My family and I decided to eat here last minute and we were not expecting much but we are so glad we did. Each of our dishes were amazing, and the ambiance walking in was very welcoming. The server was super sweet and very attentive. The prices are great too! Highly recommend!

We haven't been to this place in 10 years and it has upgraded. It's style and food! Super super cute inside. Cozy and great weight. Staff and the Mac and cheese is delicious. And the burgers are good also.

We enjoyed our meal at Jus Mac. We got the All American Mac and it is everything you would want out of a classic Mac and Cheese. It was oddly quiet when we went but that wouldn't stop us from coming back. While you can get full meals here, this is also a great place to come if you get a random craving for a savory snack.

This is mine and my husband go to spot!! Love the food it's soo delicious!!! We always go the Mac and cheese. We finally ventured off and tried new things on the menu. The burger and chicken pesto are the best!!! Francis is very helpful and friendly always welcomes us when we come in!!! She is the best and we will be coming very often!!!

Absolutely loved the food. I ordered to-go and it was ready in about 10 minutes. I waited on the patio, which was lovely, and the interior was clean and charming. The counter staff were incredibly kind and helpful with the menu. Highly recommend this place.

The food is amazing, always comes out hot and fresh! Many different types of Mac and cheese to choose from, with amazing presentation and flavors :). The workers here are very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu when making recommendations or if you have any questions. If you've ever drove by here and wondered if it's worth checking out, you totally should!

First time at this location but food still tastes the exact same -amazing! We tried the 1/2 lbs of Tikka, Cheeseburger, Pitmaster? And hangover. All were insanely good and rich

    Truffle Mac & Tikka Mac

Tried out the truffle Mac & cheese and the tikka Mac and cheese. I enjoyed the truffle Mac and cheese with mushrooms better than the tikka. They give a side salad if dining in which I thought was a good to help balance out the richness of the Mac and cheese.

Boneless Wings: Hot Honey Butter (L), ordered Korean BBQ, got Buffalo (R). And wings are only worth it if you dine in.

Tumble 22 did NOT skip out on the portions, cause tell me why 8-piece chicken nuggets nearly obliterate me. Service was also friendly and quick! The orders came with a slice of bread that was placed under the chicken; overall, the chicken was prepared well & the quality was evident! I wish the bread had been provided separately, because after a while, the chicken made it soggy, so it deterred me from eating it. They had a unique "Korean" version of their chicken, marinated in spicy Gochujang sauce, and I ordered the Honey Mustard as my dip. While it was delicious, it was a bit salty, so next time I come, I wouldn't get the Korean version. They also had unique Szechuan fries that I'd love to try!

It's a bit difficult to get in and out of the parking lot onto the street. The menu is very simple and fast food esque; chicken sandwiches, tenders, and fries / sides. The sandwich was fairly good sized and comes with one side. The chicken itself was a bit bland; the cole slaw out of everything was well seasoned and had good flavor. The fries are the typical frozen shoe string fries. Service is okay; again, this spot borders on a fast food restaurant so it's quite simple service. Overall, it's okay; the chicken isn't spectacular but it's a step above Canes or Laynes in some ways but flavor wise also missing something special.

It's worth making the trip now, not later. The menu is exceptionally well-curated, hitting that sweet spot of what Houston does best. comfort, creativity, and just enough flair to keep things interesting. We kicked things off with the deviled eggs topped with maple pork belly, easily some of the creamiest I've ever had. Do not split an order. Everyone at the table should get their own. For the entrée, I went with the Sunday enchiladas made with Killen's famous brisket. Smoke, salt, pepper and exactly what you want from a dish like this. It typically comes with Mexican rice and refried beans, but the rice was running behind during my visit, so I swapped in scrambled eggs (it was brunch) no complaints. Been coming to these restaurants since their incarnation, with that original barbecue location on Kirby Drive. How many years ago? Over fifty possibly? The chips and salsa were good. Enjoyed with my drink of choice, the uber carbonated Topo Chico in the bottle. Coca-Cola didn't mess with the carbonation when they bought the company. At the Yale location, a wall with the decorative wooden plates of Michoacán. I own just one. I count 18 on one wall. But one day, when we move into assisted living, I am going to contact Levi to see if he wants to buy our extensive collection of Mexican folk art. I especially think he will love taking ownership of my collection of Huichol masks. (I hope). A person on Houston Heights Foodies recommended the enchiladas saying that they were to die for and so, today, for lunch that is what I chose to have. Evaluation? The rice was acceptable but dry as if it had been under a heat lamp or reheated, the charro beans were good, the plate was hot, and the enchiladas were classically Tex-Mex and fresh tasting. I had been worried that everything would have a creosote mesquite smokiness, but it didn't. The beans had a hint of that creosote smell and taste, but not a deal breaker. But I had a taste and left the rest. Personal preference. A lovely waitress from Monterrey. I appreciated that there was avocado on both my taco and my tostada. I know it's a little thing, but certainly the perfect addition. My food was absolutely delicious. My friend that joined me for lunch had the beef tacos El Carbone. Needless to say, neither of us were able to finish our plates, but we still ordered dessert because we had both never been and didn't want to miss the opportunity. We ordered the sopapillas and I ordered a tres leches to go, a personal fav of my youngest son. As you can tell from the pictures, the food had an excellent presentation. I felt everything was priced reasonably and did I mention how absolutely scrumptious everything was. We will be back again soon.
