Situated on a side street in OB it has lots of outdoor seating and limited parking. It feels like a walk up, OB casual cafe. I went on a Monday morning and there were no staff. Waited for about 5 minutes and was greeted by a gentleman who took my order I got a decaf, dirty, iced vanilla chai. It was good but not a lot of chai flavor. Not overly sweet which is good I also ordered the ham and cheese stuffed croissant. I think they just warm it up. And I think it was overdone. The cheese had come out and was burnt, which is OK cause I like burnt cheese. But the end of the croissant was hard and edible. Overall it's a great option if you're local and looking for a cafe that's walkable with lots of seating. But I wouldn't go through the effort of finding parking to visit. To the business owner: I have a handicap placard that was clearly visible in my windshield. But I'm happy that you showed other customers who are as a business owner and why they should not frequent your business. As you can see from my picture the croissant was not edible. Tried this on a Saturday and they were surprisingly not busy. Ordered a 50/50 acai bowl to eat on the spot. Pretty good but I would've preferred the California bowl with peanut butter. They had plenty of seats but limited parking on the streets and some reserved parking on the sidewalk. The Cafe isnt in the building, its on the north side of the building where the parking is. I got the Ocean bowl for my wife and a couple of others to try and they enjoyed it. The fruits were fresh and all the flavors meshed pretty well. Definitely recommend on a hot day. My boyfriend and I got açaí bowls and they were amazing! The bowls tasted so fresh, especially the fruit on top. The bowls were both reasonably priced as well. Great açaí bowls and Vietnamese iced coffees! Loved how generous they were with the PB that I added to mine. Both of the adult bowls were generous with all the fruits, too. My husband said he wished the açaí was a bit sweeter like some of our spots back in LA that we frequent, but I preferred the taste of this place's because that means there was less sugar lol. We tried the smoothies which were super flavorful and natural tasting. The avocado bagel was amazing, they have tons of options for bagels and bagel sandwiches! Coffee was insanely good and was loved by my tween coffee connoisseurs who ordered a Snickers Latte and Caramel Macchiato. On a rainy morning I decided to stop into this outdoor cafe They were getting drenched but had the happiest smiles as they helped me with my order. I had a coffee and Stuffed Croissant Sandwich. Cafe OB is an outdoor kiosk located in a corner spot on Bacon St. and an alleyway. They have some outdoor seating with umbrellas set up over some artificial turf. You may have to search for some parking in the area as there is not much available. The staff is nice and they get orders out quickly. Our favorite so far is the California Bagel sandwich. The California Bagel comes with your choice of toasted bagel, cream cheese, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, and sunflower seeds. We used to always get a bagel sandwich similar to this, but that place stopped making it for whatever reason. This one has even more toppings which takes it up several notches! We have also tried the Ocean Bowl. This has blended mango, pineapple, blue spirulina sorbet (which gives it it's cool blue color) and is topped with blueberry, raspberry, banana, pecans, chia seeds, honey, and shredded coconut. This was good, but melted fairly quickly and it wasn't that hot outside at the time. We tried the iced carmel macchioto for our morning kick start and it was delicous. It's a bit on the sweet side if you don't have a sweet tooth but it was still tasty- we can see this as being more of an afternoon/dessert drink when you need that afternoon pick me up and and craving something sweet. It's definitely a treat that we will get every now and then. If you end up frequenting this place for drinks, make sure you get a stamp card! read more

You know when a place almost looks like a shack, it's gonna be bomb. There's a few parking spots reserved almost infront of a motel looking spot. There are tables that you can sit at. I came here with a couple friends and my dog. Service was quick.
