Shout out to Hakim Givens!! Went to MY IPHONE REPAIR (although the business card reads: MY CELL REPAIR) yesterday. Worked with Hakim to transfer data from no-longer-useful iPhone 6S to newly purchased iPhone 8 Plus. Hakim's service was great: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient (we are old folk and don't easily "get" technology like the young 'uns do). He patiently explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He transferred data from the 6S to the new 8 Plus, helped us pick out a cover for the phone, installed the covering (leaving no fingerprints and no air bubbles!). My wife was really impressed, and she is a perfectionist, so that is high praise from Caesar. Hakim works full time in the Windsor store (they have four stores) and plans to return to school shortly. We went in to get my daughter's iPhone fixed because her home button and chucks of the screen were missing. It was ready in about an hour. Not only did he do a great job but EXCELLENT Customer Service. I've come here twice for assistance with cell phone issues for my kids: a dropped Android that stopped texting and a used iPhone given as a present that needed phone service. Both times, Hakim went above and beyond to research the issues online and was able to find answers quickly. The dropped phone was reset and began texting again. The iPhone was correctly identified as unlocked and cost-effective recommendations were given to get service started on the phone. I brought my daughter's Ipad Air 2 in for diagnosis of a mic issue. The gentleman Hakim politely greeted us and took a look at the device. He said mic replacement was pricey because it involved removal of the glass but that he could try cleaning the mic to see if that would help after I declined the replacement. Not only did that fix the problem but Hakim declined payment for his services (we ended up buying other hardware at the store because of extreme gratitude). In short Hakim is friendly, knowledgeable and honest as they come. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future. If I could give Hakim 6 stars I would. read more

I have to say Justin was great in my cell phone search and purchases. Not only did I find the perfect iphone and case. but when it came to transferring my 1900 phone contact that no one from the Apple store or Verizon stores or even Verizon operators could help me with...I mean both of those stores basically told me to kick rocks and enter all 1900 manually - but Justin at My Cell Repair gave me the tools and knowledge and easy instructions to do so and transfer them with ease... if we can give a 100 stars we would. I went into the store and was greeted by Justin. My Samsung S10 had an issue with the screen. He examined my phone and told me he could fix it, but he told me it should be covered under warranty. Justin directed me to the Samsung website and they are going to fix it under warranty. I called Justin later, thanked him for his honesty and help in this case. He did not fix my phone, but saved me money by having the warranty fix it. I respect and appreciate his professionalism. 100% I would recommend him and use him in the future if needed. I have been in to see Kris Myers at the Rohnert Park store twice and was impressed both times. Both times he was assisting another customer when I arrived, one time in person, another time with someone on the phone. He was able to acknowledge me, while continuing to assist his first customer in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous, helpful and attentive. Went in here to get a replacement lcd for an iPhone X max for my gf who broke her screen and there policy said no refunds on special order parts so I ordered the part $519 the phone was lost before part showed up (sounds crazy but true story). So I called the owner and he was super cool contacted company they said send back and then he said he would refund me everything but restocking fee and shipping he paid so I got back $419 which he didn't have to do for me but did. read more

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6s, I've never had my screen cracked before. But I looked up screen repair shops. Just noticed that they had a new shop in Windsor. So I checked out the other locations reviews on yelp, and they are all great. So I decided to check out the shop in Windsor.
