This company lies. Worst experience I have ever had. Would give them zero stars. We asked them for a quote to donate items from our mother's house to the Salvation Army. They said they would bring boxes and didn't. They just threw everything in their garbage trucks so we asked to follow them to the donation center. Half of our furniture got broken since they didn't pad it with anything, so it couldn't be donated. All the small housewares went to the landfill against our wishes in their other truck. The supervisor was rude and even refused to make a list of items we donated. This is just a garbage company. Don't use them if you care about where your stuff is going. read more

These guys really are amazing. We had them clean out trash out of our garage. They packed it so tightly so it was able to be taken in one trip. I never thought they could get it all, but they really impressed me. The employees worked so hard, were professional and even tried to sweep. They did a very good job removing my old sofa from my apartment. The schedule was for 12/10/2016 at 1:00 PM, but I received a text messaging at around 2:00 PM stating they he couldn't make it because a colleague is sick. They came to get it the next day at around 9:00 AM while it was snowing outside. It took them only 5 minutes to take the sofa outside. One of them, probably the team leader, was complaining about he wish he would he asked me for more money, so I gave them $80 instead of the original $75. Timely and fair price. They do all the work for you and are happy to take more than you had originally described. Of course, this will cost you more, but it is nice that they are flexible. They were in and out within 15 minutes or so to clear out an entire garage. In a big city, this is very useful when doing a remodel and worrying about others using your dumpster out front. read more

What a great experience this turned out to be. After some initial phone issues when setting up my appointment (may have been my fault, I was calling on a cell from a skyscraper), everything went smoothly from there. The business owner called me back after we got disconnected and I set up my appointment for a Saturday morning. They crew arrived on time that Saturday morning, they were polite, professional and did a superb job. They were very flexible and accommodating, politely asking "are you sure there isn't anything else you need us to take?" - an offer we took them up on at least a couple times during the morning, but they were super cool with it. Everything about this process was easy- I was able to make an appointment with only a few days notice, the quote I received over the phone was exactly what I ended up paying, and it was HALF of what 1-800-JUNK quoted me. These guys do simply great work, and most importantly give you space and your life back. I was dreading the thought of all the stuff over the years that was building up that had to be removed, and deeply resenting all the weekends of work this was going to add up to. After reading reviews of all the services in the Chicago area from multiple sources, I chose these guys - and the reviews were dead on. Their pricing is fair and they work astoundingly fast. Their truck seemed way too small to me for all the stuff they had to load and take out of my house, and I concluded they must have some Zen Jedi mind trick as to how they load it, because it seemed bottomless. These guys were so good, that at the end, I hired them on the spot for some clean out work at my sisters house. At my location, they put in a good three hours of hard work or so in the middle of the blazing heat of the day and so I ordered a couple pizzas and some sodas for Max and his crew, and they were simply astounded. They kept asking me if I was really buying them food. They said no one in 10 years had ever once fed them or offered them lunch, and they were very grateful.
