Blew out a tire one night from hitting a nasty pothole in Hermosa Beach in my 3-week old Lexus IS250 and took it in to these guys for a new one the next afternoon, which I took it here because the service is fast and I was out running errands all day. Went out to lunch at the Korean BBQ restaurant behind the shop then came back and my car was finished. New tire + alignment within a matter of 30-45 minutes. Alejandro was very helpful in finding me the exact same tire for my car, which was great. When I left the shop I noticed my car was drifting to the right if the steering wheel was centered straight. I turned around when I noticed this and took it back. The mechanic went for a test ride with me and claimed that the steering will drift over to the new tire and everything was set at "0". They also told me the alignment had a 6 month warranty and to take it back within the 6 months. I still wasn't sold on this idea. I had previously brought my SUV (2006 Nissan Pathfinder) for an alignment two months ago and it did the same thing!!! I brought it (the SUV) back a week later and they fixed the problem, which led me to give them a second chance. I told them about the previous situation that happened to my Pathfinder before the alignment was done on my Lexus. This was the second car of mine that they had not gotten the alignment correctly on the first try. This is very unacceptable! Still being skeptical about their alignment job, I had brought it into the Lexus dealer (Vista Lexus of Woodland Hills) to get a second opinion, which I ended up spending $120 dollars on just to check it (before event doing an actual alignment!). Keep in mind that I had just bought this car, so every little detail matters to me. The Lexus dealer had told me that their (Just Tires) alignment job was off and they (Lexus dealer) had straightened it out. When I drove the car it was driving like a dream again, no drifts to the right if the steering wheel was centered straight! Don't waste your $70 for an alignment job, you're better off bringing it somewhere else (now I know to bring it into the dealer). It's a possibility that their machine isn't calibrated right, who knows? I doubt I can get my money back at this point, and I sure as hell still won't be using their 6 month alignment warranty. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I called Just Tires to see what they charged to inspect my tires. There's no charge and I didn't have to make an appointment, so I drove in. Arin inspected the tires, and found a screw in one of them. It cost only $23.74 to repair and it took only 30 minutes. They take the tire completely off and patch it from the inside. I was impressed by the service. I found out they don't do "just tires." They also do brakes, batteries, and oil change! read more

After calling around for some specific tires, I found a place that gave me a really good quote but had to order the tires and would arrive the following day. I decided to call Just Tires to see if I could get a lower quote. They were initially were higher on they're quote and when I explained I found the tires cheaper somewhere else, they ended up beating the price. The tired weren't in stock but they ordered them and had the tires there waiting for me in two hours. When I arrived, the whole thing took 10 minutes and I was out if there. Ordered a tire Tuesday, they said it would be there Wednesday morning and that they would call. They never called so I called and talk to gentleman by the name of Raj he said that it would be there by 4 pm and that he would call. He never called and I show up Thursday and they said they do not know what happened to my tire!!! How does that happen I been riding around on a temporary tire that could give out any second and now I have to wait on another tire because somehow magically my tire disappeared. They're super nice, efficient, and honest about what you need for your car. I've come here a couple of times and they're consistent with their customer service. As a female in her twenties, going to get my car fixed can be tricky because repair guys are prone to hiking up prices and lying about certain parts or procedures that your car needs but here I can trust their skills here, and that they won't rip me off. I didn't have an appointment and they still got me in right away, and they weren't even pushy or annoying, and didn't try to get me to spend more money than what I wanted. $35 with tax for a synthetic blend oil change and a tire rotation. It took just about 25 minutes and the waiting room has comfortable chairs and magazines. Easy to find, nice lot. People should definitely go here! read more

Very disappointed with the service here. The worst service ever!!!!! I got four new tires 9 months ago and one of them went bad. I went to them to fix it since I have a one year warranty and they wanted to charge me $144.36 plus tax to replace it since Just Tires decided it could not be fixed. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer and basically said they could not help me with a replacement unless I was willing to pay. read more

I've been using this shop for many years for both my cars. They offer an excellent value. Besides being cost competitive including often great prices, they deliver in many areas including: customer service (nice people), speed of service (mine took less than 1 hour for 4 new tires and they were very busy when i arrived), follow through - the tires i wanted were not in the warehouse and they simply picked them up from another store and had them waiting for me. They also throw in free rotation... a typical $12 to $20 charge at most shops. I'm now ready for El Nino! read more

I was there Sunday for a flat tire. We had gone to a tire place before and they didn't carry my tire size and sent me to Just Tires. Miguel helped us out and was friendly and fast! They didn't have my tire size in stock but said they'd order it and have it in the next day (at a awesome price). They were going to put my spare on for me until the next day. I asked If they'd be able to see why it was flat since my tire had been worn out for some time without it being flat. I've been coming to this place for awhile and each time its been great, they actually work with me and made great deals with set of 4 tires. I've told my mother in law about this place 5 years and ago and told her to go back because they work with you. anyhow long story short i told my mother in law that i will call first to make sure the tires didn't go up in price. so i call them and asked them for a price including warranty and balancing, they gave me a quote of $540 for the tires and warranty. Now i asked him 2x before i hung up with him and he said yes its $540 including warranty... Anyhow, i met with my mother in law at the location to make sure these guys don't take her for her money and sure enough they gave me a totally different price for the same tires. I told them that," thats not what the other service man said". so the other guy came in and he told me that the price he quote me was $540 without the warranty. Now i was like but i asked you 2x and you confirm that it was the price including the warranty and he said no. I also told him that we bought these tires there and they told me that its not even covered anymore because its been 5 years. My 5 years is this year and we didn't get the tire til summer of 2010 so i was like well you aren't going to do the work for me for $540? he said no and i walked out. Just put it like this i gotten a better price at firestone tires on Sherman Way and Lindley after i told them my experience with JustTires. Never ever going back to this place and the only reason i gave them 2 stars is because of the past and how well they worked with me then. I got a huge scree in my tire. My low tire pressure indicator lit up in my car. I freaked out. I'm brand new to the area so I had no idea where to go. Couldn't find any tire shops open at 7 ish pm but Just Tires. Showed they closed at 8pm. I called first to make sure they can still take me and the sure did! They fixed my tire :D wroth only one guy working the night, I did wait a little bit it was totally worth it. Both the person at the front and the technician were very friendly and welcoming.
