I'm not sure how to say this...I booked 2 nights for $125. On the way there we were detained and I called with 24 hour notice to inform them that we'd be missing our first night due to a minor accident and they told me there'd be no refunds. We showed up the 2nd day and I have to say it was a hodge podge horrible campground with RVs stacked next to one another like sardines. No one gave us instructions to a bathroom or shower and I still don't know if there was one! Greg ended up giving me a $40 credit to use within the year but we'd NEVER go back. It was our least favorite spot and we traveled from California to Montana and back. We stayed at some beautiful spots but this was NOT one of them! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!! We booked this campground a year in advance.. and I have to say the RV Park is horrible! Our campsites are on a dirt driveway next to run down homes and uncomfortably close to a cabin. I politely asked if we could be moved since there were other open spots and I was told absolutely not. We will never camp here again and would not recommend it if you enjoy camping outside of a neighborhood in tight quarters. read more

This was our first time staying at an RV Park. We're beginners and luckily Greg, the host, was so patient and wonderful to us as was his wife Betty. He guided my husband to park the RV trailer. We had great conversations with the hosts and other campers. Everyone was super nice. The park is small but so peaceful and beautiful. Having full hookups made us feel right at home. Gull Lake and June lake were a short distance walk. My doggy loved the park and there were plenty of places to walk him. The market, restaurants, and bars are so close by you could walk everywhere. We're hoping to come back to this park next year and for tears to come. read more

Is it glam? At $50 a night, nah. These are basic, tight RV spots with limited wifi, water/dump hookups and paid laundry, cozily nestled under tall pines in a quiet neighborhood. The managers were super sweet older folks who made us feel quite welcome. Message to the other reviewer here who claimed that if you're not white or don't love trump, you'll be yelled at by their management: you stated your girlfriend was speeding in their residential area (which includes neighbors and other guests who have pets and children) and you failed to wear your mask in their office while yelling at the caretaker to defend her honor. It's up to management to decide how to deal with guests who act recklessly. If being yelled at makes you feel like a kid, stop acting like one. Oh, and my mixed-race boyfriend and I (who don't support trump) had no issues here because we're not assholes. In fact, this town appears to be far more progressive and welcoming than some others in the area. By the way, the lake and brewery are within walking distance and everyone in this town was super sweet. We love June Lake! read more

Great place to visit June lake. Good size spots, great camp host, clean, safe and they offer free extensions if your hookups don't reach. It's a 5 min walk to gull lake and 10min walk June lake. It's also 1/2 block from the June lake brewery and town. We will be returning here. read more

Everyone was super friendly. I'm a new trailer owner and Gary parked my trailer for me and my neighbors were super helpful too. Gull Lake, June lake, brewery literally everything is within walking distance. There's trees and clean picnic tables. You have to sit next to the office for WIFI to work but I switched my phone to 3G and had no issues. I had another campsite at Silverlake but this one was so much better! Everything was perfect. Pro: The camp host was very friendly and helpful; The grounds are just a short (2 block) walk to the Gull Lake Marina which has a small store and boat rentals (open from 6am to 7pm); It's also just a few yards away from the June Lake Brewery (which was open from 12pm to 7pm). Con: The RV spaces are small, cramped and not well maintained (ours was pretty dirty); It's NOT actually on June Lake - It's also located in the middle of a residential neighborhood which means your view is someone's driveway, and there is constant vehicle traffic just a few feet away; Due to COVID, virtually everything to do in town is closed - and the few places still doing business open late and close early. What is available is expensive and not all that good. Overall:It was certainly was not the worst place we've camped with the RV, but we probably wouldn't go back. read more

Middle of a residential area and somewhat tricky to back in a 26' trailer off a narrow residential street. There is An outdoor beer garden just a couple houses up the street that plays music with traffic coming and going until 12:00 midnight. Will not stay here again. read more

One of the most miserable spots we've ever stayed . Tiny spots in the middle of a residential street ! We left after one night . There was the most horrible smell that we couldn't sleep ! Not a place for a spacious RV camping. The spots are small and people are on top of each other. My girlfriend was driving a little too fast one day from the RV park by accident and she was yelled at to slow down across the whole RV Park. The hosts were terrible, I confronted the front desk area and ask if they could come talk to us as adults instead yelling across the RV park. I was confronted with hostility and anger. I tried to speak with her calmly about it and I was threatened if I want to come back there again like it was some gold mine there. Then the lady called over her husband who immediately ask me if I had a problem brooding his shoulders up like I was trying to start a fist fight. I had too tell them both several times we weren't looking for a fight. The lady persisted by shoving a rules sheet at started on about how we weren't wearing a mask. Even though there were no mask rules on the rules sheet. All the white para finial trump supporters RVers where walking the whole campsite with no masks and i never heard them getting yelled at across the RV Park. If your people of any race beside white good luck there. Lastly the RV site we had was right next to a residential house where there were people partying loudly yelling every night we were there. This is a small rv Lot with full hook ups. Picnic tables fire pits and garbage cans made it a complete package for our individual needs . It is shady with trees and perfect location to walk to Gull lake and the town restaurant and bar . Victoria was pleasant and we enjoyed our time here. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and it was mediocre and bland. Do try the Hawaiian food truck parked behind it our friends had a delicious pot sticker burrito . read more

We had a lovely time here! Friendly staff and Happy campers. We have a small trailer so we were placed in a corner with plenty of space. Walking distance to lake park and town. WiFi can be weak during peak times. No public restroom or showers. We showered in the June lake marina with tokens you purchase. There are public bathrooms at the park or library. read more

Deserves 0 stars!! I've been coming to this campground every summer since I was 2 years old. My grandpa would come up during the winters years ago to help Paige close down the park too. Well this last time we came it was TERRIBLE the hosts were incredibly RUDE. One host got drunk one night and yelled at my mother for putting our trash in the dumpster, well if we didn't put it there where would they like us to put it ? leave it at our campsite so the bears could come and destroy the trash everywhere. These hosts don't have a clue on how camping works. One day they put the water hose right behind our trailers so it was all flooded we couldn't even walk to get in between trailers. You're not allowed to have any outside music at your campground and if you do they will immediately come over and have you turn it all the way down to where you can't even hear. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in June Lake I highly recommend not staying here and going over to Golden Pines RV Park just around the corner or to Silver Lakes. This was my favorite place to go since I was 2 and these rude people ruined it for me and my family. I also suggest Vicky (the owner) looks into getting new nicer hosts. The hosts were rude to my family the whole time we were there and even posted about was being terrible on their Facebook. That's completely unprofessional. read more

Another great RV park to stay in! Very quiet at night, and an extremely friendly manager who went out of her way to be helpful. Large, almost flat RV spaces with full hookups! Most spots were in the shade, too! We didn't have a chance to utilize any of the amenities offered, but we were very happy with our stay here. Within easy walking distance to the very tasty espresso lounge, the great little general store and also the art gallery. Be sure to walk down to the boat launch in the morning for a cup of coffee (40 cents per!) and sit outside and take in the views! Something about sitting by the lake with a hot cup of not too-bad-coffee and the smell of the fire pit burning that just made the mornings incredible! Enjoy! read more

This place is a jewel. Walt is simply one of the most hardworking, helpful and friendly people I have ever met. We stayed in an RV and the site was easy in and out. The park was very clean. Walt gave me a tour of the lodge and after seeing this, I have decided to put together a full family (I have 3 grown children) vacation next year. After 3 1/2 months and the help of the Better Business Bureau, I received my refund today. I am happy to finally get it.

Do not send a deposit or pay for a reservation unless you are sure you will be going. We followed their cancellation policy, spoke to Victoria 3 times and sent written request. It seems Victoria has no intention of refunding our payment. She told us during one of the calls she had already rented our site and would send a refund "today ". After 4 months still no check and they collected and kept double payment for the same site. Just not ethical. read more

The management was friendly and helpful. This was our first experience in a RV park and we were given all the help we needed. It was clean, close to nearby attractions, and our space had everything we needed, including a perfectly level parking space. We had a nice, shady spot....most spots had shade. There was a bit of a problem with TV reception while there, but the management got right on top of it and continued to keep us informed until it was fixed. We would return here for sure! read more
