I got a nail (an average nail) in my tire. I brought it to just tires. They patched my tire. Ever since, every week I need to fill that tire with air. So I brought my car back, and told them that the patch they put in isn't working. They said that the hole was too big, and they don't have the patch, and I'd need to replace the tire. The business is called "Just tires"... how do you fuck up a standard patch when your business ONLY fucks with tires? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

Terrible service by the guy at the front desk. Horrible attitude from the get go, rude tone, no eye contact. Spoke to me like I was bothering him. I asked for a patch, he claimed the tire was unpatchable. Okay, fine. How much is a new tire then? He claimed $200+ and walks away. Their website clearly lists a decent tire in my size for $140. He either tried to upcharge me for being a woman or didn't want the business. I put my spare on and drove away. After reading other reviews, I see refusing to patch a tire and over charging you is common practice here. I would not trust them with any kind of work. read more

I have to tell you that I was having a crappy day until the boys, and I use the term endearingly, made my day amazingly better. They were on top of it! I got the Service requested when I asked -- on a Saturday. The quality of the tire was great but perhaps a little overcharged for the value.

Super reliable work, very efficient. Only downside is their wait times. I've brought several different vehicles to different locations and they've always taken care of me. I brought tires to mount, they got it done with care, brake flush, coolant flush transmission flush all easy here. The only place I will take my car to if needed and I don't have time to do it myself. All these other mechanic shops are no good. They're a big company so they won't try to screw you over as they have a chain of command. read more

Don't come here if you expect any reasonable service, these places (at least on the west side of la) are straight up for scamming richer people that don't know how much something should actually cost or what it takes to do the service there asking for... I went in today for the last time, I went in one other time to try to get some new tires for a old ford ranger, the prices they were spitting to me were just not correct, ended up going somewhere else and getting brand new tires for half the price The other day I noticed a nail in my tire, as I was passing by today I said you know what let me just see if they could help me with that, even though I knew they were on some b/s from my previous visit... I really thought they were going to just help me haha getting a nail out is a 5 minute job that they definitely didn't want to do. So I go in and tell the guy I have a nail in my tire and he comes out to check it out with me, he brings a spray bottle of water and a set of pliers, we both see the nail as soon as we look at the tire.. he asks me if it's lost any pressure and I wasn't sure, so he sprayed the nail with water to see if it was leaking air and it was... they goes yeah it's leaking, we don't fix anything outside of this range (showed me with his fingers) and the nail was in the range! So I go, it's not in the range and he's like yeah it's not in the range, This fool really thought I was some dumb ass that didn't know about fixing tires or anything.. he really wanted me to just buy a whole new tire, so lame So you bring out pliers and a spray bottle to tell me yeah it's leaking and we can't do anything about it? If it wasn't leaking air he would have just pulled it out and sent me on my way but it was so he ether wanted to get a tire sale out of me or tell me he couldn't do anything about it so I would just leave It wasn't busy at all! Like help me out man to man... that's so wack, all you fools were just chilling anyway Mechanics are only like this closer to the middle and west side of Los Angeles, anyone on the east side would just help I swear Check this out, I drove down the block to a smaller mechanic and he had me in and out in 5 minutes! Look at where the nail is and tell me that couldn't be repaired... Drove up without an appointment to get 4 new tires. I did research before hand and priced out everything on their website. Highly recommend everyone do this so you know exactly what it should cost ahead of time. I was quoted a higher price in person (of course) for the same exact tires in my online cart. Showed it to the guy and he matched it right away. There were no other vehicles in line so turnaround was quick - about an hour in total. Waiting area was very clean, they had cold water and coffee available for free. My only complaint was that the technician doing the work did a poor job of cleaning the excess lubricant off of the tires and did not change gloves when driving the vehicle out of the bay. My steering wheel and shifter were visibly dirty. It's all about the small details and they dropped the ball there. read more

So I went in today because my car was suddenly making a scraping noise coming from one of my tires. Juan was so professional and helpful. They put it up and figured out the dust cover was bent and that was what causing the scraping noise. No charge, no claiming it was something else that they could charge for. Just nice honest people! When a very very dishonest garage told me they didn't touch my steering wheel and I knew they did when they put an oil pan in my car. Suddenly the steering wheel was veering to the left and my wheel was just to the left not straight, needless to say I was very angry at this so called automotive and body shop on Lexington," HARRY'S "so I went to "Just Tires" because I knew I could TRUST them to look at it and tell me the truth!! Bernard and their Senior Auto Tech Expert showed me the automotive place did touch the steering in putting the oil pan in then they didn't even bother SEALING IT!! They charged a fortune to. I got my tires here a few months ago. Not a great price but nearby. I need an oil change and noticed a special offer from Just Tires for around $23. I knew that was too good to be true, but the place is nearby. When I got in there was a problem locating my appointment (their system is not that intutitive so that was slightly annoying), then the cost was around $75 for synthetic. Make sure you get a quotes before taking your car here. They quoted me $1365 (before tax) to change all 4 tires. I ended up going to American Tire Centers and got all 4 replaced (Toyo tires, which is the same tire that came with my car) for $850 including tax. Horrible customer service! Called ahead and asked if they can check tire pressure, they said yes. I come and the guy is super rude and tells us to park, so we do. He then goes to sit and keep drinking his coffee with another employee. 15 minutes later my husband gets off to go ask again and that same bearded guy gives attitude and dirty looks. Finally the nice young man Manuel took over and helped us out. Maybe because it was a free service we were treated this way but that's definitely not how you make customers. The place should be called Just Lazy for their staff and service. All they are ever going to try doing is selling you tires and upsell you. I'm a local and have been here multiple times but this time takes the cake. Got a flat tire on the way home while the baby fell asleep in the car. The guy I talked to has seen me around so I wouldn't say I'm a stranger by any regard, yet he tries to act like I'm a complete stranger, could care less about a sleeping child and is completely useless. Simple nail in the tire and wanted me to buy a complete new set of matching tires and refused to remotely take a look at the tire. I ended up driving down the block to park in my garage overnight and AAA'd it to a local spot not too far that I had heard of called 10 Minute Tires. A major benefit to this establishment is its location, as there was plenty to do while I waited. They gave me an estimate of $538 to replace my inner and outer tie rods. I took my car somewhere else where they did a full inspection of my car and told me that ALL of my tie rods were fine. I was in a fix, they were near to where my tire blew. I got AAA to tow my car there & they sold me a new tire. I guess they were fine. Didn't go the extra distance-- like, when I asked them to come to my car & put the new tire on there so I wouldn't have to get the tow (couple hundred feet away), they said no. And they were not very warm or communicative and didn't act especially grateful for my business. But I can drive my car now, so I guess they were OK. read more

I've been to this location twice to get a tire serviced and both times, I was completely satisfied. They were courteous, friendly, accommodating and fast! They were in both instances able to do the job right away while I waited. They were pretty busy, it wasn't like I was the only customer. They've given me honest feedback on my tires and I appreciate that, especially being a woman, we tend to feel like any car related services will overcharge us. But not these guys! I highly recommend Just Tires on Highland Avenue. Oh and if your job requires you to wait for at least an hour and it's lunch time, happy hour or dinner time, you can just walk over to Cat and Fiddle, the famous pub for a nice meal. :-) read more

800 am Sunday morning with a flat tire, first customer there: " its gonna be about 2 hours before I can do anything for you" says the guy at the desk with 0 customer service skills. I asked why he wasn't there at 6am to be ready to go? He said " a guy didn't show up".......... I doubt very much 1 person mattered that much to help me get going.
