Juno's is a combination coffee hub and wine pub located in a corner suite of the Shelter Island Village in Point Loma. Parking in this plaza was not optimal with too few spaces for all of the businesses. The inside setup featured a compact bar with about four spots near the front entrance and several small tables. I believe there was also an outside patio adjacent to a side entrance, but I didn't venture over there to check the layout. For a kitchen of limited size, the menu was rather extensive. The categories on the two pages ranged from starters, sliders, soups, small plates, shareables, salads, flatbread, and desserts. There was also a list of the day's specials that featured eight full size entrees ranging from $22 to $38. I selected the first one from the list which was the Seafood Pasta. Fettucine noodles were cooked in an herbed tomato sauce with shrimp, scallops, salmon, and mussels. The item took about 15 minutes to be prepared. A healthy amount of parmesan cheese was grated on top of the dish. There were roughly two to four pieces of each seafood type. The sauce was light but well-seasoned from the herbs. For the serving size, I thought the $35 price tag was fair compared to upscale Italian restaurants around town. I had no qualms with giving a four star rating for my dinner at Juno's.

Absolutely adorable wine bar/coffee shop/chill out place in a hidden corner of Point Loma. I have been already a few times when I do the La Playa Trail and I love how clean and quaint this place is. The coffee is excellent. That is always the reason why I stop there. One star minus for the attitude of the server. Not malice at all but it does not give an impression when people go for coffee at 5 pm (some people like me drink coffee all day and night and still can sleep) and they are told 'we are right now in wide mode'. Another customer with kids and I mentioned that we found this place on line and does not specify that after 2 is not really quiet a coffee time. She said 'that would be a question for the owner, I just work here'. Even though that is technically correct, the customer service answer could have been executed more elegantly like 'I will make sure the hours of operation get fixed if needed'. No one needs to know if you are the owner or employee. Other than that, Juno's is great and cozy.

This is the old Wine Pub. They still have a nice wine collection, but not much else is the same. It was a Monday and slow. The server was very nice and knowledgeable. The menu looked good, especially the daily specials. We weren't that hungry, so I ended up ordering the mushroom and Brie flatbread. My friend got the beef sliders with a side salad. Everything was delicious.

Went here for breakfast and was blown away by how amazing it was! So much better than fig tree or breakfast republic! Cute/cool ambiance, fantastic service, and the food was out of this world! Love the ambiance here with the fire pits and twinkling lights cute little dinner spot with live music which is awesome with your throwbacks. Shared plates are awesome the burrata with the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto, arugula was so amazing paired with our wine and our server was amazing Very friendly and kind and the owner is always very nice And always seems to be there when I stop by. All in all a great date night spot or a fun place to go with your girls.

Was in the area and had some time before an appointment so we decided to try this place for breakfast. The outside is nothing fancy. It's situated in a sort of strip mall, if that's is what you would call it. But everything is very clean. When you first walk in, you immediately see the bar that has a fancy coffee maker/espresso maker on it. We were greeted right away. Very friendly. Told us to go ahead and grab a menu and have a seat wherever we want. A gentleman brought over a carafe of water. I'm a little bit of a water snob and needed lemon for it. The tables were very nice. Fresh flowers on every table. The restaurant its self is fairly small but cozy. We ended ordering a croissant, breakfast sandwich, the pancake and eggs, breakfast, and the caprice on toast. The croissant sandwich was really good. For the price, you would have thought there would have been potatoes or fruit on the side. The pancakes and eggs were really good. Also came with bacon. Was a little taken aback from the size of the pancakes. They were the size of silver dollars. Buts still really good. The caprese toast, I hate tomatoes, so according to my friend, was really good. Would we come back? Yes.

Great find close to our hotel. The breakfast menu was extensive and hard to decide from so many great choices. My husband chose an omelette with roasted potatoes on the side. i had the croissant sandwich. It is a seat yourself atmosphere with indoor and outdoor space. The service was excellent and our food was delicious!

This restaurant is a great option for a healthy lunch. You can create your own bowls with protein, fresh vegetables, and a dressing. Both bowls were very tasty.

We celebrated our daughter's engagement with a party of 15. Roy and his staff made the day absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the champagne, wine, and cocktails kept flowing, and the service was impeccable. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and anticipated every need without missing a beat. They made us feel so well taken care of, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy celebrating this special occasion with our family. Very cute and cozy spot with a gorgeous, comfortable patio on warm days. They do have big umbrellas if it's too sunny. I started with a lavender latte- delicious. Then I had a steak and blue cheese flatbread. It came with soups or salad, and I had a small cup of French onion soup- good, but not remarkable. The flatbread was accidentally delivered as the blue burger flatbread with hamburger meat instead of steak. It was good, even if not what I expected. It could have used some sort of sauce between the meat and cheese and the bread- or maybe just a layer of melty blue cheese instead of the as crumbles on top? Something to help the toppings stick. My SIL had the tuna nicoise- it looked delicious and she said it was very good. The potatoes are warm- which would be a plus for me! It's a hearty bowl full of veggies including asparagus, salmon, potatoes etc. Several people ordered the shakshuka and said it was very good. It has a bit of spice, and good amount of sausage or bacon. My grandpa said the eggs were hard to find, but I think they were just baked under the sauce and layers of bacon and cheese. Service can be a bit slow- it was more than 30 minutes from when we ordered to when the food was brought out and there were few tables occupied, so be prepared to enjoy a leisurely meal here. Went to Juno's for dinner yesterday, delightful as always! We had the lemon hummus and pita appetizer which was great. The Orchard Salad for me and the Chicken with potatoes and asparagus that my husband had were delicious! We enjoyed the selection of wines as well. Three of us locals dropped in for a breakfast meeting! Taylor is a shiny star server!! Always a welcoming smile and warm greeting. Excellent barista and takes any request to the chef for clarity. We enjoy the ambiance inside and outside on the patio. The mushroom Brie and feta flatbread was satisfying and hit savory and sweet notes. Our lavender lattes were delicious; highly recommend. Whether you come for breakfast lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed. read more

I love coming here on the weekends in the evening to listen to some local musicians, have a nice dinner or appetizers and some nice wine. The ambience is amazing and relaxing. It's become quite the little neighborhood gathering spot. read more

Confusing to find since signage reads Coffee Hut...with Juno's etched in small lettering on the entrance door. Food was wonderful and service lovely.Mellow atmosphere with a variety of coffee drinks, small menu but everything we tried was well made and delicious. We were there in the middle of Comic Con and took refuge far from the maddening crowds downtown, here in Point Loma. We enjoyed it so much that we brought our family back a couple of days later for a quiet brunch, away from the touristy trap spots around the convention center. Parking lot on the small side and was crowded both times we came, but we've lived to tell the tale. read more

I didn't realize the Wine Bar was now Juno's, so I had lunch with a friend there yesterday. Patio and indoor dining options and the lunch was delicious! We each ordered a flatbread to share (because they all looked so good) and the side salad that came with it was great, too! My new favorite lunch spot in Point Loma! Parking is the only challenge, but worth the hunt for a spot. read more

Service was great. The waiter really tried. Food was ok - I expected more. I ordered something with potatoes and eggs and I think it had mushrooms too. Too salty. The baked oatmeal had chunks of plantain that I didn't really enjoy and was oddly bland and didn't seem to go with the whole ensemble. I wouldn't go back. read more

By far the best coffee in Point Loma; the owner chooses and roasts his own beans. The ambience is inviting, and the owner and baristas (hi Tati!) are friendly and beyond competent, and the food is delicious. Enjoy! read more

Excellent place to grab breakfast in Point Loma. I had the yogurt and granola with fruit. Hit the spot for a lighter breakfast item. The others in my party had the breakfast sandwich and seemed very happy with their meal. The fruit cup did not disappoint either. No filler fruit. Will be back! read more

Best breakfast spot! The coffee is amazing, the food is great and comes out quickly, and the staff are incredible! We were in town visiting for 3 days and had breakfast at Juno's every morning. Not sure I want to tell everyone about convenient wonderful place that just keeps growing on me. I love breakfast and I love dinner and I am sure anything in between. This place is located at the corner of Scott and Shelter Island Dr. convenient off street parking lot. Nicely crafted coffee and teas. Baked oatmeal is like a bread pudding density but not as moist. Served with brûléed bananas and strawberries plus pepitos. The burrito has a generous portions of scrambled eggs and when you order sausage it's more like tender chunks of polish sausage than a typical breakfast sausage. Servers are friendly and prompt and the restaurant has a nice neighborhood vibe. read more

Established in 2009.

Juno's formerly the Wine Pub & the Coffee Hub has been a staple in Point Loma. From a wine bar to a cafe and now: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Wine Bar, Coffee Roaster. The best part of Juno's is the wonderful welcoming atmosphere that bring in customers from near and far to enjoy in-house roasted coffee, over 30 wines by the glass, and incredible homemade food, Juno's offers something different. Meet the Business Owner: Roy Nina M.

Nina is a full-time high school math teacher and pastry chef. She somehow finds time to design our menus, bake our desserts, and the pastries for the morning. You'll occasionally find her in the kitchen. Roy, a real San Diegan native, with a BS in Finance and MBA in Global business grew up in the hospitality field, now making his way back. You'll occasionally see him doing something.

Tip to restaurant, hire more waiters or alternate seating in waiter sections to give more care to your tables. Tip to patrons, this was my experience and don't be disappointed if yours is similar. I will still come here, just order pizza to go and eat along the waterfront.

You can taste the care and thoughtfulness that goes into their wine making process. Very chill atmosphere and conducive to an enjoyable taste experience. There's a nice parking area for tasters right in front of the wine shop.
