I took my mom to a hair appointment nearby and I decided to check out the closest nail salon. I was pleasantly greeted by the owner or manager. I was offered a hot drink which I appreciated. I got a pedicure and was pleased with the results. I was given a thank you gift, lotion before I left and was invited to return. I did! I got cat eye nails and loved them. Thank you Amy! And I got another gift for returning. I received a mini lotion and cuticle softener. I felt like a VIP!!!

During the service, they used cucumber, hot stones, and a wooden tool directly on my skin. I'm not sure if it was related to sanitation or skin sensitivity, but I did experience irritation and had to follow up with a doctor. I recommend being cautious and asking about sanitation practices, especially if you have sensitive skin. Vienna Nails and Lashes is a family owned nail salon in the South San Jose Area with cheap prices and a plethora of services. Mindy, the owner, is super nice and accommodating - she's a great person with excellent customer service skills! When you come in, she offers you a beverage and makes sure you're comfortable. The salon itself is a little run down and could be more hygienic. There aren't fans to dry nails and you can see that the chairs/nail stations need TLC. My family and I went in for 4 pedicures and 3 manicures and it was evident that all of the services between techs weren't standardized. I've had better manicures and pedicures where the techs cleaned up my nails and removed all the dead skin without pain. Additionally, the polishes were a little old, communicating what color I wanted was a little difficult, and there were parts of my nails missing polish. However, for the price, if you're looking for a quick touch up or just to go someplace to relax for cheap - I'd recommend this place.

I am so glad I found this place on Yelp. After going to a couple other different nail places and not really liking how they did my nails, I finally found a place that will be my go to from now on. Amy did my nails and they came out perfect and exactly how I wanted them. They don't use acrylic instead use gel and it's absolutely gorgeous and so much better than acrylic.

I don't know where to begin. So many positives. The service was amazing. The prices were great. The quality.. exceptional!! I will be back here at least once a month for pedicure and manicure services!!

This place is great - they are really nice and always welcoming! It's in the plaza on snell and blossom hill right across the lot from Aqui's. I get pedicures and they always do a good job - they are meticulous and focus on the details! Lots of color options and fairly priced for the area!

Upon walking in my sister and I were told they could fit us in for two pedicures... they started on me and had my sister waiting until nail tech was done with me then moved on to my sister. Owner then proceeds to tell me next time to call before coming in or she could have told us they couldn't fit us in or there would be a wait for one of us. Yes they offered us both water, tea or coffee not the point... in addition nail tech was very rough and hurt both my sister and I will clipping our nails. IN ADDITION it was so freakin hot in there! Like they didn't want to turn on the AC an so many people in there. After they were just about done with my sister a gal with her granddaughter walked in, a young girl, and older gal all walked in within 10 minutes of each other. They automatically told them they could fit them in and had three separate people waiting for a pedicure to even start. An someone else walked in for eyelashes. I feel like they automatically tell people yes they can fit them in, sit them in a chair and soak their feet in water so they don't leave and almost feel forced to stay. I'm happy business is good for them but don't tell people you have time for pedicure and then have them waiting. I've been coming here for a couple years on and off and the last three times I've felt rushed and quality of service was not the best. This will be my last time visiting this location. read more

Came back to the USA after 3 years living in another country..and I wanted to find a nail salon near my place that is good and close. There are actually 2 nail salons walking distance from my place but they both have horrible reviews so I decided to come to Vienna Nails and Lash after reading wonderful reviews on Yelp/Google. My first time coming here was on a Saturday. I came in right when they opened at 9am. Tina and Mindy greeted me instantly. Tina ended up doing my fill. While Tina was working on my nails Mindy asked if I wanted anything to drink..water, tea, coffee, etc.. I declined..but how nice!!! Tina was very meticulous with my nails and I could tell she was taking her time doing my nails. I really liked how my nails turned out with Tina..and told her I would be back!!! My second time here was on a Wednesday afternoon. I called ahead and asked if I could get my nails done with Tina in about 30 minutes. They were able to take me in 30 minutes for a fill with Tina. Once again Tina did a FANTASTIC job with my fill!!! They do waxing here too..so after I was done with my fill..Mindy waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. Mindy was great and super friendly!!! I will be coming back to Vienna Nails and Lash to get my nails done every two weeks with Tina. I will also be coming to Mindy to wax my eyebrows and upper lip. Come here if you want affordable nails and friendly service!!! read more

1st & last time I'll be there. Had a mani & pedi. Legs were massaged but only one foot...she forgot the other. Pedi person disappeared mid pedi. Came back & started the pedi, then left again & another person did the polish. Mani was done at the pedi chair by yet another person where she squeezed in between the chairs which made for an uncomfortable position, working one hand over another. Barely cleaned up cuticles. Looked like pieces of lint were stuck in polish & nails were rough at edges after being polished. They were not filed properly. Had a friend with me also who was having just a pedi. Person kept stopping the pedi to answer the phone. Price was outrageous for that kind of service. So disappointed. Wish I could find a place that took care & paid attention to what they were doing...and at the bare minimum, understood the most basic english because communication was non existent. Left one $5 tip for the 3 to share. Maybe they'll get the message! read more

This place was great! Nails came out how I described them to the nail tech. She was so sweet and welcoming. I was greeted with a beverage of choice. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and they were available. They have massage chairs while you get your pedi done and provide and comfortable atmosphere. What I loved most is the nail tech was in no rush. She took her time and provided great care. read more

They charge whatever they want and change their mind on services. Old lady doesn't know how to shape at all and took 3 hours for a pedicure DO NOT COME HERE. They did a refill on my pedicure chatged $50 and no massage , removal of cuticles or anything wasn't even a full set. So slow read more

I know there's already a pic of nails on here from a while back lmao but giiiiirl let me tell u this has to be one of my fav sets I've ever gotten ! so I had to drop a review & let it be known. Tee (the nail tech) is super nice! and very patient she's also super helpful while designing nails. So if you're looking for more fancy designs & what not, she's def the girl u should hit up. Not to mention the staff is pretty chill too lol. 10/10 would recommend this place read more

I first started coming here due to the convenience of how close this place is to where I live.. But the service is what gets me to come loyally every couple of weeks. Now this place is the only place I suggest to anyone and rave about. I personally request for Kai whenever I come. He is always so careful and you can tell he pays extra attention and care in his work. I normally get solid plain colors, but for Halloween this year I decided to do a little design. read more

I've had many lash lifts before, but this was honestly the worst lash lift experience I've ever…read morehad. After the initial service, my lashes were very uneven. One side was lifted much higher than the other, some lashes were sticking straight up, and others were bent, crossing over each other, or pointing in different directions. By the second night, I realized that one of my actual lashes was pointing downward and poking my eye, causing discomfort. I took close up photos and texted Thi to show her what was happening. Her response was simply, "No problem I can fix." There was no apology or acknowledgment that something had gone wrong. I was disappointed by the response, but I still decided to go back because I wanted to give her a chance to correct the issue. I have a busy schedule as well, so returning meant taking additional time out of my day to have a problem from the original service corrected. Still, I made the time and went back hoping she could fix it. After the correction, my lashes looked somewhat better, but the result was still uneven. Some of my upper lashes were still bent and going in different directions. What upset me even more was that after the correction, some of my lower lashes became visibly crimped and wavy, even though my lower lashes were not supposed to be treated. I also began noticing approximately 2-3 lashes falling out almost every day. When I went back for the correction, I was also disappointed by how the situation was handled. I still did not feel that there was a proper apology or accountability for what had happened. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD GET A REFUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE MY LASHES FIXED,, but I had already taken time out of my schedule to come back specifically to give her a chance to correct the problem. I also want to clarify something regarding my next appointment. Immediately after my initial service, I had booked another appointment for 8/17. I have a busy schedule and generally prefer to book appointments well in advance, so I scheduled it before I realized the extent of the problems with my lashes. After everything that happened, I had no intention of returning. However, I later received a message saying that my 8/17 appointment had been canceled even though I had never requested the cancellation. Although I wasn't planning to go back, canceling an appointment on my behalf without any communication still felt unprofessional. What disappointed me most was not only the result of the lash lift, but also the way the situation was handled afterward. I understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I contacted Thi directly and gave her the opportunity to correct the service rather than immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, even after returning for a correction, I was still left with uneven and bent upper lashes, crimped lower lashes, and ongoing lash fallout. I've included photos and screenshots so others can see both the results and the communication for themselves and make their own judgment. Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a couple of things. When Thi and I scheduled my next appointment for August 17 immediately after my initial service, I was never told that a deposit was required or that the appointment would be automatically canceled if a deposit was not completed within a certain timeframe. Had that been explained to me when the appointment was booked, I would have understood the cancellation. I also understand that English is your second language because English is my second language as well. For me, this was never about perfect English or the wording of a text message. A language barrier was not the issue. Empathy and accountability do not require perfect English they can be communicated through tone, actions, and the way someone responds when a client comes back with a problem. When I showed you what had happened to my lashes, I was not expecting perfect words or a perfectly worded apology. What mattered to me was feeling that my concern was genuinely acknowledged and that there was some understanding and regret about what had happened. Unfortunately, I did not feel that through our text communication or when I returned in person for the correction. I appreciate your apology now and your offer of a refund. However, my review was based on my actual experience: the original lash lift, having to take additional time to return for a correction, the condition of both my upper and lower lashes afterward, the ongoing lash fallout, and how the situation was handled. My intention in sharing this review is not to criticize anyone's language ability or intentions, but simply to provide an honest and factual account of my experience. UPDATE: After my review, I received repeated messages from 7:00 AM throughout my workday asking me to remove it. I felt pressured and uncomfortable all day. I shared my honest experience to help others, not for a refund. The screenshots speak for themselves.

When I did put makeup on, however, the lashes saved so much time. One hour makeup sessions turned into 10 minute sessions! Taking off my eye makeup was never an issue. I would use a makeup remover to lightly scrub my eyes, and the lashes stayed intact-- just make sure to use one that's oil-free. The lashes themselves are suuuuper pretty and natural! They aren't heavy, and don't interfere with eyesight. Super soft, lots of volume, and length. She chooses the best volume and length to suit your eyes, but she'll ask for your preference. I got so many compliments on them. They stayed on for quite a while too. I got mine refilled at 2 weeks, but they could have gone for another 2- which is pretty long compared to other eyelash extensions. Would I get them again? YES!!!!! Natural, pretty, convenient, and super time-saving! I have them off right now, but I can't wait to go back to Katie and get them done again!

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years at Lavish Nails and my lashes done for the last 5 years. When Mindy and her husband bought it and transformed it, I was quite pleased. Mindy also informed that she also owns Vienna Nails in the next shopping center. Whenever Lavish Nails was fully booked, I would go over to Vienna Nails. I now got to Vienna Nails exclusively as Mindy does my lashes, Van takes care of my relaxing pedicures and Kai is a master nail tech and perfectionist, so my nails are beautiful every time!
