Great!!!! I was acknowledged right when I walked in even though they were busy and on the phone. I was helped right away. I had purchased 4 band new tires from the just tire in orange CA. I was driving to woodland hills 3 months later when my back right tire blew out. I brought it to the just tire location in Reseda. The walls of the tire was shredded. There was no way to determine if it was a manufacturer defect or road hazzard. Both offices worked together to get the warranty situating figured out. I waited literally 4 HOURS to have 4 "in-stock" new tires put on... A few lug nuts were stripped so they had to order them ... They ordered the wrong size so I had to wait some more... And even though I asked them to, they didn't turn off the tire pressure light because they didn't want to take the time to figure it out... I took my 2012 Prius here today 1/14/17 for tire rotation (I get free rotations as I bought my tires here), and I thought to save time I'll get an oil change too. The oil change turned out to be a big fiasco. After they drained the oil, Arin told me they don't have the tool to remove the oil filter, and they have to buy one. He also told me they won't have the tool until after 3 hours that I can either wait at the shop or they can refill the oil so I can drive my car and return later. I chose the second option as I need my car for errands I have planned for the day. So I returned and they did the oil change. However, for some reasons they were unable to reset the "Maintenance Required" indicator. I got curious when I saw 3 Just Tires staff (1 in the driver seat) huddling, so I approached them. That's the time I saw Raj watching YouTube on his phone to find out how to reset the "Maintenance Required" indicator. Seriously?? YouTube?? And still he was unable to reset it, the other staff tried too but he was unsuccessful. As no one at the shop seem to know how to do it, I just told them to stop and don't waste anymore of my time. I just paid and left these YouTube fans without the indicator reset. I'd say, they should just stick with the tires business, and let the pros handle engines! read more

This store used to have a bad manager and just tire fired him 3 years ago. The new manager Mr. Tigran is really a nice guy. My break system and suspension need to be replaced half years ago. called ahead after discovering a nasty hunk of metal sticking out of my tire. spoke to one guy and was quoted one price and told they had the lower priced tire in stock for my car. got there, and the guy from the phone wasn't there, and was told that the lower priced tire was not in stock and I would have to buy a more expensive tire. sounds a lot like bait and switch. they agreed to put on the more expensive tire at the lower price. but they added installation on top of that, which I had been told on the phone was included in the original quote. if it hadn't been such a busy day stacked with errands and meetings, I'd have gone elsewhere. read more

I started to come to this just Tires location about 2years ago when I needed 4 tires for my 2010 Lexus es350. When I started shopping around for tires I noticed that getting new 4tires isn't cheap so I began my search for the best deal I can find for a good quality tires. After multiple places like Firestone and few other local spots and even Costco, Just Tires gave me the best deal and on top of the deal I got money back in rebate. Ever since then I have been going here for all my needs like, oil changes, tire rotations, alignment, and even breaks( talking about breaks, I couldn't believe the price they gave me for my Lexus). The staff is always nice and Tigran who is the manager is always on top of his staff and customers. Every time I'm here, I'm in and out because they are always well staffed. Their staff knowledge is incredible and if I have any questions they always answer with full detail, so you should too ask any question you have with your repairs, I promise you will understand what's needed or what's going to be done on the car. Be very careful if you want to do business with this place. I read some reviews of this place and frankly I am very surprise why some people give it high marks. (I guess some are fake reviews, and I wouldn't put it past this establishment to do that). I went in there for a simple oil change. While it took longer than I expected, I didn't mind too much. The guy was a little peeved I only wanted a $20 oil change. Yesterday I found out, he didn't fill the standard 5 qt of motor oil and it literally almost killed my engine. Speedy service but somethings for concern. I paid for 3 services. Oil change, tire rotation, and a patched tire. They completed the oil change and I had to remind them about the patch. Gentlemen asked me for the key lock and I thought to myself shouldn't they have that if they rotated my tires? They did not rotate my tires and sent me on my way. I noticed because I got a flat a couple of weeks ago and the tire I swapped was brand new. I checked this morning the tire is in the same spot. Not all Just Tires are created equal. I took my Mazda to Just Tires located on 18101 Saticoy Street in the city of Reseda, CA to take advantage of their Oil Change Special. Part of the Oil Change Special was free alignment check. Since I just replaced all four tires at America's Tire they advised that I need alignment but they do not perform the service. I informed the service advisor to let me know as soon as possible if I need alignment so that I can authorize the service. An hour later, the car was available and the Manager Tigran rang up the sale. Since I was not advised that I needed alignment, I "assumed" that they performed the tire alignment check and alignment service was not needed. I was ready to pay and the service advisor that wrote up the order questioned if the alignment was checked. Needless to say, the technician that perform the oil change "DID NOT" even read the service order. I was upset at this point since I specifically requested to let me know as soon as possible if the car needed alignment. I explained and questioned Tigran why the service order was not even checked for services requested and now wondered if other requested services were performed. Tigran then said, "in his arrogant tone", there is no need to be upset. I was visibly annoyed and told him you are the Manager why don't you know if the alignment was done without having to ask his employee. I knew that if the alignment check was performed there would be a report that would be attached to the service order. I was standing outside the service bay very disturbed at this point for I knew that Tigran knew that the service technician did not check the alignment. Lesson learned; Tigran finally apologize but it was a little too late. He lost me as a customer. Needless to say, the car needed an alignment and a competitor got my business and my dissatisfaction is socially shared for everyone to see. Don't get me wrong not all Just Tires are created equal. I took my other car to Just Tires located in La Canada, CA. David was extremely attentive to my needs and very courteous. Next time I need service, I will drive that extra mile to La Canada for all of my automotive needs. read more
