I visited this location on Friday, March 31, 2023. It had been pouring rain that day. As we were driving, there was so much rain that we hit something in the road, and my passenger-side front tire was punctured, and I immediately lost all pressure in my tire. I have run-flats, so I was able to get to this location, as it was one of the closest locations that was still open after 6:00 pm that day. We walked into the location, told them the problem and handed over my key. They never quoted me a price - it's not like I had much of a choice anyways. They patched the hole within about 10 minutes. Then I went to pay. They charges $52 to patch a run-flat tire. $52!!!! At Costco, they only charge $10! What a total rip-off. But they knew that I couldn't price compare in the situation that I was in. The guy at the counter told me that they charge more for the run-flats than regular tires. For regular, they charge $42. Run-flats are apparently "more difficult". What a crock!! Honestly, this business model is a crappy business model. If you want me to come back, don't rip me off. read more

I've been a customer at this just tires location for the past 8 years (as long as I've had my license). As a female, most places try to sell me things or purchase services that aren't relevant or necessary. But not here! I know that I'm getting the best price and due to their awesome staff I can actually understand what's going on with my car. Other mechanic/auto shops Ive experienced in the surrounding area, such as Firestone or Jiffy Lube, have not been able to deliver the complete customer care i've received from this Just Tires. If you don't schedule ahead, it may be a bit busy/you might have to wait...but that is only because they provide each of their customers with quality care. They walk you through all your options and their very knowledgeable staff answers any questions. In a way that I can easily understand. (important for the ladies!) You can rest assured knowing that you received the best price/deal and care for your vehicle. Made an appointment for a tire repair, because tire replacement wasn't an option. By making an appointment I thought I was being helpful, but it didn't really seem to matter at all. Someone else was at the counter being helped so I waited until they were finished and stepped up. The guys at the counter asked me what I was there for and as I started explaining he walked away.... Just walked away and started working on something else. After about a full 60 seconds passed he came back up to the counter and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, started my explanation again, and said what I made the appointment for. When he saw the appointment was for repair and I needed a replacement he sighed loudly, tapped 1 or 2 keys on the keyboard and said, "We don't have tires." I repeated what he said in disbelief, "You don't have tires?!" He promptly responded, "Well, not for you." I was stunned for a moment and then just walked out. Worst experience I have ever had at any sort of mechanic shop. Awful. Do not bother for a second to even consider this location. I have been back three times in three days at the hands of their poor work and customer service. The manager Dave is by far one of the least considerate people I have ever worked with. My rear passenger tire had a leak so I wanted two new tires on my car...not a difficult request. Since I drive a Front-Wheel-Drive car, I wanted the two new ones in the front and move the old fronts to the back. I was quoted $224. $64 per tire, the balancing fee, and whatever else, plus $60 for an alignment, overall not too bad. But they mounted the wrong tires in the wrong places when I came to pick it up. To add insult to injury the two back tires that were leaking were not even filled up. On top of that, the tech that does alignments left early so that did not get done. They put my car back on the lot WITH A FLAT TIRE. It is bad enough that they could not even read how-to change the tires properly, but as a tire place how can you put a car out for pick up with a flat tire? They offered to fill the tires and fix the rim leak on the flat, I said sure,but I needed to be somewhere so I could not get both tires fixed. Took the tech about 9 minutes to fix it and I told him I would be back tomorrow. Well, I come back and the shop is literally dead, not a single car in any bay and they tell me to leave my car for two hours to do the exact same job AND the alignment tech is not there again. Two hours later I pick up my car and tell them I will be back again one more time tomorrow for my alignment. Here we are again and the same $60 alignment three days ago is up to $90 according to Dave. I show him the invoice that another manager quoted me at $60 but he refused to honor it and only let the price come down to $75. Of course they say that I have a bad control and they refuse to do the alignment and attempt to charge me another $200 to fix it. Did not let their incompetent techs lay a finger on my car in the attempt to "fix" my ball joint. I happily took my keys off the counter and said there is not a chance they will be getting any more of business. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. There is a new Discount Tire across the street, hopefully they drive Just Tires into the ground, not that Just Tires really needs help with their God-awful service. Second time I got a call and was told they didn't have any availability all day. This time I came in on a Saturday at 930 and was told it would be a 4 hour wait for an oil change. My experiences have always been good. Twice I went in within a week's time for road debris issues (Sunday and Tuesday AM). Bill assisted Tuesday, friendly and helpful, and I had a slow leak on an expensive set of Goodyear Tires I had bought over two years ago ($600 + for the entire, set, package, road-damage insurance, etc... Fortunately it was easily fixed, and patched in under an hour at no charge. The purchase was a nice experience. I spent big money but was sick of forking out money from the cheap factory tires on the Kia I bought. Sorry others have been less fortunate but my experiences for my auto and tires for my daughter's car have always been outstanding. read more

I went in Saturday for an alignment. They said it would take an 1-1.5 hours. My husband picked me up so we can do some errands around the house. I get a call 2 hours later that my control arm and right ball joints are bad and I need to replace them. I asked if my alignment was done and they said they could not do it because of the "issues". I go pick up my car, take it back to my regular, honest, mechanic. He took it for a test drive, looked under the car and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints or control arm. My regular mechanic then recommended me to go to J tire & allignment at 1020 Lunt Ave Schaumburg, IL. I made an appointment, they confirmed with me as well that the ball joints and control arm were fine and they did the alilgnment for me. My car is finally fixed and I did not subject myself to getting ripped off by Just Tires. If your female or elderly beware because they will rip you off! read more

Needed some tires on my car bad bcuz i was riding bald on my fronts, went to Just Tires on Oct. 11 as i alwayz do, arrived 7min after opening cuz like my daddy alwayz sed "the early bird gits the worm" heheee....anywhooo... A little disappointed cuz i was second one there lol but Glenn waited on me right away, very courteous to me and friendly i told him what i needed and also i had to get a front wheel alignment and oil change he worked wth me i had a coupon so it worked out pretty well, i was out and about by 9am. Told my daughter to bring her car there because of a nail in the front tire. They said they could take care of it for her. When they where done(an hour later) they told her she needed a new battery,the car won't start. She asked how much and they told her about $150.00. She told them to do it. When they were done they gave her a BILL FOR OVER $190.00 ! ! ! I called and they said their tire repairs were $40.00 and the battery was near $125.00 plus $25.00 installation.
