The person they sent was super sweet and attentive. She cleaned everything thoroughly and quickly as possible. I was happy. So the second time I moved I contacted them again and once again great customer service and the staffs they send are amazing people. Attentive and good at their job. Until then I thought their service was good but one time I hired cleaners that had great reviews but they did a terrible job and harassed me to give them a good review. That's when I realized Quicklyn was amazing. They never demanded anything from me, they were cordial and respectful and listened to my requests. And the cleaners were great too

I was paying for 3 hours but mostly got 2 or 2.25 and then they would announce that they were finished. That was roughly $60 an hour for a very mediocre job. I've had really great cleaners (not from a service) and know what someone can do in 3 hour (no laundry) in a one-bedroom apartment, so I've now hired someone. Will cost me less and I'll get a better job. Hopefully you can do better than what they offer.

He was able to get someone to come by the apartment (even though I gave them short notice) and I thought the price quoted were pretty reasonable. Damon was also very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. The cleaner who came by was nice, professional, and got the job done well. The apartment looks great! I plan on booking with them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for a cleaning service.

Although initially upset, we actually hit the jackpot. Marilyn arrived on time and went right to work. She was extremely professional and pleasant. She cleaned methodically and thoroughly. This was not an easy job because the house had been neglected and vacant for some time but Marilyn was not deterred. I would definitely hire Green Maids again.

She did more in 3 hours than other services have done in 4 or 6, and it was the most thorough clean we've ever gotten: She moved furniture to clear debris and mop/vacuum, every crevice of the inside of the microwave was spotless, the grout in our bathroom is sparkling white again, and she took out the trash and recycling when she was done. These are things you might expect from a cleaning service, but let me tell you, it's rare to find someone who does it ALL thoroughly. The price is also better than you'll get with a service like Handy, for example (and someone from Handy stole all our silverware, so we never used Handy again.)

She was not only 10 min early, she came in with a smile. She was so friendly with my Kitten, who can tend to be skittish around new faces, especially if there is vacuums and scrubbing going on. Tracey…read moreseemed nice enough when I was booking my first appointment with NLZ but I was seriously mistaken about her and this business. First of all I was given a price quote after I filled out a questionnaire about my cleaning needs and texted photos of my house to Tracey. I was required to prepay the quoted price before the cleaners arrived which seemed a bit odd but whatever. It was all downhill from there. Sorry in advance for the long review but please learn from my mistake. Here's some details of my terrible experience with NLZ: * My 2 cleaning people arrived 40 minutes late for the 3 hours of cleaning I prepaid for. They were rude and acted like they didn't understand a word I was saying and just kept talking to each other in Spanish ( unfortunately I don't speak Spanish at all). They blew off my requests and were very obviously rushing and doing an awful job. * I callec Tracey at NLZ within 30 minutes of their arrival to say that I wasn't happy with the cleaning people at all. I texted her a picture of my "mopped" floor which was just wet and dirty and asked to have the job rescheduled. * Tracey suddenly become nasty and refused to cancel and reschedule the job I had already paid approximately $300.00. She claimed that she sent me excellent cleaning people and then we got "cut off". I tried calling back several times but got voice-mail. * The cleaning people were paid for 3 hours but after 2 hours of poor work one of the cleaning people was able to tell me in English that she's allergic to cats and had to leave early because of her allergies. I was completely upfront with Tracey about having a cat before the service was booked and even wrote it on the form I filled out before my appointment. * I took pictures of the poor cleaning job ( floors were soaking wet and not clean, crumbs under the microwave, bathroom mirror not wiped down and more) and emailed NLZ about my bad experience. * My complaint was never acknowledged and the next time I heard from NLZ was the following week when they charged a follow up cleaning service to my credit card without my authorization. Tracey answered my call to explain that when I filled out the online form I stated that I was interested in weekly cleaning and was booked for the following week because I stated in "the contract" that I wanted weekly help. It was an outright rip off and I had to get my bank involved because NLZ wouldn't refund me for the cleaning job I didn't want or receive.Their claim was that I ignored the email about my follow up visit and didn't cancel in advance so they weren't obligated to refund me. * Luckily my bank reversed the charges but I had to get a new debit card because of the unauthorized use and would never recommend NLZ to anyone.
