After about an hour and a half, Damien came over and let me know that since two scheduled cars hadn't arrived yet, he could move me up in line. That level of attentiveness and initiative made a huge difference. Instead of waiting much longer, my car was inspected and serviced in just 15 minutes. Damien really went out of his way to make sure I wasn't sitting around unnecessarily, and that kind of customer care does not go unnoticed. This was excellent service from start to finish. They fool you I thinking a tire can be patched when in reality they only want to sell new tires. Instead of just tires it should be called just Bullshit. This place used to be great. Made an appointment to get an alignment. Showed up at my appointment time and was told it would be 3-4 hours for 30 mins of work. This is the same time being given to walk ins. Once they finally got my car on the lift and the tech did the work he said it was aligned and provided a print out with -1 camber in the red and outside specs for my front passenger wheel. I asked them to fix it, was told they can't because there's no way to adjust camber (the top strut bolt to the knuckle is the camber bolt used to adjust). It was still in the same place it was when I marked it before arriving... Can't stand lazy dishonest techs. Sales rep said I needed a camber kit (even though they are only for the rear). Pretty obvious he doesn't know much about cars. This is the only place I have ever been to that can't do a proper alignment. Waste of time and money. read more

For the manager to personally take charge of the experience, offering to just switch out some lug nuts on my car he tells me he'll be right with me and I go outside to everything ready and I'm waiting like 30 minutes past. I see the places isn't busy. No one comes out to assist me so go in after 30 minutes and ask forgot forget about me or do I need to make an the manager says oh I forgot about you. I'll be right with you as he's smiling and acting like he's working on the computer still didn't get up still didn't assist me so I just turned around and walked off. I drove over a big pothole on La Cienega blvd. It was a loud thump and immediately the tire pressure light popped up. One of my tire had gone flat and the other had a visible air bubble on the side. I called up a few tire shops nearby and when I called this place, Karim assured me that they had 4 tires available for my car. I immediately got my car towed here. Damian helped with the initial inspection and paperwork. I am not local to Culver city. Was just passing through and had my kids and wife waiting for me where our car was disabled. Both my kids need car seats, so I couldnt bring them with me to the tire shop. It was very important for me to get the car fixed asap. There were a few cars ahead of me which would have taken 3-4 hours. I requested Damian to get my tires replaced on priority. He made sure my car was looked at after one other car. This place used to be great, but it has gone seriously down hill. I came in at 1:30 on a Monday afternoon for a quick tire repair. I told them I needed to leave by 3:30 to do school pickup, they assured me it would be done by then. Finally at 4 I was told the tire could not be repaired, so I needed a new one, but it would be quick, done in 30 minutes. I have now been here for more than 3 hours and my car is still not ready. Today I went to Just Tires in Culver City for my Lyft inspection. I was already aware that the rear windshield wiper needed to be replaced, so I was prepared for that. I had also checked the front wiper, which was in perfect condition -- I had replaced it just two months ago. However, the manager who inspected my car insisted the front wiper also needed replacement, claiming it was "bent" and wouldn't pass Lyft's inspection. I questioned this, but since I needed the car for work, I agreed and followed his recommendation. I dropped the car off around 2 PM and came back at 7 PM. When I checked the car, I noticed that the front wiper hadn't been replaced at all. They had just cleaned it and applied some dark substance to make it look new. The angle was exactly the same, and the blade felt oily to the touch -- clearly the same one. As for the rear wiper (the only one that actually needed replacing), they didn't change it because, according to the staff, they didn't have it in stock. I asked about the old wipers that had supposedly been replaced, and the employee said he couldn't find them. In the end, he even said, "If you want, we can just go ahead and pass your inspection," after trying to charge me $90 for a service they didn't even perform. This experience clearly showed their dishonesty. They tried to sell me something I didn't need, failed to install the only part I actually needed, and caused me to fail the inspection. If you drive for Lyft or any other platform and need your annual inspection, avoid this place at all costs. In fact, avoid this store altogether. Terrible service, completely unethical behavior. Ok I spoke too soon. When I 1st came here everything went great although I only got 2 tires I was affordable and quick and the people were nice. The 2nd trip I came to get tires for both my car and my daughters care with wheel alignment's I think I spend almost $2000 however they advertised a line of credit ALL around the store, I applied and was approved but when I told them I was using it to pay they told me they didn't accept it? Whatever I just paid cash and that was that. I called the manager who advised me to come back the next day but I never did since I already paid. That was about a week ago. The next day my tire pressure sensor went blank and the light came on, I've had the car for 8 years and this never happened so I knew either they damaged the sensors or forgot to put then back on. Today I took it back to tell them. I left the car there and went to the mall while waiting about an hr later they call asking about the tire lock, I don't have a tire lock and they've now changed my tires there on 2 separate occasions without inquiring about a tire lock. When they were done they asked for $130 stating 1 of the sensors was damaged. Although I knew whatever was wrong with it was due to something they did previously because they were the last to touch my tires. So I go to get in my car and my personal belongings are everywhere! They rummaged through my car and left my bra and sanitary pads in the passenger seat!! You were working on tire sensors! And yes I keep a bra and sanitary napkins in my car don't judge me. Later I go to put something in my trunk and they had tossed my trunk and shoved everything back in. I will NEVER GO BACK. I'm so disappointed. Oh I forgot to mention they didn't even put air in the tires. I feel cheated and violated and after seeing the other low rates and reviews worried about the tires on my daughters and my car. On June 6th I spent about two hours for the removal of a nail on a tire. After the "repair", the tire continued to deflate constantly. I went to a different shop on July 10th, and it turns out the exact SAME nail was still there. 'Just tires' was Just a Fraud. Never again!!! read more

Previously I had been to Just Tires for a tire replacement. They were so efficient and professional I decided to come back for an oil change. I came to this shop to have a tire patched and the gentleman checked it before I left the car. He checked all 4 tires and he indeed said the tire is repairable. He let me know the service was going to take 2-3 hours due to other cars being ahead of me. 2 hours passed by and come back to check if it's done and they tell me they can't patch it. At this point it was 4pm and everywhere else was closing. These ppl are the worse, don't take your car here. I was among the first few people there for an oil change appointment. I was next in line. It took an hr to complete (no problem) but then an additional 45 min to check out. Only one front desk staff on a busy weekend with a stack of about 6 people trying to check in or out. Also they did not put air in my tires. One was still 5psi low afterwards and I'd checked it that AM. They did rotate that one to the back. I am not confident that they actually checked anything else. I went to get my 4 tires replaced and had my appointment for 10 am on April 6th. I showed up early a little before 9:30am. All I needed was my 4 tires replaced and an alignment. It's now 2:30pm. The mechanic who worked on my car was so slow, and right before I was supposed to be checked, only the clerk doubled, checked the tires, and realized that the tires were put on wrong. Now I'm having to wait until the tires are taken off and swapped out. I can't believe your mechanic made this mistake. I'm glad the clerk checked, but I'm horrified to know this happened and upset I spent 5 hours waiting. It will be another hour to correct this work. How does this happen? Now, I'll also have to have another alignment check since your mechanic can't be trusted. Finally leaving just tires! 6.5 hours I waited for something that should only have taken 2-3 hours max. I am very disappointed and trust lost in your mechanics. Update: On Sunday, the day of this incident, I was told a manager would reach out Monday to follow up with the poor service, long wait, and mistake of putting the tires on wrong.
