The food in the restaurant was delicious our server Luis was so friendly and really made our stay nice. We have stayed out in this area so many times and this is our first time here and we will definitely be back the room and the bathrooms are huge. The bed is so comfortable and sitting out on the patio overlooking the golf course is so serene. We ate breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious. They have a secret window where you can go and get quick food. There is no reason to leave this area in a car the entire time you're here my only recommendation to the hotel is make the pools cooler. They were very warm even early in the morning, but I understand with it being this hot you may not be able to keep them as cool as most people would like. our kids would've loved the kids pool with the fun slides. I thought I was too old to give them a try, but maybe next time.

Our room was ok, nothing special, but also found the trash had not been taken out and pull out couch was a bit dirty. Parking wasn't easy either as they are ways away from building. I would probably come back but in a crunch.

This was our second time here and it was great. Sunday brunch is always a thing we try to maintain…read more Gives us the chance to go someplace new but I tend to return to places that made a lasting impression. This place being one of them. We arrived close to 1 in the afternoon. They open till 3 so we still had some time. Checked in with the hostess which for indoor seating it would be about 25 minutes or so for a table. They did have open tables available on the patio which that was the only option at the moment. Mind you even with the misters going on and the shade covering, I was sticking to my clothes. I do love the heat but, it was too hot and humid and kind of unbearable to enjoy a meal. Instead, went back inside to put our name down for a table inside. Luckily, there was an open one available which we were offered. Made a huge difference with the patio. It was the table by the door so whenever the door opened, you still felt the hot air. Anyways, beats eating outside. Norma was our waitress which she was amazing and very sweet. Friendly which is alway a plus anywhere you go. Menu, they have a good selection for breakfast as well as specialty plates for lunch. Sandwiches, salads and other amazing items. As it was Sunday brunch, I do love a good breakfast. We started off with some mimosas. They offer both the bottle or by the glass. Both selections you would need to add orange juice which is an additional fee. Last time we went with the bottle and a carafe of orange juice. Still decent for 25.00 and additional fee for the juice. But this time we opted for the glass which comes out to 10.00 and it comes with two refills. Additional 2.00 for the orange juice. So basically 3 glass for 10.00 which you can't beat. Food, the hangover omelette. I enjoyed it last time that it was ordered again. 3 egg omelette with ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper, serrano peppers and topped with green onions, sour cream and cheddar cheese. That's come with your choice of toast and a side which their tots are alway good. Also a side order of pancakes, 1 piece. Then the steak caprese omelette. That was a first time trying it and it was great. 3 egg with cubes new your steak, fresh spinach, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, melted mozzarella and their house made pesto. Also comes with your choice of bread and a side. Went with the fruit which was blueberries, a couple of grapes and pineapple chunks. Not the prettiest selection but it'll do. Both omelette was tasty and plentiful. Their food was good and we enjoyed everything. Omelette was flavorful which is a plus. Also can't go wrong with the tater tots. Their other items looked amazing from all the dishes being brought out. Definitely need to try it next time. Plus you can't beat the mimosas deal for 10.00. Service was great and Norma took very good care of us. The place isn't that big. It's probably the same amount of seating inside and outside. Inside also has bar seating that looks into the kitchen. But with the heatwave that's going on. Kind of expected for the summer but outside seating could be a little uncomfortable even with the mister spraying. Inside could be a little wait but I would recommend it as it'll be more comfortable with your meal. Until next time.

Our overall experience was lacking in almost every way. We were seated outside, and this was bad. The only available table was on the side by the street, and we were in full blast range for the wind and the sound of their outdoor AC. I can't put it to words how this impacted our overall meal, and the immediate regret we felt. Their indoor seating was also not going to be possible for us because of just how loud it was. Our server took our food and drink order right away, but she never checked in on us after the drop off. I ordered the Irish iced coffee, looking forward to getting a nice treat drink. I ended up getting just a regular iced coffee, and unfortunately I had no chance to try and flag anyone down to get this sorted out since we were never checked on once the items were delivered. This includes the waters we ordered for the table as well. The only good thing about this was that I was only charged for an iced coffee. The eggs Benedict were simply "ok" and rather unremarkable. They arrived just above room temperature and while they weren't bad, they weren't great either. The sandwich was fine, but the home fries were over seasoned by far and had way too much salt. Overall, this was a disappointing brunch. Unless they really look into the quality of the food, the lack of table service, and their terrible side dining area by their outdoor AC, I can say we have no plans on returning.

Great brunch spot! We were visiting from out of town and were looking for somewhere to grab brunch…read more I checked Yelp and found Wilma & Frieda's and liked the reviews I read. The location was easy to find, ample parking too. The restaurant itself is kind of small (it's kind of more like a coffeehouse with a decent-sized table-service area), but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table on our second visit. (Yep, we liked it enough that we went twice during our trip!) The servers and staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious, and the portions were generous. And there were a good variety of savory and sweet brunch items to choose from. They also serve lunch and have a bakery counter, but I didn't look too hard at those parts of the menu because I knew I wanted the short-rib scramble as soon as I saw it on the online menu, haha! And the biscuits--oh my goodness, they are so good. They taste perfectly homemade and are pillow soft yet just the right amount of crumbly without being a dried, cracking mess. Across my 2 visits, I had the short-rib scramble (yum) and the Meany (basically eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit--yum), and my daughter had the biscuits and gravy, which she said was great. I highly recommend Wilma & Frieda's and will definitely go back on future Palm Springs trips.

I really wanted pancakes and I'm super picky when looking at pics. So, I landed on The Palms Cafe after scouring pall the options in the local Yelp recommendations. Parking was a breeze as there is a large lot with plenty of parking. We were greeted as we walked in by the friendly staff. It seemed to be a hot spot for locals and the place was buzzing on a Sunday morning. There was plenty of table seating and also a fully stocked bar with seating as well. We opted for the bar and were instructed to choose our seats The menu was extensive and offered so many good options. I am a breakfast person and have tried so many restaurants, of course. This is by far now a top favorite of mine and my family. We will definitely be coming back when we visit the area. I ordered: Chicken Fried Steak - really good / pretty standard Soft Scrambled Eggs (add cheese) - The best soft scramble so far at a restaurant. Home fries - good Pancakes - outta sight, among the best!! Good taste, texture. Soft and fluffy. Definitely noteworthy. Delicious Food, friendly staff, bar, and it's attached to a cute antique mall. 5/5 Stars!!

Visited with the boyfriend, June 2026…read more Ordered eggs, toast, hash browns and a side of onion rings and the BF had a hamburger with potato salad. When my breakfast arrived, the hashbrowns were almost cold and whilst the toast was nice and brown, as I had requested, I wasn't happy with the hashbrowns. My boyfriend said his burger was good. The potato salad was good, but the potatoes were a little hard. Our waitress, after dropping the food off, did not come back to us to check if everything was ok, not once. I was going to make a complaint about my cold hash browns, but there was no one to talk to about it so I gave up. There was also a greasy flavor to the eggs and the hashbrowns, which can happen if the oil is not changed enough. All in all it was a disappointment, I have driven by this place so many times on the way to my library in Rancho Mirage and I had wanted to try it for years. But if you're serving lukewarm hashbrowns with your breakfast, and if your waitress does not come back and check on you one time to ask you how is everything going, that is not good. She literally didn't even come back to top up my coffee. The coffee was not great either. Another server did to up my coffee once and then when someone came to give us the check, they left the wrong one. It was for a different table. All in all the service was not good. Conclusion, if you look at some of the reviews here, many people have said that no one checked on them once their order was delivered to their table so obviously no one's reading these reviews because this is still happening. I mean seriously this is basic service 101. You drop off the food you give them a little bit of time and then you go back to make sure everything's OK. Maybe they know it's not OK so don't want to ask.

I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was really good. The eggs were perfectly poached, the salmon was generous, and the hollandaise was creamy without feeling too heavy. I also liked that it came with fresh berries on the side, which made the whole plate feel a little lighter. We also shared the bread and cheese board, and surprisingly, the pear with the date spread was probably one of my favorite bites. The pear was crisp and fresh, and that sweet, rich date spread was seriously addictive. I kept going back for more. The bread, nuts, cheese, and other little bites on the board made it really fun to share. The drinks were refreshing too, and the presentation was beautiful without trying too hard. Definitely one of those places where I'd come back with friends for a slow weekend brunch. The food was good, but the charming patio and overall vibe were probably my favorite part.

For $69, we have amuse bouche, free bread sticks, appetizer, main dish and a dessert. The portion is generous! For amuse-bouche, we had quiche and bacon on top. It is not the usual bacon. It tasted like Vietnamese beef jerky... quite a surpise! For appetizer, we had gazpacho and beet salad. Both are very refreshing and perfect for summer time. For main dish, steak and chillean seabass. For desserts, we had tiramisu and cheese cake. Everything is perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I have not had one bad dish here!
