We found this moving company through Yelp. Two hundred reviews and an average rating of five stars. Too good to be true? A team of two friendly guys showed up at my daughter's apartment on time, within the promised window and after a phone call to update their ETA. We were the second move of the day for this team. Had to be brutal for them. Moving out of one third floor apartment (no elevator) into another third floor apartment (no elevator). There was no whining. Just some good humor. After a quick discussion about what needed to be done, they went right to work. Quickly. No breaks. Important since they were being paid by the hour. They only took a 15 minute fast food break in transit between apartments, for which they made a time adjustment in the final billing. The final bill fell right into the range expected. Billing was done electronically on an tablet. Credit cards are accepted and an itemized billing is emailed to you on the spot. There were a couple of very minor dings to our furniture, but the overall performance was amazing given the hazardous nature of the stairs they were negotiating and the volume of items. We tipped them well. We would definitely use Just-In Time again. read more

Mike and Lance were absolutely amazing! They helped us move states and couldn't of lucked out with a better moving company. They were cautious, caring, terrific attitude, and immediately felt I could trust them with all of our valuables. I got to know Mike in particular and he called me the night before to let us know they got into town the night before our big move. He told me everything was on schedule to move the next morning and for my wife and I to not worry and get some good sleep as we were in great hands. Super nice over the phone and incredible mannerism. We liked them so much we hired them again a few days later to help us move more boxes into each of our bedrooms from the family room (we were renovating our house and could only put boxes in the family room for the time being). They added another guy, Joey, who was also terrific. These guys are strong and can carry some real weight. We moved from a small to a big home and I could not believe how they were able to pick up our furniture, move around corners, go downstairs, wrap it very safely, and load it in the truck. One example is when Lance carried a very heavy piece of furniture (I believe it was my wife's office desk) downstairs by himself and wrapped around a corner. I was absolutely stunned such incredible strength and how cautious he was. These guys are true experts and know exactly what they are doing. You can just tell this company is ran like a family from A to Z. They have your back every step of the way and are fairly priced. They don't try to nickel and dime you. What they quote you is what you pay and they are very honest and upfront. No matter how many hours into the move when everyone is sweating and working really hard, customer service is ALWAYS #1 with this company. Like many other people, I spent a long period of time searching moving companies and after reading horror stories about some other companies and then reading the wonderful reviews about just in time, I decided to go with them and I'm glad I did! The three men that showed up right on time (Mike, Cody and Joey) were amazing, they don't run down the clock, they're so helpful and definitely went above and beyond to make sure my sentimental items were well cared for. Just-In Time did a fantastic job on our move from Scottsdale to Clarkdale, AZ. The estimate was fair and they came in under price on the actual move. Their packing was awesome and just one or two pieces had minor damage and we had a lot of very fragile items and the roads traveled were very rough at times. Called about three weeks out to set up the move appointment. The representative was very nice and provided a cost estimate based on what I told her I had to move and estimated time. The three man team were on time, very nice and were very communicative throughout the move regarding their process and where to place things at my new home. My new place was up a flight of stairs and I had stairs to a second level. The movers were very careful and never had a problem hauling stuff up to the second level and did a great job wrapping my mattress and couch. Because I had done some initial prepping for the move and used uniform-sized boxes, they were done ahead of schedule and the cost ended up lower than the estimate. Although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, I will definitely recommend Just-In Time to anyone who is or will be. read more

This is the second time we have used Just-In Time moving for a move. The guys are professional and HARD WORKING!!! They showed up in time and ready to get busy! Chavez, Omar, and Jesus were such a great crew. They put my mother-in-law at ease with her fears and concerns about her piano. We had so many large pieces of furniture and a lot of boxes. We ended up having too much stuff for their large truck (because things could not be stacked on top of many of the delicate items). They let us know right away and we were able to go grab a u-haul so they could load that up too! The best part about them is how hard they work to make sure everything is done well. An excellent experience overall. Office staff was great at answering questions beforehand and confirmed everything so that there would be no surprises. I had a packing and loading move only and I especially like that even though I didn't need to utilize their boxes and supplies, they had them at the ready. During the move, the three gentlemen were quick and efficient at packing my few remaining items and getting everything onto the truck. They were even able to fit everything on my 16ft truck after initially being skeptical! It was arranged and packed in an expert manner. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone moving. We had our move today with Just In Time moving. I'm so tired my eyelids are drooping as I write this. I may come back later to elaborate on this review more articulately, but right now I wanted to at least write to say that our move went very smooth and without incident. 3guys/one truck and our own trailer. The guys showed up promptly and 6:30am. We spent 3 minutes walking around and then they got right to work. Makes me nervous when I'm paying by the hour; its like watching dollar signs tick, tick, ticking away. But they did not stop for 8 hours straight. We bought snacks/drinks and lunch and they would take a bite and chew as they were picking up a piece of furniture. I have many, very heavy and large furniture pieces that took quite a bit of technique to move properly without causing damage- but they did a great job of be mindful and careful. They loaded the truck meticulously and everything was so secure and balanced. My husband and I were very impressed with their packing skills. All of the guys were polite, courteous, cordial, friendly and respectful to us the whole time. They were also very good working together. It was a well played team. The difference in my overall stress level and attitude right now, compared to 6am this morning is a 180degree difference. It's expensive to move, and there's nothing more irritating than paying someone to move stuff you already paid for, but it's a necessary evil sometimes. It's absolutely worth it at the end of the day when you can relax and enjoy your new home without being a total witch because you decided to save the money and do it yourself. I've had so many bad experiences with professional movers that I almost was going to hire day laborers because the ones I picked out have usually been the best experience compared to professional movers who 1. steal your stuff (happens all the time with professional movers) 2. come to work high on drugs (marijuana) 3. work very slowly 4. overcharge you 5. ask for tip when the do a slow and poor job Well I was running short on time, so I looked up Just-In Time Moving. What a blessing these guys are. Very professional. And they were able to do it on short notice (this time). Day 1: Packing. Their packers are very efficient and friendly. Easy and charismatic people to talk to and work with. Day 2: Moving: 4 man team. These guys are fast, good, and strong. The lead is a retired firefighter. A real man's man. Very helpful in getting the little things done most professional movers won't do. He comes across as hard working, loyal, and honest. Overall these guys did a great. Didn't have any of the 5 problems listed above. Were very professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. And guess what? The final move was less than 50%of the cost of other professional movers I've used. I was so happy with everything I told them to put an extra hour on the timesheet but they wouldn't do it.
