I went in for a simple alignment. When I receive the car back the car repeatedly drifted to the right. The steering wheel wasn't level. I took the car back. The manager drove the car put it back up on the rack. The car still drips to the right, but not as severe, but the wheel still drops Call their customer service number. Finally spoke to someone. He gave me a consumer service number got an automated recording that they were closed in other words and complete in total runaround because I wanted to complain about the quality of the work. I've had my car lined at other locations never had a moment trouble, but when you get tires or any kind of suspension work with no residual problems not sure why they couldn't get my car align properly, but I'm definitely a dissatisfied customer read more

T-Mobile Tuesday had a great deal for $160 off tires. I ordered my tires of choice, made an appointment and arrived ahead of my appointment time. When I walked in I stood at the counter for a bit - heard people in the back, someone from the back yelled out something and x2 men walked out from the back past the counter where I was standing... didn't speak and went out to their side doors. Then sometime after that another male (that I later learned at the end of my service was a supervisor) came out the back to assist. Jose is the guy who stood out for me during my visit. He took care of my service, alignment, gave suggestions, was communicative and helpful. Overall: This wouldn't have been my first choice to come if it had not been for the T-Mobile deal. I was appreciative of Jose but I do think this location could benefit from their staff having customer service training. If I hadn't already paid for my service before arriving I would've walked out when I first got there. Just sayin' but thank yous to Jose for his work ethic and professionalism. read more

I called in a short while ago to ask questions about my tire rotation package, since I no longer have my BMW I wanted to see if I could transfer the package to my Tesla. After speaking with him it was understood that can't be done, but it was his attitude and tone that rubbed me the wrong way. He was condescending and made me feel like I was asking dumb questions...there was no kindness in his service AT ALL! Let me just start off with saying don't come to this place!!! First of all I came in 10 o'clock in the morning about getting my brakes done. They quoted me an extremely large price more than the dealer so I said are you sure maybe I should just go to the dealership then . The man said oh well let's do an inspection and make sure that's the right amount. I waited two hours for them to complete the inspection only for them to quote me $1200. I told him I have a warranty that covers most of the things they were talking about needed to be repaired. They said oh that would take us weeks to get covered by the warranty . I told them I'll just go to the dealership it doesn't take that long to be approved by the warranty company. He said OK I'll just pull your car around to the front. I waited another 45 minutes for them to pull my car around to the front. This place has multiple employees that are just standing around talking and doing a whole lot of nothing while only two people are in the service area actually working. So if you have things to do or don't feel like standing around all day waiting this isn't a place for you is overpriced poor quality, and terrible customer service. Showed up to get an oil change with a coupon. Coupon states $21.99 for an oil change using Valvoline synthetic blend OR conventional oil. So the guy asked me what oil so I said I'll take the synthetic blend. He tells me that I can't get the synthetic blend with that coupon, that I need to step up to the next package for $54.99 for the synthetic blend. I'm looking at the coupon I have and I said no the $21.99 coupon includes the synthetic blend. So he says we'll your car requires an additional quart, so it will be $78. Math is not making sense. So I say how much for the conventional oil then, so he says $39.99. So I asked why they are charging me over $15 for a quart of oil and he just says, we'll I mean.... So I just said I'm ok, and left. After the test, they made some adjustments to the Wheel Alignment, and they did not charge for the services. Then, they found out my car needs to replace the REC RACK & PINNION. The "Just Tires" store has the excellent Customer Services and they have professional and knowledgeable technicians. This place is sad. I came here because AAA sent me a text that they would fix my flat for free. Not only did they have me waiting for close to an hour when I asked the counter person what's up with my car. He said they couldn't fix my flat because it had too many nails and I would need to buy a new tire, and then proceeded to tell me that I would need to buy 2 because it's bad for my car to have a different brands of tires first of all, the AAA guy changed my tire and showed me the rock that punctured it. Where did this guy find nails in my tire? There were none. And while it may be recommended to have the same tires - not because of the brand but because of use tread - it is fine to have different brands. I left mad as hell for being lied too and wasting my time. Went down the street to a mom/pop shop. $15 to fix my flat and they did it in under 20 minutes. Never going back to this place. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My battery light came on so I stopped by the Just Tires in Carson on Dominguez Street. They check my car and saw that the battery was very low and needed to be replaced when I went inside the office. I kept asking them to let me know the different type of batteries that they have so that I know which one I want to purchase. The guy ignored my request and told me that it was gonna cost me $350 to get a new battery. Yes I am a woman but I do have enough sense to know that it don't cost $350 for a battery especially with you not telling me the different type of batteries that they have I know battery prices range from least expensive average very expensive, depending on the type of battery that you want. When he said at $350, I asked him what made up the $350. He told me the battery and the cost of labor so I asked him how much is the labor to put the battery in this guy told me that they were charging $150!!! Just for the labor to put the battery in my car. I immediately told him no and that I was not gonna pay nobody $150 to put a battery in my car so I told him to pull my car out of their garage so that I can leave. I'll go get a battery from AutoZone or somewhere else so at this point he goes inside and come back out in like 15 seconds and says oh no, we can do it for much cheaper. We'll do everything for $200 now that made more sense to me so I told him is for the same battery right so he said yes Because my car was not gonna make it home and $200 seemed pretty reasonable. I went ahead and let them do it, but it was amazing how they can immediately drop $150 off of my bill. I was pissed because they only did that because I was a woman and they thought that they could easily scam me. I went ahead and got the battery done because I needed to get home and didn't really have a choice, but I wanted to be sure that I get this message out there that that was not right what they tried to do and I'm sure many women probably fell for it, but that just wasn't cool. I purchased two front tires from Just Tires in Carson. When I got home I noticed that the new tire was losing pressure. It turned out the rim was bent and the tire would not hold a seal, it constantly leaked air. I purchased a new wheel and when I took the new wheel and the tire I purchased from them to their shop I was informed that they couldn't change it because the tire was now used and they don't change used tires. ***psa*** thomas is the worst manager i have ever met!!! yesterday 9/10/24 was by far such a stressful moment caused by thomas alleged manager. i decided to want to attach the recording for reference. my husband and i went in with 2 flat tires. thankfully we have warranty for repair. all was going great. tony (service agent) was very helpful and made the beginning of the service easy and great. my husband received a call to let us know the car won't be ready til tuesday (which is okay) my husband spoke to john, tony and most importantly to the manager thomas. among all these conversations it was never advised to us about any fees and if we would like to proceed with service? they failed to mention details of the cost. upon my arrival of picking up my vehicle i'm hit with almost $200 in fees. tony and i begin to discuss the matter for solution but then thomas comes out attempting to assist but was the complete opposite. thomas was rude had no empathy. as a manager myself who runs a samsung call center knows all to well that forgetting to provide the customer the fees is not unheard of and we all make mistakes. thomas refused to help the matter. in the video you can hear him say how he never advises customers any details. i feel that i was taken the right to make my own choice on how to proceed with my vehicle and thomas did not care. i could have towed my car back to my home (i have rode side assistance) and waited for my next pay period to fix my vehicle. i was forced to get the money from my rent to cover this cost again i repeat thatbi was taken the right to make my choice and was forced to pay out of my rent and now have to pay a late fee please make sure to get your estimates and details on repairs. thank you tony for the help at the end (not thomas the alleged manager read more

My car sat there for 8 days, but it was never even looked at!!! Someone suggested I take it to Just Tires, and they did an EXCELLENT job!! They fixed the problem---- my car needed new spart plugs!! First let me say that I never complain or leave bad reviews. Even when dissatisfied, I tip because I understand everyone has ends to meet. With that in mind, here's my review of disappointment. I took my car in on a Monday because I had a nail in my tire. I made an appointment on the Just Tires website. I was taking it on my lunch break so I purposely made an appointment to avoid delays. When I got there they said they don't take online appointments and it'd be a bit of a wait. I left my car there. About 4 hours later I called because there was no update or phone call. They said "we're finishing up now". A day later the same tire was again showing low tire pressure. I took it in again, at this point, it's Thursday. Again, long wait so I left my car there while I returned to work. No phone call or updates. I had to call after 4 hours again. They tell me they haven't even started on my car. Then 30 minutes later they call me back to say that now I have another nail in the same tire. I find that awfully fishy. How is it that I get 2 different nails in the SAME tire within just 1.5 days... to me, it seemed like no work was done the first time I dropped it off. I had to pay for one new tire, paid for multiple uber rides since I had to drop my car off, and wasted more time than I needed to. I will not be returning. read more
