Other Plato's Closet locations I've been to have an organized check-in system, but this location just has you write your name and phone number on a sticky note--which clearly isn't working. It felt very disorganized from start to finish. On top of that, the store itself was extremely messy. Clothes were everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was very poor, which made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
