Their call center sent me to another nearby location and said they would see me in 15 minutes When I got there, I was told they couldn't help me for 2-3 hours and when they found out I drive a Tesla, they said they don't even service that kind of tire. I was near Just Tires who I have used over the years. They were able to patch my tire in less than 30 minutes! They didn't even charge me for the patch. They were friendly and efficient. I stopped by on Sunday June 28, 2026 because my tire pressure sensor had come on and I wanted someone to inspect the tire. Before I even got out of my car, I was hit with extremely loud music. It was so loud that I honestly wondered how the neighbors put up with it. When I walked inside, the experience didn't improve. The person at the front desk was busy chatting with another customer and never acknowledged that I was waiting. After standing there for about 10 minutes without so much as a greeting, I realized I wasn't going to get any help. While I was waiting, I watched the customer ahead of me receive what seemed like a very high quote for a tire replacement. Whether it was the lack of customer service, the atmosphere, or simply the feeling that customers were not a priority, I decided to leave. I went to another tire shop, where they inspected my vehicle right away, identified the problem, and replaced the tire professionally. Came in for a simple tire change and ended up stuck here from 10am to 3pm. I was asked to sign paperwork before being told they didn't actually have the tire and would need to get it from another location. I was told that would take 2 hours. After that, I was informed that my tire sensor had a crack and broke during removal. Then I was told they also didn't have a replacement sensor and someone had to bring one. Initially I was told that would take 20 minutes, and it took another 2 hours. To make things worse, once the sensor finally arrived, the technician working on my car went to lunch, and my car still needed to be reassembled and reprogrammed. What should have been a straightforward tire change turned into a 5-hour ordeal due to lack of inventory and zero respect for my time, Very frustrating experience. I won't be returning. read more

They tried to rip me the fuck off because I'm a woman--or at least because they thought I was stupid and didn't know shit about cars. I went in just to patch a tire. The moment the manager looked at it, he said the tread was worn out. I told him clearly: I just need it patched for now. DO NOT RECOMMEND - Unsafe Service & Multiple Errors I brought my car in for a flat right rear tire. The employee refused to patch it unless I purchased a new tire, leaving me no choice. After the tire arrived and was installed, I discovered they had replaced the WRONG tire - they put the new tire on the front right (which was only 6 months old and in excellent condition) instead of the rear right. They left the damaged tire on my car, creating an unsafe driving situation. When I returned to correct THEIR mistake, I was told they would "do me a favor" and fix it at no charge - as if their error was a courtesy to me. The manager then revealed the original employee had been fired for "questionable decisions." Despite: Forcing an unnecessary tire purchase Installing the wrong tire Leaving an unsafe tire on my vehicle Making me return multiple times They offered no apology, compensation, or gesture of goodwill for the serious safety risk and inconvenience they caused. Last week, I had my tires replaced, along with an alignment. And although it was pricey ($1133.00), I chose to return today, to have my brakes replaced. The decision to replace the brakes was based upon an assessment at this same shop, last week, by the store manager. However, after walking a half of an hour to find a place to sit and do some work while I waited, followed by 3 hours of being at the coffee shop, and not having heard from the tire shop, I called for a status. The manager's response was, "Yeah! They just finished the assessment. They have to write a report. We'll get back to you when we're finished." Then he hung up on me. I immediately walked back to that shop. Upon my return, I noticed my car was in a bay, up high, but the tires were still on my car. This meant to me that they had not assessed my brakes, as stated on the phone. So I asked that they bring my car back down, and allow me to drive off without being charged for anything. It took asking this of 3 employees. Eventually, the manager moved my car, but not far enough to allow me to drive away. In the meantime, another customer said she had to leave, and asked for her car back. The manager and a tech told her they would start working on her car right away. She told them that after waiting an hour and a half, she had to leave. The manager was seriously resisting her request for her car, while I stood their trying to find someone to move 2 cars that were blocking me from leaving. It was a mess. read more

Don't come here unless you want to feel scammed. I had a gut feeling I shouldn't go to a chain tire shop, but I chose convenience anyway. I made an appointment in advance for a tire rotation and a repair for a screw in my tire. When I arrived and checked in, I clearly told the associate I only wanted those two services. They insisted I needed a $200 alignment. I declined, and they lowered it to $160, so I reluctantly agreed. After the service was completed, I went to pay and was told there was no screw in the tire. I explained that I had seen one that morning and the tire had been flat. They insisted the mechanic tested it and found no leak. I paid for the $160 alignment and the $20 rotation. This morning, that same rear tire was flat again. I checked it with a flashlight and found the same Phillips-head screw still in the tire. That tells me the tire was never properly checked -- and likely not rotated either. I could see my car from the lobby, and it didn't appear the wheels were removed, but I wasn't about to micromanage work I'm not trained to evaluate. In any case, save yourself the stress -- take the time to find a local small business that actually cares about its customers. read more

I like that it's pretty easy just to pull in and get your stuff done that needs to be done. I bought my tires at another Just Tires location but have been at this one a couple times since and they've always been cool. One of my fairly new tires with under 3,000 miles on it developed a bubble. Fortunately, I'd purchased road hazard insurance or I would have had to buy a new tire for $250. I still had to pay $68.14 for fees, installation, and a new road hazard policy, but it was worth it. I was spoiled by Costo because they charge nothing to replace a damaged tire. Just Tires is more convenient, though. They also do oil changes at very reasonable prices. The waiting area is clean and they provide Keurig coffee and bottled water. You can get some work done while you're waiting for your car. The staff is really nice and helpful. I went in without an appointment and had my new tire installed in less than an hour. No hassle at all. I'm a fan. I'll probably get my next set of tires there, and probably my next oil change. Oh yeah, if you buy at least two tires there, they'll rotate them for free! Pulled in at 5pm to get a Lyft inspection that takes less than 10 mins. They had no cars on the lift and 3 dudes standing in the garage talking laughing. Told me they couldnt do my Lyft inspection because it wouldnt go through until the morning. I said it would really help me out so I can be approved tomorrow and start making money. He still said no. I love these guys! What I like about them is their honesty. I deal with Julio (he's the best)and he's honest (no...too soon for that, no...not for another 20K miles do you need that, etc.). Not many businesses are that way. He also gives me the biggest discounts he can. I went into the store not really knowing what I needed so we went through my past history and I asked about things I know a bit about. Had a flat tire in Beverly Hills coming down from Sacramento in a BMW. BMW services were closed on a Sunday so we had no choice but to reach out to different tire shops. Everyone turned us down because 1. They don't carry run flat tires or 2. They are closed on Sundays. Just Tires was very responsive and had the tire we needed in stock. The man who works on the front counter is the most disrespectful rude person you can ever come across Julio. I don't know what his condescending attitude problem is, but to tell me that I just need a new tire and refuses to even look at the tire I have with the hole on it is unethical and it just seems like I got ripped off. I came to this shop because my engine completely stopped while I was on the road (luckily, I was idling at a red light and was able to get moving again by turning it off and on). When I would turn the key in the ignition, my engine would sputter. In their diagnosis, they quoted me at $2,900 to essentially replace my entire steering system. I didn't have that much so I asked them what it would take to make it "driveable," and after paying $830 for some of the repairs, I went straight to Pep Boys. Pep Boys did their own diagnostic and actually found the engine issues, and they were able to tighten things up without completely replacing so many different parts. Pep Boys charged me only $1,000 and solved all my issues. They even told me there were loose bolts in the steering system that made it unsafe to drive -- I understand that I didn't accept 100% of the service from Just Tires, but tightening bolts doesn't seem like the most labor-intensive thing to do. I don't trust this shop. read more

I used to go to this Just Tires location for all of my regular maintenance. It was close to work and the staff was honest, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work. Flash forward to 2022 and I had a flat tire about 20 miles from the shop, I had my tow truck driver take my car to this location after calling and confirming my tires were in stock. I dropped my car off at 2PM, was told that my car would be ready by 4:30PM. When I arrived back at 4:30PM my car hadn't even moved. 30 minutes later the technician went to my car to move it into the garage. I watched as the technician stalled the engine 5 times before I had to go out and explain how to drive a manual transmission. 15 minutes after the work commenced, the front office worker said they had a problem and they needed me to come in the garage so they could explain. The technician and staff didn't know that they had to remove the lug nut covers before attempting to remove the lug nuts and were trying to use the power tool to remove the capped lug nuts. The staff explained they didn't have the tools to remove the lug nuts and would have to keep my car overnight so their morning technician could use their personal tools to complete the work. I had to have my wife drive an additional 1.5 hours round trip to pick me up, but was told by the front office staff that their manager would call me in the morning to "try and help make it worth my time." The next morning I called at 10AM and a different front office staff member told me they didn't haven't the tires for my car, I mentioned that I had confirmed the day before that my tires were in stock. After a brief hold the staff member came back on the line and said they did have the tires and would begin working on my car soon. I asked if the manager was still going to call me and the staff member said the manager wasn't available. I called back at 12PM and the same front office staff member said they still needed more time. I asked if the manager could call me and was told the manager was still not available, but they would send a text message to the manager. After waiting another 15 minutes I called Goodyear customer service who got in touch with the store. Good year customer service said they spoke with the store and my car would be ready in no more than 30 minutes and for the extended wait, they would waive the installation costs. 50 minutes later I received a call from the store saying my car was ready. Unfortunately I couldn't get a ride to the store 6PM (when they close) and didn't want to spend the extra money for an Uber in rush hour, so had to leave my car overnight again. After 40 hours I was able to pickup my car. The same front office member I had spoken with the day before rang up the order, never acknowledged the extreme delay. When I went out to my car there was grease on the tires that hadn't been cleaned from installation and scratches on the rims. One of the lug nut caps was also missing after the front office had told me none of the caps were damaged. Needless to say I will never be going back to this location. The only saving grace was Goodyear customer service. I never received a call from the store manager. read more

Making an appointment was a breeze. Upon our arrival, the manager, Mauricio, promptly and professionally took care of us. After taking our info he told us it would be done in a couple of hours. We walked to an IHOP about a mile away. When we returned back from having breakfast about an hour and a half later, we were pleasantly surprised that both of our cars were already done. I wanted to let you know, just how satisfied and thrilled I was with the service at your just tires on Highland today. Tony and David were super helpful getting the tires I needed and Edward completed the work less than an hour. it was amazing! Best Customer service I've ever dealt with. Then, Edward really hit it out of the park. After leaving the store, I realized that my Tesla was accelerating and not stopping when I took my foot off of the acceleration pedal. This did not usually happen so naturally, I came back to just tires. David got Edward for me and Edward helped me drive it around, figure out what the problem was, and sat with me for about 30 minutes while I contacted Tesla. Tesla was no help and at the end of the day, Edward was the one who figured out that we needed to reset the tires in SERVICE in the Tesla menu. Edward is a very special person who stayed with me and attended to my issue while on the job. I really can't thank him enough for his service. So here's an update: customer service must obviously believe me and not their own employees. They've agreed to give me the tire I paid for. But here's the kicker, the just tires location and their manager Bernardo Valencia is refusing to honor their customer service wishes. They're refusing to give me my tire on the agreed upon date. They're also refusing to install the tire which is fine. I wouldn't want those scumbags touching my car anyways. But get this....they refuse to refund the "installation" charge for a tire they never installed. They also want me to sign a release of liability to get the tire I already paid for. Never go to this place if you love your family. Who knows how many people they've put in danger. And then when you catch them in the act, Julio Salcedo will call you a thief and liar. All while refusing to show me their work bay cameras from the day of installation. Their first response was they can't access the cameras. Then another manager told me the cameras don't work. Brought my car in the other day because it had a slow leak in a tire. The guy showed me the hole and it was right in the middle of the tire. Then he told me I needed two new tires, and that he couldn't patch the hole because it was too close to the shoulder. It wasn't, as I already wrote above. He wanted six hundred dollars for two new tires, which was ridiculous. I left and found another tire store five minutes later right up the street. Not only did the guy patch the tire, but his price for the two new tires was four hundred dollars. So, not only are Just Tires prices too high, but they lie about not being able to patch a simple hole. read more
