THANK GOODNESS because I was so worried we wouldn't have time. Now this is where the star comes off for me. And I almost took another star off for the bathrooms but I'm not because of the next few points. The party room lighting is horrible, the paint is ugly, sticky and feels so old. The floor had so many stains on it that i was sort of embarrassed to bring our party in there. It was slippery, sticky, and stained. Nothing about it felt clean or sanitary. The way we decorated and positioned our backdrops were intentional. We tried to hide ugly brown stains on the floor that looked as though it was dried up sticky coffee that they just painted with a clear coat of gloss. So our backdrop saved that corner and my embarrassment. Our host was a sweet young girl who offered to help but kept taking off lol. However, since I had family helping me set up it wasn't too big of an issue because we knew how we wanted things anyway. And I can appreciate someone who is young and nice who just doesn't know better than someone experienced with an ugly attitude. So no biggie there for us personally. Food: I have zero complaints about the food they provide /contract with. The pizza was actually really good (or maybe we were really that hungry lol) either way it was hot, fresh, tasty and the drinks were kept cold. Bathrooms: gross. They were so stinky, floor was sticky, most of the stalls along the longer wall were clogged with so much toilet paper and seat covers. And the gaps are really large, Leaving little to no privacy. For the amount of people they host, the bathrooms should be kept up hourly and throw an air freshener in there too. It was again, embarrassing to send guests there. Price: I would say it's priced right. Honestly. Because overall the kids had so much fun. Regardless of how us parents look at things (cleanliness, sanitation, air quality, value, etc) what mattered in the end was their happiness. And so that was a win. But i say it's priced fairly because they charge only for children and that is what absolutely won me over when booking. On top of that, for the price we paid to include food, was also another bargain. Remember folks, "you get what you pay for". That being said, while we enjoyed our time and experience- I probably wouldn't book another party here until they made some improvements to the cleanliness and appearance of bathrooms and party room (floors, walls, paint, bathroom stalls). I came here for a birthday party two years ago. And while lot of the jumping apparatuses are the same there was a handful of some old school arcade games (i.e Marvel vs. Capcom-Street Fighter) but the other ones were out of order then. I recently came here for another birthday party and the second arcade games were STILL OUT OF ORDER. They haven't thought to upgrade/repair/replace their arcade games. Why not? I get that majority of the events held here are for toddlers age 5 and under, who wouldn't use these machines anyway, but what about the older kids/grown ups, parents who aren't jumping inside the bounce houses. Other than that, the venue was large and able to accommodate and facilitate the party with ease. But that's my reason for 3 stars. My niece celebrated her birthday here and I was quite impressed with the place including the facilities, play rooms, and how organized everything was. The three activity rooms with big, colorful slides, jumpers, and arcade games kept the kids engaged. I liked the system of switching between 3 activity rooms every 30 minutes. The second room was dark with flashing lights. The kids were especially fascinated by the interactive floor games. The last stop was the dining room where food and cake were served. You are allowed one hour before having to clear out for the next party. I had previously hosted a similar birthday party at Scooter's Jungle in El Segundo and Jumping Jack's certainly matched it or slightly exceeded it. The kids had a lot of fun and even the adults seemed to enjoy themselves. The arcade games and basketball court were a nice touch. The food which consisted of pizza, salad, and popcorn chicken from nearby Michaelangelo's was actually better than I expected. What a way to celebrate my kids bday! When I came in last month to leave a deposit, the manager was super helpful and made the entire thing so pleasant. Fast forward to the big day... about 5 staff literally sitting around, giving looks and stare-downs to guests as they walked by, if only had a video! BUTTTTT I do have a photo (you can see the literally sitting on shelves) and the girl who's circled was beyond passive aggressive! She had a smart mouth and an attitude that could light up a Christmas tree!! (To a mother trying to celebrate her child's bday) like really???!! She is in the wrong place to work, maybe try Chuck E. Cheese where attitude and passive aggressive behavior is expected! But the servers were beyond friendly, very helpful, nice and patient! They are in the perfect part of this event! A good place to take rambunctious children, there are three different play rooms with various jumpers and other things, you get about 30 minutes in each room before they pass you through a door into the next room, play begins anew in a different theme / setting, the kids love it and it's all very clean . The staff works hard and doesn't get ruffled with all those kids screaming and some parents who don't act very adult . You'll need to BE SURE all the children have socks ! . Affordable and convenient , right off the i210 and SR57 freeways, loads and load os easy, good parking right out front . Food, drinks, table cloths and so on are all avaialable making your effort minimal , they do the clean up and lead the children in various activities . THREE LARGE banquet rooms,. NO FOOD NOR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PLAY AREAS, that's how they're able to keep things nice and clean . The windows were even squeaky clean =8-) . Now for the not so great parts, pay attention management : the outside sidewalks were dirty and had obviously old trash lying about, we were the first ones in the door when they opened, no excuse for trash anywhere, not ever . The Concrete floors were very clean but the chipped paint obviously hadn't been re painted in several _years_ ~ also not O.K. and no possible excuse because it's an easy job to do during the week when things are slow and not much $ either . Make your reservation and BE ON TIME so the kiddies won't be rushed ~ this is a happy and fun place, it runs to a schedule, respect that and you'll have a better time and get good dollar value . I am sorry, but this location does not even get a star, but it doesn't allow me to leave a zero it was one of our worst experience at a location for children I have ever been to service was bad the jumper room that we went to we felt rushed a lot of the video games were malfunction or not working when having our brunch water was leaking from the roof and on peoples food manager did not want to attend to the Situation. Staff did not give out the goodie bags that they were supposed to to the children. We contacted the manager and he refused to give us a refund book to the owner, and the owner did exactly the same. I would never go back to this place again, and I would recommend you guys not go there neither Take your money somewhere else where it's well deserved This place is very, very bad. read more

Update: After everything that happened back in July, my sister decided to give this place another try. This review is from our Nov 25th visit. WORSE decision she every made. I hope everyone that has a party here please check the jumpers to make sure there are no holes or duck tape before letting your kids inside them. The jumpers are so worn out and are barely holding up. The jumper in the last room had duck tape and my youngest nephew was jumping in there and his foot fell through he ended up fracturing his leg. My cousin, niece and nephew arrived late. They made it in time to enjoy the last room before we went to the party room. They never had her sign a waiver but had me sign one when we first got there. The girl at the front desk told me that each waiver is only good for that day. Which apparently is a lie because when my sister reached out to the owner to tell them what happened they said since we went in July that waiver is good for a year. They did not take ownership for their faulty jumper. The guy that was helping us that day knew what happened he even went to get ice for my nephew and asked a little bit after if he was okay. At the time my cousin did not know his leg was as bad as it was. We moved to the party room and he cont to cry that when we knew something was wrong. She needed up taking him to Urgent Care and confirmed it was fractured. He had to get a full leg cased and just got it off this week. Thankfully it was just that. Going back to the party room. It is soo run down and they "decorated" the room. It looked like they reused the table cover and decorations that's how bad they looked. The table covers had holes and decorations were a mess. Then on top of that they were trying to over charge my sister after she put a deposit down. It was just a mess and idk how they are still operating as a business. I do not understand how all these parents are raving on how good this place is ‍‍ I'm writing this review from my visit on July 27th. My sister had my niece's 3rd Birthday there. I like that the location was towards the back in the corner of the shopping center. They have a parking lot right outside and is big. The area is clean and right off the 57 fwy. The party was from 11am-1:30pm. We arrived and there was no one there. All the lights were off and the door was locked. My sister call the number numerous times and no answer. Luckily the nice man cleaning the windows over heard my sister saying no one is answering. Our entire party was waiting at the door. He didn't have too but went above and beyond to get ahold of the owner. It turns out there was an emergency and someone was going to be there shortly. When they came it was a little bit after 11:30am. They apologize and rectified the situation and accommodated is very good. It was clean and very spacious. Love the fact that there are different rooms and the kids had a blast!!! The only thing Is it was so hot in the last 2 rooms and a lot of the machines in the waiting area were broken. We lost money by trying to get stuff from them but they gave it to us back. Some of the bouncers looked like they needed to be replaced but they were still sturdy.area for the party was bigger then expected and accommodated us well. I def recommend this place for anyone having a bday party for their kids. All the kids keep saying how fun they had! I was not able to get a picture of the jumper since we were too worried about my nephew and my sister called them that next morning so I know if we were back it prob was fixed. read more
