Admin office door was not labeled and we were standing there for a while until other folks (for a party) told us to knock on the admin door. Just Escape did a great job for my son's 10th birthday party. 20 plus 10 year old boys for the most part and they were very patient with all of them. The kids had a great time. It was a different idea for a party that kept the kids interested for the entire time. Provided the pizza and as many drinks as the kids wanted. I came on a Friday night with 6 other people and we did the Undercover room! The capacity is 12 people, so while we were hoping it would be just us we ended up with 3 people we didn't know but it turned out to be great meeting new people who really helped out. Total there was 10 of us in the room. We escaped the first part of the room within 10 mins and 30 seconds, and it wasn't until a half hour left that we started using our clues. For a medium level one and thinking out of the box numerous times, it got tricky! After given our second clue we all agreed that we didn't know how we would've figured out the codes. We loved that though.. we felt like our money was well spent. We ended up escaping with 14 minutes left! We all had an amazing experience, we highly recommend others to check it out & we all agreed to return in the future! Thank you!! read more

If your looking for a great family night out or a night out with friends Just Escape is the perfect place for a fun and challenging night out. They have a variety of rooms for all ages, we took our kids here for family night and did Sweet Revenge, my kids were in love! The room itself is set up like a candy shop so like I said my kids were in love and they each got a bag of goodies at the end. The staff is extremely helpful and was there to help with whatever we needed. We did not escape which goes to show just how challenging this place is! If you're looking for a fun place you go then you have to go to just escape. We had a great time this afternoon. We did 2 rooms it was a lot of fun. The staff was awesome and very informative. It's spotless and you can even have your kids birthday party there. While we were there they were having a birthday party for a young boy and they were all having a great time in the party room after their escape. read more

Very expensive for a very disappointing experience. The lighting in the room was awful. Could barely make out clues that were on the walls. Tried using the flashlight on our phone and was told we couldn't use the phone. Then please provide flashlights! Needed to perform math that one would be better off being provided a pad of paper and pencil to do. Some symbols were up up for interpretation...what they called a fire symbol looked like a sword. And finally the directional lock wouldn't always reset. It didn't even for the employee at first when she was showing us what we did wrong. Sadly the staff was more concerned with getting us out of the room to set up for the next group then answering questions we had. The theme and ambiance of the room was cute but overall not a good experience at all!!! Will find another place to go do an escape the room. read more

Group of 8 of us did underworld this evening. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself without giving away too much was great, a lot to do and figure out. The price is fair for the time you spend in there (one hour limit). It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back and try the other rooms (think there is 4 or 5 total). I recommend this to anyone looking to use their brain for an hour to figure something out, it's a great way to spend time with others and work together and achieve a goal. The most fun I've ever had! This place is fun and inviting! The staff was cool and there are many rooms to choose from. We did this twice and it was great both times. Rooms were fun and challenging! We escaped both times, once with 23 secs left and 6 minutes. They give you one hour. Prices are a bit high but value is great! I'd reccomened the carnival rooms! read more

This was my first experience at an escape room so I wasn't sure what to expect. Glad to say, it was excellent. I was with a group of friends celebrating a birthday in the Mob Underworld Room. I've gone twice after contemplating "what is there to do on Long Island on a Friday night." I was looking for something fun and different and this was it. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. I was surprise how big the building was and how many rooms they had to offer. The game masters were excellent. The staff was excellent. They also have a party room which would be great for my nieces and nephews birthdays! Family friendly and at a good price for a quality experience. 10/10 read more

What a fantastic way to end my birthday! Booked the pirates room for this evening. Our game master was Lauren and she was absolutely fantastic! There was a slight issue with the sound in our room and they worked diligently to try and fix it, which they did. Without giving much a way about the room it was one of the more difficult ones which we managed to escape with 6 minutes to spare! Couldn't have done it without the clues from our game master! My best friend and I were bored on Sunday and we decided to try out this "escape game" establishment for fun. We have done other escape games at other establishments, and this one is in the same league as our favorites. We tried their "Sweet Revenge" room and the two of us successfully found Dr. Dylan's Recipe before he returned. It was a single room game. The room was well decorated, and included furniture that made the game challenging but not impossible. They also used a monitor on the wall to keep track of your time and help with clues (you get three). The best part was after solving the puzzles we got candy in the end! Casey was our game moderator and she was incredible. I can only imagine she was laughing at us the whole time because of we were acting in the room! read more

We've done three rooms here: sweet revenge, the illusionist, and whatever the pirate one is called! All three were fun, but the pirate ship was the best and probably the most difficult. The Illusionist was a nice room, I liked the feel to it, but we absolutely tore through it. It should probably be rated a medium. Sweet revenge was good too, although we did have a wrong key in our room somehow, and had to call our game master for two different locks that just weren't working. The entire place overall I would rate a medium in difficulty; none of the rooms are too in depth, and have between 12-15 puzzles each. Some places have incredibly difficult and in depth rooms, but this isn't the case. A great place for first timers, families with children, etc. Also, the front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful. We'll probably be back for Prey. :) read more

Great experience! Did the Underworld themed room with a team of 3. Unfortunately did not escape but still had a blast! Puzzles are considered "fair" and the people who work there are great! Really looking forward to doing more rooms here with a bigger group of friends too! This was our first escape room and it was such an awesome experience. Prey is an incredible room & although it has the lowest escape rate, with the right people, it's definitely manageable. Definitely freaky in the beginning, being led into a dark basement by the workers who were dressed in "Purge" garb. Then being separated and handcuffed - it was a challenge but we were ready to take it on! We all got out with 7 minutes to spare! We enjoyed the experience so much we will be back next week to try out Underworld! :) read more
