David Absolutely terrible. Ordered sweat and sour shrimp. Got shrimp and no sauce. Mongolian beef tastes like fish. No egg in the fried rice. Pork is dry. General Tsao and Orange chicken is over battered and has no flavor. Better off going to Panda Express.

I've been struggling to find decent Chinese food in the area and after a lot of research I decided to try this spot. I ordered on door dash so I imagine eating in it would be even better. I LOVED the lo mein. The best I've ever had I think. The fried rice was good but average. I like that you can upgrade to fried rice or lo mein with the dish you order. Really liked the general tsos, I like how they use white meat chicken. Good spot, I would get it again

June House Asian Kitchen is okay if you're looking for a quick bite, but there were a few things that held it back for me. I ordered the Sesame Chicken lunch special, which came with rice, a veggie spring roll, and a cream cheese wonton. The sesame chicken had decent flavor, but it was a little over-breaded. All the fried items had a slight burnt oil taste--not terrible, but definitely noticeable. I've experienced that before with New York-style Chinese food, so it may just be part of their cooking style. I also got a pork egg roll, and that was a letdown. The outside was cooked well and crispy, but the center was still cold--clearly cooked from frozen, not refrigerated. The restaurant itself is definitely geared toward takeout. There's very limited seating, and even dining in, everything was served in a to-go box right away. It's not the kind of place you'd go for a dine-in experience. Overall, the food was passable, the prices were reasonable, and the service was fast--but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

Loveee the sesame chicken!! The sauce is sweet and the fried rice is flavorful & savory. My fiancé enjoys the sweet & sour chicken. I'm from New York and I'm on the hunt for good Chinese & Asian food. Great place :)

First time stopping by. The general taos chicken was great. The rice tasted burnt and blah. No egg really and hardly any other vegetables with it. Other than that it's a quick Chinese to go night meal.

This is the second time we ordered from here, only because I didn't leave a review previously; so lesson learned. We did a pick up order of 3 entrees and app. When I went inside and was handed the bag, I specifically asked: Is this the only rice, the counter guy said: No, that's the small container, there is a large one inside. Not willing to tear the bag apart, I took him at his word. I get home and with little surprise, found that the one container of rice was it. The pic does not do it justice, but that is not enough rice for 3 entrees. Food: The orange chicken was decent, on par with Panda, the kung pao was pretty good and the Mangolian beef was not edible. Not sure what sauce they use, but it was nasty over random shreds of beef. Overall: I wish they were better, as they are so close to our new house. Unfortunately, we will continue looking for a better option in the area.

Good little dim sum spot. I enjoyed their spicy wontons those were the best , the soup dumplings were also good but a little too hot at the moment to enjoy. Their garlic edamame was also delish. Their chicken fried rice was good but the chicken was a bit bland & their miso soup was delicious as well. The service was quick and ambiance was chill very quiet place at

Are you open on Christmas Day?

    yes. We are.

Does June House currently have dining in? How many people can they seat?

Yes, they have a small dining room available for in house meals. About 6 tables. It is not fancy but it is clean, service is fast and the food is decent. We did take out. We had some of their dim sum and a rice plate that we liked.

I've been to China Chili three times now, so I can safely say it's my favorite Chinese restaurant…read morein town. On my most recent visit, I stopped by on a Friday evening for dinner. They have complimentary parking in the front, side, and back of the restaurant. There aren't a ton of spots, but there's street parking close by too. Ambiance (3.5/5): Like most Chinese restaurants, China Chili is pretty no frills. Which isn't a problem for me at all, I'm there for the food. It's a spacious restaurant with both regular tables and circular tables that rotates (good for large groups sharing dishes). Service (4/5): Fantastic service is also not something I expect at a Chinese restaurant. Yet again, I'm there for the food. With that being said, service, while not overly friendly, is typically pretty efficient. Which I always appreciate. Drinks (4/5): Pretty much your standard soft drinks, tea, and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. My favorite option is their buddha beer which you don't see in a lot of places. It's a lager and it's in a buddha-shaped bottle. It doesn't get much better than that. Food (5/5): The first time I came was for one of my favorite dishes... Peking duck. There aren't a ton of spots in Phoenix that have it, but out of the ones that do, China Chili serves it at a high level. You can go with either crepes or baos (additional surcharge). The duck is absolutely to die for. Flavorful, juicy meat with crispy skin that fits in perfectly into your mini "sandwich" with green onions and Hoisin sauce. For a reasonable price too. Their food outside of duck is of a similar quality. I especially like their flat noodles with beef. Even classic dishes like sesame chicken have a twist here. It's sliced chicken rather than fully breaded chicken. Just as good as the typical way, the sauce is delicious. My only complaint? They give you a pretty small helping of white rice with your dish. Outside of that, the portions are generous. Everything I've had at China Chili has been a hit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

There aren't many places in Phoenix that serve duck this neatly like in my photo, and I appreciate that it's not another chain restaurant. We were not impressed. I ordered them crispy style, they were not. The wrappers were like a firm ravioli texture, and the filling was a rather dense & chewy sausage. I had the Mu Yang, which is noted to be the dish Guy Fieri from DDD had. Received 3 good sized skewers of grilled pork, a nice portion of sweet sticky rice, and papaya salad, a green sauce was provided for dipping. This was delicious! I ordered level 2 spicy, there was room for more Thai flavor. Thai iced tea was fine, server was very good, sound level was awfully loud, due to low, hard ceiling. I would return, everyone enjoyed their lunch specials which are a good value.

A Mesa Asian District Gem Worth Seeking Out…read more Asian Cafe Express is a lovely strip mall gem near H-Mart in Mesa's Asian District, and after 21 years in business, it clearly has a loyal following for good reason. We brought in a fresh lobster from H-Mart to try their "bring your own seafood" cooking option and chose the garlic onion stir fry preparation. It's $14.99 for anything under 2 lbs and $7.50/lbs for anything over. It came out excellent, served over crispy egg noodles with classic Asian flavors and plenty of wok-fired goodness. We also enjoyed the Peking pork ribs, which were deboned, tasty, and slightly sweet; the stir-fried green beans, which were fresh and well prepared; and the garlic spicy chicken wings, which were especially flavorful and highly recommended. The red bean drinks were traditional and satisfying, with soft, nicely soaked mung beans and no milk. Service was friendly, efficient, and personal, handled by a couple of ladies who clearly know the restaurant and their customers well. While we were there, plenty of regulars came in for takeout and several tables were happily dining in. Overall, we really enjoyed Asian Cafe Express and were surprised we had not stopped in sooner. Highly recommend, especially for the "bring your own seafood" cooking option and the garlic spicy wings. We will definitely be back.
