they sold me a vehicle for $19,000 with every issue under the sun, all the tires had tire rot, the emergency break system failed not even two months after me taking it off the lot, and every single electrical code has popped up on this car and I haven't even had it a year, their mechanics will try to play you out for money, they charged me $200 for a diagnostic that was 100% incorrect. They told me that my front camera needed replaced and that they weren't even sure if that was a guaranteed fix. So I essentially paid $200 for them to say I don't know. And I just had some random mechanic from a family shop tell me it's a fucking module thats out and my cameras perfect condition. this dealership not only has a racist reputation but incompetent mechanics who don't know how to do their jobs and only will read codes. they don't actually complete vehicle inspections, they just take cheap code readers to the car and patrot it back to you. read more

I bought my Accord at Classic 12 years ago. It has 135,000 miles on it and and I hope to get 200,000. All of the scheduled maintenance was done at Classic. Other than the scheduled maintenance I have had zero repairs necessary. Each of the maintenance consultants I've dealt with at Classic have been helpful and knowledgeable. They have more than willing to answer all my questions. My other car is a Lexus. The scheduled maintenance done at Classic is much less expensive than Lexus. Honda's computer systems keeps the maintenance records in a more logical fashion than Lexus. The consultant can bring up my maintenance history very quickly. read more

I knew which car I wanted before walking into the dealership. I was there to test drive the car. Liz was our sales representative. From the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out with the car we wanted, which was several visits and several weeks later, she was there for us all along. We couldn't ask for a better sales person. My only complaint was how the dealership "pressures" you into the extra options when you are signing papers. My last car was bought in 2011. This 5-star review is solely for individuals in the service department. Since the car is reaching its 7th year, we've been running into issues with the car more frequently. We always feel comfortable bringing the Accord into the servicing department, they are always transparent on what necessary works need to be done on the car, the cost of the repairs, and the amount of time it takes. We have had a few issues with service, but those issues were solely due to the manufacturer quality (had to replace rear break pads and rotors at 27k miles - 2016 CRV - the pads were so worn they were scoring the rotors and also a premature failure of a driver's side window carriage -Accord, can't remember the year). Horrible, horrible experience!! I will tell everyone I talk to about how they ripped us off. My husband took his car in for the airbag recall. And after they fixed it, they told him that the lower ball joint was bad and needed to be fixed immediately as it would be dangerous to drive. (I'm guessing they could see the lower ball joint from the airbag area??) They scared my husband enough to agree to fixing -- for $454!! Our own mechanics in Hudson, who I called right away, said they would be able to fix it first thing Monday morning for $125, parts and labor! Unfortunately my husband already had given Classic Honda the okay to fix it. I have serious doubts as to the veracity of their claim that the ball joint was that bad. I'm betting they take advantage of people all the time when they come in for free recall fixes. $454! Jerks! read more

If you read back to my previous post on 4/30/2013 I unfortunately was dealing with a General Manager and Service Manager that did not put customer satisfaction first. Today that changed. Rebecca Stricharczuk is the new GM of Classic Honda. As I was afraid, my "repaired" leather seat continued to crack and look worse by the day. Something told me to see if there was new management, and to my surprise there was! I reached out to Rebecca and explained the situation, and asked if there was anything she could do. She promptly returned my email, and we were able to agree on a solution that would change my opinion of Classic Honda. Rebecca was interested in making this problem right - even when it wasn't on her watch. Because of her concern for me, as the customer, I can now say I would be happy to do business with Classic Honda, as well as refer my family and friends. read more

Obnoxious dealer ever!! I am a Michigan resident and drove all the way there to buy a car from that sick dealership. Firstly, they sold me a car which they claimed that they did a full inspection on it, but on my way home, the car started shaking which was a very life-threatening Case. I mean how could they sell destroyed cars to their customers!! That was a big lie from them. Secondly, the used car manager TJ was absolutely Unprofessional and rude. He doesn't let his customer to talk, all he wants to do is talk rudely and He wants money without the customers satisfaction he doesn't care about customers at all specially for someone who drove all the way from Michigan. I couldn't drive it to MI that night, I had to pay for a hotel and stay for the night which they didn't reimburse me for. Next day I woke up and I went to the dealer they fix the problem and guess what? On my way back to Michigan, the same problem the shaking problem started back again. This dealership is very dishonest and disrespectful to their customers. Secondly, when I came back to Michigan I called them and they told me if I can take the car back to them they'll pay me the full price. I drove the car back with a heavy tension in me and on my way back I rented a car which they didn't reimburse me for. Also they didn't pay me the money but I return the car, they told me I will receive my check in 1 to 2 weeks but two weeks passed, I didn't get the check yet. See how dishonest they are! They finally played with my money after playing with the car. Very unreliable dealership and unreliable cars. Liar, stupid, nonsense, rubbish are the examples of this dealership. read more
