I scheduled a same day appointment and was very happy with the results. Elizabeth was able to squeeze me in and gave me a beautiful face framing and long layers. She is kind and her work area and the entire salon is clean and peaceful. There is a lovely little waiting area decorated with potted plants and seating. I was very satisfied with this service. The cut ran around $65. But other services are also available!

Found this gem through Yelp. My family and I are on vacation (from Sacramento) and decided on a whim to get my 2 girls a haircut. Its so hot here in Palm Springs so they wanted one. Elizabeth (I believe) was wonderful. My girls are in love with their haircuts. She was very patient with them. She even gave me tips on how to get my thinning hairl thicker. Lovely work, accommodating, patient and kind example of a hairstylist. Had a rough week and felt pampered. She gave a lovely experience. Got a haircut, shampoo&conditioning, blowout. The hair was left impeccable and so soft. price is comparable to upscale Palm Springs locations (a bit of a splurge for me so I wish I could return sometime soon) If you're in the area it's worth it for her work! Just look at the pictures. I had a combination of scissor and razor cut, long layers and everything felt so much lighter, breezier and I felt beautiful - if you go longer between cuts she truly does wonderful work. read more

Absolutely favorite salon it was two doors down from my nail salon and I followed Just4Hair on Instagram and went in for prices and was free and she gave me such a great and need haircut !! Hair butchered by Senior Elizabeth. Ive been going to her for over a year and she never remembers my name or hair color. Last appointment she was aggressive and upset that I declined my hair dye because she wasn't prepared for my appointment and didn't have my hair color and wanted to mix other colors. She's money hungry and butchered my hair! she cut my hair so short and shorter on top. Im traumatized still and I do not recommend anyone to go here! read more

Love my haircut! I stumbled upon this salon when a friend of mine told me she gets her hair and lashes done here by Elizabeth. Elizabeth is such a doll and her work speaks for herself! I came in for a haircut and wanted more layers added to my hair as well as trim. I follow Elizabeth on Instagram and love the work she does. She nails the layered haircut so perfectly and effortlessly! She customizes and personalized my haircut to my face to best flatter my features and I walked out feeling so happy and lighter with my new cut. Elizabeth also has a cute clothing shop inside the salon that you can check out after your appt! I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs. BESTIES. You gotta come here. This salon has been in the valley for 20 years and they're family owned! They do hair the best and I am in awe with the results of my balayage done by Elizabeth. Her mom also was doing bleached hair while I was getting my hair done and she also did an amazing job on that. I found them on Yelp and I have not one bad thing to say. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable as it was my first time being in a salon. :) She was very helpful with all the questions I have and she is a great hair stylist. read more

My wife and I both go to this salon. My barber is the best. He is a maestro. My wife merlyn was so happy with her hair. Elizabeth did it all! Color cut and dry. We both have been twice and this will be the only place to go while we are In The desert. We have recommended this establishment to our work friends. Let me start with I like the color. My issue is the false advertising. When a salon advertises with ONE DOLLAR SIGN on Yelp. How in the hell do they charge $295. 1. Colorist was late for our appointment. 2. She left me in the uncomfortable shampoo chair for 30+ minutes while she worked on 2 other people. When I said my back is hurting she didn't pay attention to me and put a towel under my neck. 3. She left freaking dye all over my face and chin. Can't even imagine how careless she would have to be to that. 4. Asked if I want a haircut!??? What the hell. You just dyed my hair, YES I want a cut. I said ... yes ONE inch off. She took one inch off the back. But took 2-3 inches off the front. 5. A visit that should have been 2 hours at the very most, was 4 flipping hours. 6. I can't help but wonder if that price is reserved for individuals "LIKE MYSELF." Needless to say..... I will never go there again. read more

Daughter within seconds told her it was burning her scalp. This isn't the first time she's had her hair done so she knew something was wrong. It took her ten minute to convince the "stylist" to rinse it out. As a result she has burns and scabs all over the top of her. She reached out to the salon the next day and asked another stylist to correct it, at that point her head was still hurting and sore but scabs had not yet formed and she did not know the extend of the damage. The stylist she reached out to said she would be charged for the correction. Within a couple of days her hair started to break off and fall out on some parts . I took her back to the salon yesterday, sure that the owner would take one look and at the very least refund the money she paid. She saw us walk in and immediately ushered us into the back room used for waxing without us saying a word. She took about 5 seconds to look through my daughters hair before announcing she didn't see anything. So I pointed out a clearly visible scab and then she proceeded to very condescendingly explain that it's normal to get burns and scabs on your scalp when you get your hair colored. Wait, what? I almost had to laugh. I asked what about the condition of her HAIR? It's an interesting combination of white, brown and orange. She offered to have the SAME stylist that mutilated her head apply toner. Uh- NO. She finally offered to have another stylist apply it but by this point we were D-O-N-E and just wanted her money back. She gave us half. She said the other half was to cover the expense of the "product" when I questioned exactly what kind of products were used that cost $65 she said, well products and water and electricity. Well at that point we left because orange isn't my color and jumpsuits don't really flatter my figure. My daughter posted her experience on Facebook and several people commented that this place had ruined their or a friend/ family members hair, and yet here they are on yelp with mostly decent reviews? Sorry, I'm not going to let anyone go through what my daughter is going through with out them being well informed. What is really sad is her dad is getting remarried next week and she is in the wedding party. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to STAY AWAY.

She wasn't using oil the first five minutes and was being so rough on me that I felt my skin burning from the friction, also she didn't have her nails cut so she kept scratching me. I asked if she was going to use oil so she did use oil on me afterwards but it was excessive, I'm an esthetician so I know the massage movements and rhythm and she didn't know what she was doing at all. The whole hour I only felt effleurage and tapotement when finishing, also she kept getting too close to my intimate parts and it did make me a bit nervous. I found it a bit gross to get too close to my rectum and afterwards do facial massage, I was very anxious the whole session and couldn't enjoy the massage due to this unprofessional behavior, it felt like she didn't want to service me or was upset to have gotten a service the last hour of closing which I can understand but also being in the service industry I wouldn't ever make anyone feel like an inconvenience and revenge it through the service for coming in towards the end of the shift, at the end of the day you are getting paid for the service and gratitudes so I don't understand where this attitude came from, I didn't want to write a review but I woke up so sore and my back is hurting more than before so I ended up paying for a service that rather than make me feel better has left me worst. I'm very disappointed

He told me to advance what he was going to do, kept me advised all during the process, ended up taking off about 3 inches and somehow cut it so it looks like I have double the amount of hair I did when I came in. I have never had a better haircut. I have waves and curls that I didn't think I did, it's easy to wash and maintain (he recommended products that he used on me, and I did get them, and they are excellent), and my hair looks good all the time now. Zac also showed me how to use the products, which makes my at home styling much better than it ever was. I'm definitely returning, in fact I have my next visit booked already. Wonderful stylist & wonderful salon!

Traumatized still from my last visit! Older lady butchered my hair. I had long beautiful hair that I paid a lot of money to maintai. I decided to go little shorter and I showed her a video of what I wanted. I had been going to her for over a year and she never remembered my name or my hair color. mind you I've had the same color for a year! So she asked if I could come back tomorrow for the color and I told her I couldn't and we can just cut hair today. She became upset and aggressive. She cut my hair and by chunks and would through it in front of so I could see it fall in front of me. I believe she is money hungry and she she became upset I didn't want it done. When she was done I almost had a panic attack in her chair. I told her it was too short and not what I asked for. She tried manipulating me and aggressively hit my back with her hand to show me how long it was in the back. She never apologized and charged me anyways. I was in tears and she didn't care. All of the stylists here are extremely kind! This is my second time getting my hair done by Elizabeth after falling in love with how she did my hair before (shown as the ginger/red color). The colors always come out so lovely and really blow your expectations away in a positive aspect! I found this place through TikTok and I thought they haircuts looked absolutely amazing! I also really wanted to try a new place because I haven't cut my hair in almost over a year. First off this family operated salon is the cutest! It's an open, bright location with pops of beautiful greenery/plants. You can tell they care about ambiance and impression. TO THE HAIR: I received a hair cut from Elizabeth (daughter). I had shorterish curly hair but it had grown to an awkward length, so getting a healthy trim while keeping my style to maintain my curls was a must, and Elizabeth did just that! I was in tears and asked her to fix it....she charged me$170.00 for the color, she said what's wrong you have 2 colors...She was well aware of what she did and took no ownership! I just walked in to ask about an appointment for my mom. I saw how clean and pleasant the shop looked. I asked Elizabeth if she would cut my hair. I am a nervous Nellie about my fine, thin blonde hair. Elizabeth was understanding and patient with my fears and proceeded to give me a great cut. I know just 4 hair for almost 18 years they are the best, no one else have done my hair just Amelia love this years, and I love it.
