Came a while back and forgot to leave this review. But I had an issue with my hood lock being imbalanced and some screws were off causing the hood to no proper and won't close off. Drove to several mechanics with a hood open warning on my dash, it was an emergency - all of the mechanics prior were asking nonsense question to end up right where I started. I could go on about how a terrible late afternoon day it was but these guys were able to fix me up in less than 10 minutes (I also showed up very late after work.. right before the also closed) and the cherry on top? They did not charge me anything. Special thanks to the owner there.. I may have forgotten your name, it's been a couple months maybe now. Definitely recommend this place. Do not go here . My car was running fine till I came here. I took my mecerde c300 here for a oil change and a few days later my car stop working. I called them since i was broke down on the side of street and they said (we will tow it ) not telling me it was $300.I trusted them so I took it back there for them to diagnose it . When i didnt here from them in two days I called to get a update because they insisted I bring it there instead of taking it to the dealership. Now today is Saturday I still receive no call and when I called requesting a update on my car they said my engine was bad but couldn't tell me why . They said it was $11k to fix and they couldn't tell me anymore information. read more

My husband and I drove to Katy, TX from Austin to see our eldest son and his girlfriend. We has a big weekend planned as we were celebrating our son's 28th birthday. On our way, our 2016 Mercedes Benz lost power and started to expel blue/ grey smoke from the exhaust pipe. After slowly driving to a gas station, it looked like the oil had erupted and oozed everywhere. We assumed we had a blown gasket. We carefully drove into Katy and after some internet research, my husband found Just Right - Complete auto Car Care Center. They are highly rated with great customer service reviews. Hasan at Just Right was happy to take a look. Hasan and his team ran a number of diagnostic tests, changed the oil and filter and gasket, but the problems continued to persist. The engine lost power and grey smoke was still blowing from the exhaust. Eventually, my husband and I needed to get back to Austin, but we left our car in Hasan's capable hands. We received regular updates regarding the car. We heard Hasan's frustration at not being able to identify the issue. He was absolutely determined to figure it out and fix the problem. After a number of attempts, he called European experts; colleagues in his field, who gave him advise on what to try next. In the end, the issue was rare, but not unheard of for the type of engine in our car. Unfortunately for us, the solution meant we had to replace the engine. Hasan found an engine for our car and installed it, all the while keeping us informed on his progress. The day we came back to Katy to pick up the car, we were stunned to find out that Hasan had waved the fees for all the labor and parts spent on his attempts and solving the problem. He only charged us for the labor during the engine installation and the engine itself. He made himself available to answer any lingering questions and let us test drive our car to make sure we were satisfied. The results of their hard work was perfection. The car drove like a dream. The before and after comparison was striking. Further evidence of his honesty and integrity was revealed when we witnessed an interaction with another customer. A woman was waiting for her car. She said she comes to Just Right all the time. Hasan pulled her car to the front of the shop and told her that there was nothing wrong with her car, that her gas cap was loose. We highly recommend Hasan and his team at Just Right. They are passionate about their work and strive for customer satisfaction. read more

This place has great service. The owner is a humble man who is welcoming and the business offers a cozy waiting room that includes coffee and water. It is just a small shop on the side of the road but the service is friendly and quick! They don't hustle you like a lot of other shops.

DO NOT GO HERE! They try to screw you over and tell you need unnecessary things done on your car! I went on for a routine oil change, and they came back with a list of over $1000 of things that need to be done to my car. One of which was an "oil pan leak", which shocked me the most because I've never seen any oil the concrete once I drive away. They were going to charge me about $300 for this alone, along with many other things such as an entire brand new brake system. This was shocking to me, so I got a second opinion. All of the things they recommend getting done was completely unnecessary!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not go here they will screw you over!! read more

Amazingly fast professional service! I shattered my rear window while reversing in garage accidentally on a Wednesday afternoon and called dealership 5 min later told they couldn't do it until Monday. Called around and was told same glass repair could be done Thursday at Just Right restoring all functionality to heaters and exact tint specific to factory settings at lower cost than dealer. (this is how dealership body shops replace windows using glass makers around city.) I was pleased with how fast and quality of service cleaning every piece of shattered glass in my car and even reminded that I was passed due on an oil change! Later found out that since I work close by they could give me a ride to and from office if I need another service request in future. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend to anyone in the area! read more

This place is a RIP OFF and I am very upset! Took my car to get the power steering checked out a few months ago because my steering wheel kept locking up and the guy (Name starts with a G. I hate that I forgot his name. Tall big black guy with glasses who is currently in jail as stated by one of the workers) said that he fixed the problem. Charged me $711. A week later the same problem persisted. Took it back and they said it was something else and they "fixed it." Literally, a week later my steering wheel start locking up again. Took it back and they said they "fixed it." My dad had a stroke a few weeks ago so I had to go to NOLA. On my way home the steering wheel locked up as I was turning into oncoming traffic with my 2 year old son in the back seat. That was so scary. I literally saw my life flash before my eyes. Had to get my car towed to the dealership in NOLA. I showed the dealership the paperwork from this place and after they actually fixed my car they notified me that nothing was ever fixed from this place and that there wasn't any new parts on the car. These people scammed me out of $711. I am a single mom, currently not working due to the pandemic. I don't have money to just throw away like that. This really hurt my pockets. I couldn't even send my baby to daycare for a month because of the $711 I had to come up with only to have nothing fixed on my car. I have been going back and forth with these people about a refund and they are constantly giving me the runaround saying they fixed what needed to be fixed but how is that possible if the same problem continued and I had to keep bringing my car back for the SAME problem. So now it's time to get the big guns (lawyer) involved! read more
