I have run out of words to describe our experience with this moving company. Starting with Duchess, these people are totally professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. First, they were able to jump in and handle our move with only a few days notice when escrow closed early. Joe, Noah and Justin arrived right on time, packed everything perfectly, and moved us 200 miles then unloaded and placed everything exactly where we wanted them to go. It was a long 12 hour day and they still had to drive back (another 3 hours), but they were cheerful and helpful every minute. Best move ever! We have moved at least 5-7 times in our life and Just In Time was by far, the best! The movers were on time, courteous, asked us how it was going and if there was anything they could do to make our move easier. They were respectful with our belongings and even offered to put together a new desk that was delivered while they were moving us in! All around great service. First, with the customer service rep, she was patient while I asked tons of questions. She then went through a list of questions on the items being moved. She explained this will determine the size of truck and amount movers needed to get the job done. After all said and down I put down a small deposit amount. The day before we moved I received a courtesy call to go over the order and if I need anything else such as mattress covers. The day of move the movers around within the scheduled window time. They were both very professional and pleasant. They moved our items quickly and with caring. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The only reason I give a four is because you can put down a deposit with credit card or debit card but if you used it for a balance it would an extra 3% tackle on. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My family accumulated a lot of "stuff" after living in our house for 11 years. Even though we got rid of a lot it was still more than we thought we had. 4,000 square foot house, used four guys and two trucks. The gentleman that packed the home were professional and cautious, and the guys that unpacked on the other end were very diligent, extremely hard working, and friendly. After searching yelp (great online reputation by the way) and getting some referrals, I decided to give Just-In Time Moving a call. They moved me this weekend and the experience was great from the start, with Andy working with me on pricing and schedule. Due to house painters our schedule was a bit dependent, but Andy had no problem moving the date back for me when needed. They followed up well and made sure everything was set for the move. The crew always moved quickly and have been prompt and courteous. On this occasion, it had taken 5.75 hours to move. Obviously, this cost me quite a bit more as well. All of my belongings were packed the same exact way as I had them packed previously. The crew this time definitely moved much slower. My belongings were also not handled with the level of care I had expected. I am greatly disappointed, I doubt if I will continue to use their services in the future. We moved twice this year. Just in Time is fantastic. Wish we knew about them for the first move. Upon a recommendation, we contracted with a mover in Phoenix that was terrible and took 12 plus hours to move us from Gilbert to Scottsdale. They needed everything from us from cell phone chargers to water to snacks. They took many breaks and we thought it would never get finished. (They were on a flat fee and it still took that long,) By contrast, Just In Time arrived on time, went to two different locations (the house and our storage unit) and were done by lunch time. In January, we scheduled a four-man crew for a five-street move (that included a huge and heavy glass top table). They packed the truck like we were moving across country, being sure that everything was well padded and secure. Simply one of the best companies i've ever done business with. From start to finish, nothing but great things to say. Justin came out and inspected my home to give me a move estimate and being a fellow business owner, i'm pretty good at reading people, and this guy exuded authenticity and ethics. So even though his quote was higher than some others we got, I chose his because of the impression he made and the company's stellar reviews. When move day came, the crew arrived on time, were friendly and in great spirits (which is amazing considering they experience moving everyday), and took time to go over the plan of attack and find out about any special instructions/items, etc. Jacob, Lewis, and Dan were awesome, total professionals, and I actually had a lot of fun with them all day which was a nice surprise since moving is usually super stressful. These guys worked their butts off for like 12 hours straight moving over 26,000 lbs, 120 miles away (i have a lot of stuff) and did a great job. Nothing was damaged and everything accounted for. The one negative was that the bill came in significantly higher than the quote but Justin took care of it just as I would have done for one of my customers had I made an innocent mistake when quoting a job. That's the integrity I picked up on when we met and why you want to hire the best. I've moved more times than I can count and have never hired movers before so by comparison hiring professionals was much more expensive than doing it by yourself but seriously, no hyperbole- some of the best money I've ever spent. read more
