Great local joint. Every time we order here, it's ready within 15 minutes. You can't order online but someone is always available to pick up the phone. The prices are unbeatable, so you can order more than you need and have plenty of leftovers. I have a picky kid, and he loves this pizza. It's the perfect proportions of cheese, sauce, and bread. There are 2 old school tables inside that are kept really clean. The entire interior is spotless and smells clean. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their establishment. The parking is also really easy, as it's in a strip mall lot. We usually just order a large cheese, but I've also had the veggie and it's great. Their churros are also delicious and made to order. Our family ordered from jr's pizza today, one of many orders from over the years. Lady who took the order on the phone seemed bothered and annoyed that we were calling. We called back to add more items to our order and she hung up on us mid phone call and we didn't get to add all the items we wanted. I knew we should have just cancelled the order because when my teenage nephew went inside to pay for the order he said that she was completely RUDE to him. This interaction with the female employee made him upset and sad that he didn't want to eat anymore. The 3 of the pizzas we order weren't completely cut and one of the pizza was HARD AS A ROCK like it was sitting for hours. What a disappointing experience, it was just a waste of our time and money. I haven't really had much else on the menu, but the pizza is consistently good. I always get extra sauce because I can't stand a dry pizza. Their sauce is pretty decent. This is strictly for the delivery service. Called them for 2 large pizzas and soda with a side of jalapenos. A lady took my order and I gave her my address twice and very slowly so it could be accurate. Said that it would be ready in 40 mins... my family was hungry. So 40 mins pass and I get a phone call... and the delivery guy says "hey I am here in the parking lot..." im thinking what? The lady ask me if this is a house and I said yes.. first red flag.... when i was on the phone with her. And then... he says "oh, then why you give me this address?" and I said "I didnt give you this address... the person that took my order must of got it wrong..." I continue to guide this delivery driver and clearly he is lost. I tried to remain patient with him and he keeps getting lost... and then he says.. "why did you give this address...? I cant keep driving back and forth..." I had enough and I cancelled the order. I am not walking around the block back and forth trying to locate a car for my pizza... thats just much ! I was over it. and I am not ever going to order here again. The professionalism and horrible customer service that displayed is a thorn in this pizza place. This is a small, family-run pizzeria in a neighborhood flooded with Mexican and Salvadoran eateries, and it's a good thing, too. They only have food or delivery or pickup, no seating. If you go to their Web site, they have some cool coupons too. The pizzas are pretty darn good, the prices are right, and their wings are moist & tasty. The ingredients are fresh and generous (unlike that storied place in Eagle Rock that uses canned mushrooms...), and my only kvetch is that the crust is of the more "conventional" (bready) type, but they're close, affordable, and good. Congratulations! By far the worst pizza i have ever had in my life. Yuck! Tasted like there were some cleaning supplies residue left on the surface where this pizza doh was made. I should have known better not a single customer in site and the whole place smell like bleach. Everything decent pizza wise closes at 10pm and so running late and hungry i popped into here. This is a 3.5 star place that gets a BIG bonus because they DELIVER. We have been ordering from Junior for at least 3 years - I think we started very soon after they opened . Before that, we went the Pizza Hut route, due to lack of options. So, it was great to have a non corporate place that DELIVERS (the magic word!!!) in our neighborhood. They usually answer the phone in Spanish, but when we ask to order in English there is never any problem. They are always civil and efficient when we call, and delivery time is pretty quick - usually less than 45 minutes. I find that the pizza is a nice, flavorful, fresh-tasting alternative to a salty, greasy corporate pie . It's not authentic Italian cuisine by any stretch of the imagination, but the sauce and crust both have a nice homemade taste and the cheese is real, or at least does a helluva job masquerading as such (I have only had all-veggie toppings so I can't speak about the quality of the meats) . I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the spicy wings, which I think are grilled and not fried. Always delicious. The quality is very consistent - we've never gotten a sucky pizza because they were having an "off" night. And, you really can't beat the price considering it tastes like real food and not a chemistry experiment. The drivers are always really nice, too. Top notch pizza at a fantastic price. I mean really. My company recently moved nearby, and I tried it for the first time this week, and I was astounded. I usually order ahead instead of waiting there for 15 minutes but Their chorizo/Mexican pizza is good too when you don't want a traditional one. They also have spicy and barbecue wings.
