The phone was answered right away and Max, the owner, agreed to send his guys over ASAP for a rather messy/complicated job that the others were too afraid or too busy to do. Very reasonable price! I asked them to haul away a queen size bed frame plus mattress and box spring, a giant china cabinet, a writing desk, a full size futon and frame, and 2 chairs, and they quoted me for $215 and only charged $180 upon the job. Definitely saved the day as I was really stressed out about getting rid of all of that stuff when my condo association has very strict rules about disposal. They arrived almost 40 min late on the day of. It's understandable as it was raining that day, but I only had 1 hour to use the loading dock so I was a little stressed. Thankfully they worked very quickly and got everything hauled away on time. The person in charge of scheduling and quoting is extremely curt, which took me by surprise as the other reviews suggested that they are super friendly and polite?
