Very ironic, because while you are trying not to lose a customer on the phone you are losing all the customers in the store. Honestly, it's like some kind of prisoner torture. Turn it down or make it stop. I would never go into that store again if I didn't live my groomer and dog trainer there! Plus there is visible dog pee on virtually every low shelf in the store. Maybe get a janitor who doesn't mind cleaning up dog pee, or change your policy about allowing dogs in the store.

They said they were able to set one aside for me (date set), but if I wanted my pup's name on the cake - I'd have to call to order 2 weeks ahead. I now know that for the future. There was a part of me that as worried my picky pup wouldn't like the cake as it is made with all pet friendly ingredients... but I was very very surprised he loved it so much, especially the frosting! He literally had an orange lip once he pulled his face off the cake finally! It was so quick and easy to run in and pick up the cake I called ahead for. Thank-you so much for the quick service! Normally, I go into the store and buy what I need and walk out. If Steve is working, he always greets me and offer assistance but I always tell him not today. However, the other day I needed assistance and I was happy to see Steve as I walked into the store. Sure enough, Steve greeted me and asked if I needed his assistance. By the time I was done with what I needed, such a hugh relief and I thanked Steve for really going above his duty to answer my questions which helped my decision with the type of dog food I bought for my dog. Pet Food Express just sells pet supplies and food. This is a good one, been here a few times to get the more expensive food for both the dogs and cats. So cuddos to you guys for this! When you get inside the establishment it's very clean and you can see where stuff is at really quick. Love the choices they have for pet treats. One thing for sure is that they do need more customer service we are here to see about a pet adoption but it seems like they don't want these pets to go to homes. We have been waiting to hopefully hold one to see if I get a reaction from it but still nobody is helping us. Well we have been decline to adopt suki it's okay no worries it was probably not meant to be. How ever we did adopt 2 tabby cats from joybound rescue it was buy one get one we took the brother and sister so we are happy and blessed to welcome 2 new family members I did go back to this store to get my kitty supplies and I'm happy to say that I'm happy with everything I bought.
