    Spring Roll $4 each

Ordered 2 spring rolls to go.... $4 a piece. Got in my car to eat it, and the inside was not even cooked throughly. Half cold. The server was rude and not friendly at all. Won't recommended or go back. Horrible experience.

Good for lunch or simple dinner. Just your basic neighborhood Vietnamese take-out restaurant. Most patrons are taking out, but there is plenty of wooden indoor seating/tables though which was nice. Booths and tables. Also loved the ambiance of piano music. Peaceful place to eat your pho. Good place for a simple family lunch or dinner. For $16 you can get a decent lunch: Banh mi baguette sandwich, which includes fries and a soda. For $3 more substitute the soda to Vietnamese condensed milk iced coffee ($13+$3 surcharge for the coffee = $16). Enjoy!

TLDR/ Just don't. Everything about this place screams of disorder and carelessness. Price: Expensive, Portions: Pitiful, Flavor: Absent, Service: Horrendous. Verdict: Avoid it, and tell your friends to avoid it too, save humanity from this pho purgatory. I sat down and ended up having to get my own menu and when the waitress came, she was both curt and let me know that item after item was unavailable. Also, who doesn't keep soy sauce on the table at a pho/teriyaki restaurant? I had to ask for both soy and for chili oil, which they were "out" of. The two front desk clerks were talking about me in another language, jokes on them that I understood them and tipped accordingly. Every single thing you could imagine being wrong with this place was. My pho came out underwhelmingly under-seasoned. They must use a packaged broth, because it was nothing like pho should taste, definitively poor in every way. Even after adding salt, sriracha, hoisin, and all the herbs, it couldn't be saved from just being a little bit bland. The floor was speckled with detritus and the table's condiments looked like they had not been wiped down in ages. Any surface that should have been dusted, had not been. Fake plants, lights, even the top of the security camera were all caked in a solid film of dust (that's dirt and dead skin people). The bathrooms were disgusting. There were dead insects on the ground, dust covering every surface, walls spattered with who knows what. Seriously disgusting. If this is how the front of the house looks, what must the kitchen look like. If you want to be upset, underwhelmed, overcharged, underserved, and dissatisfied then this is a sure thing.

It's good to see they are rated excellent

Came across this restaurant while looking for another pho restaurant in the area. I noticed that they are rated Excellent from the KC Hoth Dept, which is always a good sign for diners. Upon seated, we were greeted by the waitstaff who wore a traditional Vietnamese top who challenged my kiddo to say Happy Lunar New Year in Vietnamese and gave them a lucky chocolate coin since it's the New Year Day. Kinda fun for the kiddo. We ordered egg rolls and pho which arrived quickly. We like the soup. The beef was a little overcooked to my taste by the noodles were good. It was not greasy and had a good flavor, the egg roll was small, but crispy and tasty.

Great pho! The broth, shrimp, and veggies were on point! And the service was prompt and sincere. I will be coming back for a repeat experience.

First time back since Covid and the food didn't disappoint. Gal that waited on us was very friendly and made sure we had fresh water the whole time we were there. We both ordered the pd and while they were out of the meatballs they gave us extra steak so it made up for that We also had the fresh shrimp rolls. They were delicious!

The dipping sauce is really good. We had egg rolls and veggies Pho at last time and that experiences was kind good.

Google prices are very out-of-date - good time to post new menus...

Ever since our favorite pho restaurant in the world (Auburn, WA) closed down, due to Covid, we have been coming here. The menu selections are really decent! The pho broth is good, but the number of options are not quite as varied as what we are used to. The staff is very friendly and helpful; I always get great service when I come here. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but walking over from the Fred Meyer parking lot is great when busy. I discovered that googling their menu brings up prices that are several years' out of date; I had to do a double-take the last time I got a to-go order, as it was quite a bit more than expected. Alas - Supply Chain & inflation issues strike again...

Who the hell cooks the steak and leaves it in the hot soup?! ITS LIKE CHEWING ON A BICYCLE SEAT.

Decided to give this place a try since all the pho shop in Kent is pretty bad. Ordered a large special pho and ordered extra noodles. They were so stingy on the noodles. I got charged for extra noodles but got what looks like a small. And WHO'S bright idea was it to cook the steak and leave it inside the hot soup? It's turned hard and chewy. Not coming back. Broth was mediocre at best. The experience was infuriating.

Delicious! My new favorite pho spot in this area. Beef and brisket are juicy, broth is a blast of flavor. Also recommend chicken sandwich. Highly recommend!!

At exactly 6:40 PM, received the delivery order at my residence. Food was still warm and portions were more than adequate. Checking out on the DoorDash App was simple and very easy to place the order from this restaurant. I have ordered a few times before as well and had no problems whatsoever. All of the entrees were delicious!

Vermicelli was a 3.5 as it was fresh and a good serving (4) but the grilled pork was on the cooler side and didn't taste as crisp and fresh off the grill as you'd expect (3). Best part of the pho was the broth as it wasn't too salty like it can be sometimes elsewhere (4). Veggies were super fresh. Sliced beef was previously sliced and the whole chunk was placed in so you had to tease apart the slices from each other which was a little different than my experiences elsewhere. SKIP THE SPRING ROLLS. Picture had three shrimps/roll. Ours had 1/roll on one side with a slice of pork (I think) on the other. Seemed pretty skimpy if you ask me (2.5 at best). Service was good (4). Location was in a small strip mall with a Mexican and Indian place next door. The bars over nearly the entire front storefront were definitely interesting. For an out-of-towner, this part of Kent seems like a Santa Ana/Westminister/Garden Grove of OC, CA kind of an area with different ethnic offerings up and down the street.

I was honestly surprised because I remember waiting for a couple hours at the SF location a few years ago. Between the nine of us, we ordered a few kalbijjims and naengmyeons to share. DAEHO KALBIJJIM - 88.95 + mild +5.95 for mozzarella cheese Lots and lots of cheese, so if you're not a cheese person, I'd definitely skip the add-on. The portion was generous, but there wasn't as much kalbi as I expected. Instead, it was loaded with onions, carrots, and only about four rice cakes. That said, the kalbijjim itself was incredibly saucy and flavorful. Every bite became more addictive than the last, and I couldn't stop going back for more. MOOL NAENG MYUN - 21.95 A bit pricy for what it is, but we split it between four people as a refreshing side. It was gone within a few bites. The broth was tangy, icy cold, and refreshing, which contrasted perfectly to the rich kalbijjim. You really can't go wrong with this combination. Overall, delicious and satisfying food, but pretty expensive. It's one of the better kalbijjims I've had!

Visited the restaurant for the first time on a Saturday evening. Joined the waitlist at around 6pm,…read morebut didn't get seated until 7:30pm for a party of 7. Parking: Around the restaurant has ample spots, however when my party visited, all 3 cars could not find a spots as all of them were taken. When I arrived, there were already a few cars just circling to try to get a spot if any patrons were leaving. Most other reviews didn't have issues with parking as I assumed they arrived earlier? Customer service: + friendly service and decent once you were able to flag them down - you have to almost flag them down for all/any services such as refilling water, checks, to-go boxes etc Food: 1) Spicy Squid Noodle * cold noodle dish with squid, white noodles and vegetables mixed with gochujang based sauce. Not particularly spicy or not. - imo the amount of squid for a near $20 noodle should have a little more.. 2) Daeho kabijjim + mild was good for the party as it's slightly sweet and not spicy with gochujang based sauce. Short rib was nice and tender with potatoes, onions and carrots. We chose to add noodles and cheese which they torch at the table to melt it on top. 3) Combination Suyuk + great umami and saltiness to the soup, very creamy and rich. + combination of tendon, brisket, short rib and (forget the 4th) as well as mushroom and spring onion makes it rich creamy and umami. Banchan was great, kimchi and radish are very likely homemade along with the other 3 banchans. But imo, their radish is old (overly fermented) while kimchi has a nice balance of spiciness, sweetness and tartness at first but a little sweet aftertaste. Lastly, if I'm not mistaken, I did not see any sign or note in the premise or on the menu indicating mandatory 20% tips for big party (even though I'm well aware it's normal but I believe businesses should be transparent). However when we were paying the bill, the server clearly indicated they included the 20% tips to our bill so that patrons do not "double tip" unless they wish to. So bottom line is they are quite honest on that but wished they are more transparent
