We are updating our review after ten years. Our last one was back when we were just visiting the island, before we decided to move here eight years ago. Honest take: the food and service can sometimes be hit or miss, and there is a lot of staff turnover. For example, The double burger is kind of unnecessary. It is two thick patties just piled on top of each other, and honestly, just make one really good burger and call it a day or give me a double smash burger. If you put the right toppings on it, you do not need two. It sounds good in theory but it just is not. You usually can't go wrong with a fish sandwich or entrée though. But what I really want to highlight now is that they are finally offering happy hour, something they have never done before, and it is a huge benefit to the locals who are here all summer long supporting this venue. The $10 bites are genuinely nice options, including peel and eat shrimp, fish dip, two sliders, beef barbacoa tacos, quesadillas, and tempura green beans. And the $8 margaritas and lychee martinis are something to write home about. Happy hour under the tiki bar has never been better now that there are specials.

We sat at the bar and got served pretty quickly. The bartenders were friendly and nice . Started with the fish dip was absolutely amazing. The jalapenos with the fish dip on the crackers make it so much better. We got Ceviche and the Mahi sandwich. I had specifically asked for the Mahi Reuben with the dressing and the coleslaw on the side. Unfortunately when it came it was on the side but it was also on the sandwich. So they did end up remaking it for me the way I asked for it. It was a delicious sandwich and they use the good thick rye bread

Nice place on the water. Nice outdoor seating areas with good umbrella coverage, and a tiki bar! Mojito 9/10 Good mojito from the tiki bar. Tad bit seltzer-y but still good! Thrasher IPA 10/10 Peel 'n' eat shrimp 10/10 Medium-hot spice level. Great Cajun seasoning and flavor. A good size shrimp too and very fresh. They were chilled, which we were not expecting. Crab & Shrimp dip 9/10 Sip was super cheesy, a little difficult to get on the chips. They kept breaking. A tad more creamy would have been easier. Flavor was pretty good though: cheesy, and you could taste the shrimp. Not so much the crab. Liked the artichoke in there too.

I came here with my family after a boat excursion and we weren't super hungry, so we just shared a couple of the animal-style fish tacos--and wow, these were some of the best fish tacos I've ever had! Funny enough, our boat tour guide recommended it, and we've been grateful ever since. The bartender who helped us was also really sweet. Definitely a spot I'd go out of my way for just to get those tacos again.

Singer Island location is great for this marina. The large bar and beautiful outdoor setting makes it just ideal if you want to appreciate your surroundings and the weather. Food was fine. Not awful, but fine. Service was quite good. Ceasar salad with salmon was excellent. Grilled fish was done to perfection and it was a generous size. Flatbread with meat was fine. While I found it salty one other in my group really enjoyed it. Poke bowl was good. Waiter steered us to the fish and chips saying it was very popular. I found it a bit heavy on the batter, everyone else liked it. Live music, nice vibe.

You don't go to this restaurant so much for the food but the views and ambiance....service and food are ok but we always visit at-least once on our yearly vacation to the area!

The fish doesn't get any fresher and the view doesn't get any better than at the Sailfish Marina restaurant. We stopped by for lunch and sat outside to enjoy the water view (and the lovely boats docked at the marina). A few of us enjoyed the chicken Caesar wraps, which were large and came with a side of delicious fries or coleslaw and a delightful Caesar dressing. A few others had the poke bowl. It was extremely spicy and lacked some ingredients they were expecting in this type of dish. It included lettuce, avocado and some bread crisps, which helped to offset the spiciness a bit. The blackened mahi tacos, which included cheese and onions, were flavorful and quite good. The service was very good, and the server was pleasant and cheerful. Will we return? Probably so but will certainly ask about the spice level of the menu items.

We found this gem online and so glad we did! The view, food and service were amazing! And we loved that they allowed this sweet cat to come inside during the storm. Highly recommend!

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the very slow service. However, the food was great! We ate many things off the menu including the pei oysters, smoked fish dip, mahi mahi ceviche, and fried grouper sandwich. I found everything to be great, with the oysters being the best thing we ordered. The fish dip wasn't very flavorful but it was good, I would have like more of a smokey flavor. The fried grouper was excellent. We ordered an espresso martini and a mango mojito both were great. The restaurant is very large and on the water with large windows so the views are beautiful. It was quite loud inside but, what do you expect on a busy day? We would come back for some of the fresh seafood!

The short ribs were delicious, the martini was very good and the view was amazing. Service was ok - very nice people but a little slow to get to the table and bring water at first.

Mac and cheese that looked (and tasted) microwaved

We came here last night, a Wednesday night in August. The ambiance and the views are amazing, and make it worth a visit! From inside or outside you can see gorgeous views of the sunset. You can also watch the boats dock, and see some pretty awesome fish! The whole area is just beautiful. The bathrooms are amazing, our kids were loving the bathroom underwater decor. The food and the service on the other hand, were quite disappointing. My daughter got mac and cheese that looked like it was made in the micro wave. My husband had steak and it was just ok. I got the crispy tuna at first which was not at all what I expected-the tuna was tasteless and the noodles were unbearably spicy. I switched it for the tuna poke, which was just ok. Our server was far from enthusiastic, and didn't describe dishes well at all, when asked. It's always really helpful to have a server explain a dish when you have a question about it and unfortunately our server almost seemed like he'd rather not be at work. Gave us the bare minimum with answers, and didn't even know what was in one of the kids specialty drinks. Overall we loved the views and the outside area, and felt this place has such potential! The food and service were just a disappointment.

It was good appetizers. The lobster roll could use something to add texture ie slaw on top and some seasoning. Overall pleasant atmosphere and great hostess.

But once you step outside your room door, it's like you've entered a completely different (and much worse) property. Service here is borderline nonexistent, especially in the kids pool area. We stayed during a busy period and the kids pool zone was an absolute disaster. Zero staff presence, no lifeguard or attendants in sight, and it was so overcrowded that it felt unsafe. Parents were on edge, kids were bumping into each other constantly, and there was no organization whatsoever. It was pure chaos. The resort was beyond packed. Elevators regularly had long lines of people waiting just to go up or down. Bar was unserviceable. People on top of eachother food going to wrong tables. Disaster. I've stayed at busy hotels before, but this was next-level. The concierge was an absolute joke. When we asked for recommendations or help booking activities, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and felt scripted. The front desk people were attentive in a calm, steady way, and even the beach umbrella servers moved with that same unhurried awareness, like they understood the rhythm of the place better than we did. The restaurant was excellent. Not just good--reliably so, which can be its own kind of comfort. Every meal arrived as if it had been waiting for us longer than it should have, warm and inevitable, and we found ourselves thinking about the next one before we were finished with the current plate. The room stayed spotless. Housekeeping came and went like a soft reset of reality each day, leaving everything in its place, nothing out of order. The bed and pillows were unusually comfortable--deep, absorbing--and once you lay down, the world outside seemed to recede in a way that felt almost intentional. The soundproofing helped with that too. Whatever went on beyond the walls never quite made it in. In the end, it was an easy stay to slip into. Almost too easy. And when it was time to leave, it felt natural to think we might come back again... as if the place expected that much from us.

Very easy, lots of spaces. There's a QR code to pay, but my parking was free because of my ResortPass. I went to the front desk to check in. The two ladies there were super friendly and efficient. Check in took five minutes at most. I got a wristband and a key card and I was set. I went out to the pool took a look around. It was very early in the morning so it was pretty empty. I went out to the beach, also empty and very beautiful. Lots of seaweed on the beach, but the ocean itself was very clear and calm. I'm honestly not too much of a beach person so I decided to hang out by the pool so I went back and got a towel and put it down on a chair with an umbrella. The pool area is very pretty and kept very clean. There's plenty of towels for everybody. There is a guy who walks around and sees if you want anything to eat or drink and he comes around all day long again and again and again, so you never have to look for him. When I got there, it was very early in the morning and I wanted just a little iced coffee. So I went inside to the restaurant and I asked the woman for an iced coffee and she said I'd be better off going to the hotel marketplace which was literally just a few steps away. She could not have been nicer and more helpful and I really appreciated it. When I got to the marketplace I was able to get my iced latte and a little slice of banana bread and I took it back to the pool and enjoyed it there. Later on in the day. I had my lunch out by the pool, which was super nice. All in all every person I encountered at the hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel itself was really pretty and clean. I really did feel like I was on a vacation. I loved my day at this hotel.

Soon my wonderful wife came down with our daughter and her friends visited for their Spring break, Mar., 2025. Then the three of us visited in Jan., 2026. We visited for six nights on this trip; after a longer-than-planned travel day (the airline routed us to the wintry north of Detroit in order to fly south... a nice compare-and-contrast we appreciated after-the-fact), we were pleased to meet Shawna in person; Shawna had been talking with my wife pre-arrival, and provided a de-stressing welcome. For this trip, we rarely left the property, in most part because I worked most of the days, in the room (see below). We did enjoy making food for ourselves in the room; there are two Publix, one just across the bridge and another just north, heading to Jupiter, maybe and extra 3 minutes further away. We enjoyed food at Reflections, including: - Sunday night special... ribs !! and a Miami Vice drink, while watching some of the football with the many other guests - burgers for lunch, including the especially good Rodeo Burger - with cheese and bacon!! - good drinks, with and without alcohol (alcohol-free pina coladas are good for any/all ages!) - gluten free pizza and wings The Activity Center offered 21 / blackjack, which was fun. We enjoyed a bit of soccer on the turf field between buildings. The hot tubs are nice, night and day Fun on the beach, getting sun, building sand castles, and walking along and enjoying the surf. The eastern-most point in Florida is about a quarter-mile to the left / north... you can see it from Oceana Palms once you know where to look... it is the one rocky outcropping that is present; just use a map on your app to confirm you are there... pretty neat! One main difference between The Breakers and any other hotel is that they never force you out of your spot just because it is 6 PM. Also I tried the mojito and it was cool , refreshing and had the right bit of kick for a sunny time fun experience. As a note , we only used the spa facilities and each space was unique and fabulous. Not only were the attendees in the room warm and welcoming but anyone you met while walking on the property always smiled and asked if we needed or were looking for something- yes Jeffrey thank you for helping us find the closest entrance back! As a Palm Beach local, there are places I still am Surprised when I stumble on or am gifted a chance to try. This is now a place when we have visitors looking for a "Miami" vibe treatment I will say- I have the place for you it's clean, luxurious, accommodating, Sweet and BETTER than anything South Florida will have to offer. Thank you to everyone brining joy for our Mothers on this day, I imagine you are like this everyday and that is where my heart will Keep you. Also we loved our Roses for the day too!

This is a really difficult review because I have been here before and had a great experience…read more I was planning a spa experience for my sister's birthday. I was having trouble online, my password needed to be reset and I wasn't getting the reset email in my inbox. So I decided to call to potentially fix my password issue. I spoke to a young lady who made me aware she could not help me with my password and she would transfer me to someone who could help me with a reservation. I was transferred over and over again. The first time I was transferred to the front desk of the hotel, then to another department and back to the front desk of the hotel; never to the spa. I then called back and asked to speak to someone that could help me make a reservation and I was told they were extremely busy and someone would call me back. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a call back. Normally, by now, I would've left this business alone, but it was really important to me that my sister got the spa weekend she wanted. So I called again, was transferred over and over when asked to speak to a manager of the spa. I stayed in a loop on the phone for over 15 minutes and spoke to no one who could provide me a manager. Eventually, I spoke to someone who gave me a phone number for a director just for me to call the director and leave a message. I left a message with the director's voice mail around 10 AM and here we are 6:36 PM and I'm yet to receive a call back. I feel like I've had to beg this company to take my money lol! I'm trying to book services. Overall, this has been a really bad experience and has put a bad taste in my mouth.

Room was very nice and clean, amenities were great! The hotel restaurant gallery had a great hh! The empanadas were toooo good! Overall great stay, they have a mover which takes you around downtown which I thought was awesome as we were able to get dropped off at our dinner spot. Valet is mandatory about $50 a night kinda steep but it's okay. There was a couple of Karen's throughout the hotel which was expected given the area haha

I reported it immediately, took photos on the spot, and the valet manager even acknowledged the car had been parked near bushes -- consistent with the damage. Towne Park still denied the claim. That's the part that really matters: They had custody of the car. It came back damaged. And they took no responsibility. And neither did the hotel. I tried to resolve it directly and spent months chasing this -- and got nowhere. If you use this valet, just know: If something happens to your car, don't expect accountability. I also reached out to the hotel multiple times and got not response or accountability from the Hilton.

From the the front of the house to the back. The customer service here was excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The sitting area by the lobby was a nice area. I liked the decor. One of my favorite spots was the pool bar on the 8th floor. I loved the canopy over the bar. It was absolutely beautiful. I spend most of my time there. The pool was not to big but long. It had a nice view. I was happily surprised with the room they prepared for the soccer tournament with the multiple TVs playing the different games and the table games. That was a nice touch. This property has The Circuit that stops right in front and takes around the city. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Near, I found things to do and had fun. My time here was fun.

I absolutely love The Ben West Palm Autograph Collection, Ben Trovato Estate. This boutique hotel…read moreis simply exquisite. 'Ben Trovato' means "well found" or "well invented". From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated very well. The Ben is breathtakingly decorated with greenery and art design to mimic the appearance and beauty of what Palm Beach represents. At check in, Angelina provided us with complimentary spring water in beautifully designed water boxes and our wristband room keys. The complimentary Paloma Angelina presented was sinfully delicious. What a great way to start our stay. Our waterfront rooms faced the Palm Harbor Marina with views overlooking the harbor, Codes (stainless steel and glass sculptures), and a view of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. In room amenities included thick plush towels, soft robes and slippers. Closets also included a safe, full size ironing board, iron, and a steamer. Two large umbrellas hung in the closet in case of rainy weather. The bar and refrigerator were stocked with alcohol, snacks, and more water. The beds are comfortable and featured sheets stitched with The Ben's name and logo. Hotel amenities included a rooftop pool, glass elevator, gym, and room service. Complimentary bikes and shuttle services are available. Bruno, a Circuit vehicle, provides rides exclusively for The Ben guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. There is also a Book Butler that can bring you a curated and rotated book delivered on a silver platter! Tatianna, at the Front Desk, answered questions and provided good breakfast recommendations. Kevin, Bell Services, was also helpful. He made sure I had all the information on how to schedule a ride with Bruno and that we had water boxes for our trip and activities we had planned for the day. Kevin also provided good recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I would not hesitate staying at the Ben next time I am in the West Palm Beach. I am so happy we "found" this hotel! Ben Trovato!
