When I first came in here it was right at 4pm and I guess they close at that time. But all I wanted was a spring toll to go so the day let me order. It was very generous. Witch made me want to come back. I came back the next day when I got off work at 2, it wasn't to busy. When I sat down a waiter came up to me, not the brightest crayon in the box, but not a bad guy. I order the seafood pho with a side of raw steak and an order of shrimp spring rolls. I will say it was all good. But not the best. I probably won't come back. The main lady that works register is super sweet and should get a raise haha. She is great. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but I've had better. What the Pho in South Center is one of my favs. I love how they serve the sprouts with your meal. This place does not do that. I also had to ask for extra cilantro and lime. Well not even extra they didn't offer any. All in all I think I'm staring it higher then I should. But it's OK. read more

This wonderful Pho setting is above a Subway - might make some question the atmosphere. But once you're up and above, the food and service will be more than enough to satisfy. I can't explain how much I love the food here. The chicken pho with chicken broth makes my mouth water every time I think of it and I crave it on occasion too. This is the only place that I've discovered with chicken broth which is a rarity for me since I don't eat beef. I've tried many other dishes such as the spring rolls which just brings me joy when dipping into that luscious creamy and flavorful peanut sauce and I'm not a huge fan of peanut either but this brings you into another world of wonder. The fried rice when requested spicy gives an amazing kick that I've never experienced! Those are my top favorites. Overall I hope this place stays open forever and I wish they would have longer hours because I'd definitely come here for dinner and on weekends. Thank you for opening. Over priced and not as good as other places that are around. Their menu is reduced and though they say it is a medium size, I was surprised that it had so little meat that I was able to eat it almost all. In other places for less and same tasty broth I get much more. read more

If you havent tried this place, its a must try! Yes, its a pho shop, but this pho place isnt like any other. Their broth is amazing. I have never tasted super good broth for pho until I tried this place. It definitely stood out. I have found a new pho joint for sure! Price is a bit more, but cause of location. The pho is pretty decent but it there was no Banh Mi on the menu!!! It may be just me, but I think every Pho restaurant should also have sandwiches. Soups and sandwichs are meant to be together like mashed potatoes and gravy. read more

Let me preface this by saying I am Vietnamese and have been eating pho for 30 years...with that said this place is on my top 5 list for pho restaurant in Washington(I have not tried anything else). As you can find great Vietnamese food all around Seattle, but if you are in the area and looking for only pho you must try it out! Broth is on the sweeter side, full of flavor and aroma. You will smell like pho when you leave, thats a good sign that its not just canned beef broth full of msg and pho broth cubes. Portions are large, noodles and meat are fresh. What always gets me coming back is that along with the normal side of veggies, this is the only pho restaurant I know that serves culantro, no not cilantro...Culantro google it and ask for it when you order! The only CON will be the fact that they cater to the business community, so hours are funky - so no late dinners or Sunday pho. 4.5/5 My first impressions of this place is that is serves up some good pho! Pho hunting... a new sport I'm participating in. What a workout, LOL. I've hit up three new spots in a few weeks, I've had places break my heart and this place actually surprisingly stepped up the pho game for me. I came here to try out their pho a few weeks ago. It can get really busy, but they do an efficient job of clearing out tables and directing you to empty tables/seats. I thought the customer service was better than most pho places I've been to. You're greeted as you walk in and people don't hover while you're trying to decide what you want to eat. I took a look around and it looks like this restaurant could serve a pretty decent amount of people during the mad lunch rush. People were in and out, and I think it's attributed to the fact that the kitchen is efficient like a well oiled machine. I went with a small combination and my husband went with a large, literally 4-5 minutes after we placed our orders, we had steaming bowls of pho in front of us. My first thoughts were YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. My "small" had more than enough noodles, meat and the broth came out piping hot. It looked delicious!!! They could be a little bit more generous with the basil, jalapeños and lime though BUT that is my only complaint. The broth was flavorful without needing ANYTHING. That's pretty rare for me to mention because usually, I'm always caught up on things like mannnn, it's too this or too that, or needs this or needs that. My first spoonful made me go HMM... actually pretty good without needing to be drowned out in hoisin sauce, hehe. The broth is definitely unique, I can't describe the taste so it's probably worth it for you guys to try it for yourself. But it definitely had a solid broth, that was smooth and delicate. It didn't taste like MSG was used to mimic a slow-cooked broth. I didn't feel sleepy or disgusting after eating it, there wasn't any fat floating on top... so I think they take great care in straining out impurities. Meat... a ton of it. A variety, I got rare meat, tendon, tripe and flank. The rare meat came out rare... and not overcooked. It cooked itself in the broth and it was so tender! I had issues at another pho place where the meats came out falling apart in pretty much in fractal bits. Tendon had a good texture, soft but firm to the touch. I was amazed... the more I dug into my bowl the more meat I found. I liked how there wasn't a shortage of any of the meats I ordered. I didn't just get 1 piece of tendon but a few, the meat slices were plentiful and piled high. I was super dooper full and I got a small... if I got a large I would have had to share with someone :( My husband ordered a large and OMG, it was freaking HUGE. Not evening joking, it was twice the size of my head and the amount of meat and noodles he received was insane. It is pretty much the biggest large I've ever seen and he easily got through the whole thing because he really really enjoyed it. The price as others have mentioned is more than your norm. I was actually fine with paying a slightly higher tab because for the amount of food they serve up, I think it's fair. They are definitely doing something right here, I'm interested in coming back and trying out the seafood version. Hours are a bit limited, I've wanted pho every Sunday the last 3 Sundays and finally had to suck up and come during a time they were for SURE opened. This might be our new pho spot :) read more

We had a large group of 16 people. Food came out fast! We ordered 2 large P9's for my dad and my uncle, who was stuck in traffic. Their food came out & it sat there for 15 mins... I ordered the tofu and vegetable soup to-go when I cam here for the first time. The staff was friendly and it was prepared very quickly and the cost was average (about $8 for a small) As I walked out back towards my car I dropped my bag and all my soup broth spilled out of the to-go container. I went back in to see if they would give me more broth and they ended up putting together a whole new order for me free of charge. It was very good pho compared to other places I've been to and I was pleased that they were willing to accommodate me especially since I was just a clutz. read more

Broth was a little above average. Meat was excellent! Tender, juicy, and flavorful. Regular cuts but they must use a good quality beef and cook it properly thus a little more expensive then others. I am surprise how so few pho places use good quality beef. Most places are dry and hard but not this one. I would glady pay about $1 more per bowl for tender beef. I work close to this place and I LOVE it! Great Pho, the M-3 (fried noodles with chicken and shrimp) is also very good. My husband likes the vermicelli bowls. I go here a lot. The service is awesome. The food is awesome. I highly recommend them. I did want to say something about the comments that they don't have sandwiches. I have asked them about it and because they are located next door to a sandwich shop, there is a deal with the property owner that they can't sell sandwiches because of some sort of no compete clause. This is by far the best pho place I have ever been. I go here weekly during my lunch break from work. The food is always fresh, high quality and the broth in their pho is the best I have ever had. Everything is always consistent, excellent service. In addition to the good pho they also have other great noodle dishes and the beef short ribs are one of my favorites. Amazing place. Best pho in the kent valley, and it even trumps my place near my home in Auburn (though I'm still having trouble admitting that). People might compain it's too pricey, and it is a buck or two more for a bowl. I feel it's more than worth it as the meat and all the ingredients are amazing. The lady at the counter knows my voice and to-go order so well she adds the extra cup of sambal without me even having to ask. Yes, this is a once a week trip to this amazing little establishment. Heading home from Seattle, we pulled into Kent with a big appetite. Off the beaten path in a light industrial area is Just Pho You. Never those to miss out on good pho, we stopped in. We have our favorite pho spots in Portland, and are fairly judgmental about what we like. Pho Van and Mekong in Portland are our favorites. We were quite happy with the casual, bright dining area and the friendly staff in this very casual, almost fast food environment. The service was very friendly and efficient as well. The menu was diverse, with other options in addition to pho, but why miss out on pho? My husband had the chicken pho and I had the vegetarian pho with fried tofu. The spices were quite good, with a very tasty broth, and ample amounts of vegetables. They offer three sizes of pho, and the medium was actually quite generous. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Next time we are passing thru Kent, be sure we will stop in to Just Pho You for a luscious bowl of yummy soup. They got it right at Just Pho You! And don't you just love the name? : ) This is a great place for casual diners, families, kids (the have special kid's pho!), and people just wanting to check out Vietnamese food.
