My mouth is still salivating from this place ! Huge shoutout…read moreto my fellow vegan traveler & yelper for this recommendation! My husband and I are just so impressed with the Venezuelan flavors coming outta this tiny kitchen . The owner was a pleasure and kept checking on us.. So many vegan options ! The lentil & chickpea empanadas were delicious . How have I never had a vegan arepa before ? Loved the plantain sandwich so much I'll have to come back ! They can also make vegan pantacones. The juices are a must , not too sweet. . I went with the parchita & hubby ordered the papelon . If you find yourself in Palm Springs , you gotta hit this gem .

This small hole on the wall joint is perfect for this wants food truck only group that I would see regularly at the village fest Street fair downtown! Staff was on it and I ordered quickly without any fuss two empanadas to try out since I have never been here before! Bonus points for the gluten-free as well as vegetarian options! While I waited for my food, the kind stuff brought me over a stand for my phone as well as a cup of their passionfruit juice! I have to order this next time. It was tart and refreshing for the warm afternoon. Seating wise they have a long bench that runs along the wall as well as a bar against the window with a few tables scattered inside. Casual grab and go or quickly snack on your food between shopping vibes. The empanadas came out hot and packed in a beautiful little box perfect for me to take on the go with a small container of their hot sauce. Beef was filled and so tasty. I will definitely get this one again as well as the garbanzo bean one appeared to have lots of veggies in it as well! Empanada was so crunchy and perfectly fried on the outside, keeping everything warm and juicy inside! I think this would be an amazing option to take for a picnic or on the go given how well made they were! I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the empanada options or maybe something else from their menu to sit and enjoy! A couple that was eating their lunch appeared to be well taken care of by the staff who is happy to answer any in all questions about the menu. I can't wait to come back. Thank you for a delicious bite.

I've had both options and loved the frozen option because I can just pop them in the air fryer or on a pan and whenever I'm craving some of their empanadas! Location : is a bit hot inside Patio: cute and open up where you can take a sit and watch outside while enjoying your empanadas Taste wise: taste is pretty good, a bit expensive for the size and the breading or dough is a bit dry for my taste. The front desk guy is pretty friendly. Out of the three, my favorite is actually the Spanish! It's pretty cheesy too. Just wish there are hot sauces that can pair up with the empanadas. I did tried their little red sauce..it's pretty much tasted just tomatoes sauce in a way. If there were some hot sauces it would had been perfect Overall: I want them to do well, a bit expensive for three of them, and I might stop by when I crave it tho, not the usual tho. Again for the price is a bit expensive for it.

Well, Peruvian Fuego did not reach that. Our waiter and staff was excellent and attentive, which was pleasing. And the patio was nice, although the music was a bit loud. We ordered empanadas and two chickens. The empanadas were tasty. A bit different in texture than what I'm used to, but the filling was nice....beef, onions, raisins. But the chicken? Even though these were supposedly smoked, I smelled only the faintest of smoke. The birds had ZERO juiciness, although they were reasonably tender. I guess I got used to that huge rotating rotisserie at the place I mentioned in Los Angeles with 100 birds going at any time, so what you got was right out of the fire. Here, the chicken tasted it it may have been very lightly smoked and then reheated a day or two later. That may or may not be the case, but It just wasn't special. It was marginally better than El Pollo Loco. Update: 1 day later after being in the fridge, I could taste the smokiness much more prominently. I shredded the remaining chicken (breasts and wings), simmered it in lime juice and chicken brothn to make it tender, and had it in tacos. Delicious! The rice was good. The salads ok--fresh but not really dressed. I didn't like their aji. I'd like to try some other items. They have a nice full Peruvian menu. But all in all, the food I had didn't grab me enough to make me want to come running back.
