One of the biggest issues is the lack of designated delivery truck areas, which regularly leads to traffic congestion and makes navigating the center frustrating at times. Pedestrian access is another concern--there's no clear or safe sidewalk connection from Mission Blvd over to Target, so you often find yourself walking directly in traffic lanes, which doesn't feel safe at all. There's also a noticeable shortage of trash cans throughout the property, which impacts cleanliness. And while this center has been open for about a year, it's disappointing that public seating areas still haven't been installed. There aren't really any inviting spaces where people can sit, gather, or just enjoy being there. Overall, it feels like the center was built with retail in mind, but not the full community experience. With some thoughtful improvements--better traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and shared spaces--this could be a much more welcoming and functional destination.

Too many busy spots with a small amount of parking and each business has employees too that need to park. I still think its parking lot is too small for the masses, and it's kind of hazardous driving through and walking. Perhaps it was bad design by the developer, but I feel it is worth mentioning. Inside, though, the floor gleams and the shelves are neatly arranged and well stocked. I'm still getting acquainted and haven't really explored it all the way around, but there is a Starbucks in front and a pharmacy. Groceries look fresh and the homegoods area has items I have not seen for a while at other locations, which is funny because we're talking about Jurupa Valley, a semi-rural ghetto :D All jokes aside, one good thing about new plazas are the wide selection of neighboring businesses, including an Aldi, In-N-Out, other restaurants, auto parts store, charging station, car wash, and much more.

That level of dismissiveness is unacceptable. Target chose to sell the product, take the money, and then immediately wash their hands of it when it failed. Even worse, I tried calling the store for support and no one answered. Not once. Gift cards are a known scam and tampering risk. If Target is going to keep them on racks, they need real monitoring, real training, and real accountability. Right now, it feels like Target is perfectly fine collecting the sale and leaving customers to clean up the damage.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

For me that potentially opens skulldugury for enterprising thieves. Another big con is the lack of employee response to summons for assistance at locked displays (baby formula, booze, pain relief, deodorant, etc). I found their selection cat foods to be good and more consistently stocked than Target, for similar prices. Target, however, is far less chaotic inside.

The return department is the worst!! Horrible attitude while talking amongst themselves about other employees and customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. I don't think they ever clean it either and the produce is the worst by far. It's a task just to find a decent shopping cart and the belts you're supposed to put your items on are ALWAYS dirty and wet. Stay away.
