When I called the store to seek assistance with the warranty, they informed me that I had to speak to the person who had sold me the fridge. This made no sense to me, as it seemed like a commission-based system. Even when I was their customer, the experience was terrible. To make matters worse, David was on vacation during the time I needed help. Meanwhile, my factory warranty expired, and the window for adding an extended warranty had passed. Additionally, the items they were selling could be as old as 2019, claiming to be new or recent returns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering the significant amount we spent.

I followed up and called yesterday, speaking to a Danny, who told me to come in tomorrow to see the vehicle - so I drove 90+ min from where I live in eastern li to come in -- I identify myself and Danny instantly is rude "Is that suppose to mean anything" I explain we spoke yesterday on phone and ask if he can come outside and look at my car and he says " why i know what your car is" an I'm like to show you my inventory an he is so disgruntled an is quoting me so much higher than Johnny, double (who does accounting and did sales , he would know the right price) an I go back inside with him an ask him basic questions about possibly getting a backup cam and possibly a dash cam. Whenever I tried to get a word in he'd rudely cut me off mid sentence and talk at me, not with me. Like holy hell. I politely ask him can I please finish my sentence an he tells me "this isn't working for me" and I'm like are you serious I just drove nearly 2 hours to do business with you and your not even letting me talk. He goes "so talk" with a smirk on his face. No sympathy, no nothing. He goes on to be more mad that I'm not buying any of his weak inventory telling me it'll be 500 bucks to install a touchscreen, backup cam, and dash cam -- that's RIDICULOUS. He's like "if you get my backup and dash cam, it'll be 600 in cash - that's a deal." Which was not a deal, more like a steal. Products were already marked up. Telling me to pay in cash so it clearly won't be a record of his foul play. Acting like it takes 5+ hours to install 3 basic things. I'm an audio visual technician, I know better. Nor do I deal with rude people question cutting me, talking over me, talking at me, and can't even recall the day before! I only considered this place because "Crutchfield" where I got my parts from said this was the closest installer. If they only knew how toxic this place was and is! I purchased an item whose price did not match the signage displayed in the store. I brought the discrepancy to the cashier's attention, but he completely ignored my concern. Hoping for a better resolution, I completed the purchase and went to the customer service desk. The customer service representative accompanied me to the aisle, saw both the item and the posted sign, yet still refused to honor the displayed price or offer any adjustment. Even if the signage was placed in error, I expected some effort to resolve the issue or at least acknowledge the mistake. Instead, the item remained at the higher price listed in their system, and the incorrect signage was not removed. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Be sure to shop carefully, verify prices before purchasing, and always check your receipt.

I had broken my screen on or about March 7th, and made a few calls to try and get it repaired…read more Everyone wanted me to drop my phone off for a few days and wanted over $200. When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!
