Gabe was the first person who greeted me when I walked in, and he set the tone right away. He began my order with professionalism and ease, and within seconds of me choosing the chicken shawarma, he was already thoughtfully suggesting a protein upgrade. It was a small moment, but it showed confidence, product knowledge, and real customer awareness. He made the beginning of the experience feel smooth and engaging. Kolby also deserves real recognition.
