The staff and the trainees are absolutely fantastic!!!! They are kind, compassionate and very understanding and patient. They are angels in human form. Over the past several months I noticed the change. All the main people were gone and replaced with people who are strictly business. The atmosphere drastically changed. Also, contacted the new main director David about 2 gold bracelets missing from my sister in laws arm and nothing was done, not even a phone call, even though I kept following up with my concern. The whole environment of this placed has changed. Only original people still there are front desk Robin, nurse Alex, Steve & Luis. Won't be surprised to see them gone soon as well. New owners should know how drastically this place has changed and NOT for the better.
