Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 6pm today 9/24 and I was denied. Mind you I arrived before my appointment time and no one was in the office to receive me. I waited and went outside to look for someone. There was a woman with long hair that did not even ask if I needed anything. She just smiled and was about to walk into the office when I mentioned I had an appointment at 6pm. She looked at me and said, "you do?" I said, "yes at six." I was already past 6pm. She told me that she was not aware of my appointment that she would have to reschedule me due to her having to leave right at six to pick up her kids. I continued to question her because it made no sense. How are you not aware that there's a 6pm appointment and how come you couldn't contact me to see if I can reschedule over the phone. She kept insisting that if I can reschedule for tomorrow and I said no, I needed it done today. She also went to say that there was only one technician (or whatever the person working on the vehicles are called) and she had a previous appointment they were still working on and that my service was going to take a little after they are also and that she really had to leave by 7. You're the office personnel I don't understand how that is over looked. I also have children and I also made accommodations to be at said appointment on time and to just be denied is ridiculous and a waste of time. Went in for new tires and oil change. From the first encounter Maricela Lopez was unprofessional stating "Can you wait for me to process his paperwork" in a rude tone as I walked closer to the counter as the first customer of the day walked away. I said "no problem". Luckily another sales representative was able to help me. I left two hours later drove away and got a TPMS alert. My tires were all way off. I go back and Maricela Lopez was able to help me. All should be 37, she left them at 38, totally fine but one was at 36 so I asked if she can put more air on the back one. She explained it would pop so I asked if she can lower others so they match and she was not happy. I also asked her for the caps since I came in with the and have a brand new car and she said she didn't like the way I spoke to her and to go ask myself. I went in and this delightful man was able to help, think he may have been the supervisor. I am writing this review to better improve customer service. This lady should not feel the right to approach human beings the way she did, hope this prevents future customers from this disrespect. We are in a professional business. Really impressed with this shop. When I first came in last year with a couple bum tires, Diana at the front desk was very patient with all the questions I asked (which was a lot, lol). She worked with me to make the cost as reasonable as she could and I ended up with four really great tires. Robert the tech also helped me with a small technical issue my car was having after he finished working on the tires. I just came in for my first tire rotation & alignment (free with the plan I got with the tires last year) and all went well. I did have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected with a walk-in type place. The waiting area isn't anything fancy, but they have a table you can sit at to do some work while you wait as well as some coffee and water. I came here about a year or go or so, was treated nicely, just there for tire. Mgr Diane was there when we walked in the other day for an oil change and check the tires. She apologized and said that there were a couple cars still need tending from the night before and she could help us at 1:30 and she did up our papwork so all was ready. We came back and surpise at just a little one thirty the car was up. Mechanic checking it. Mgr Diane was not only hellaciously courteous and cheery, she knows her cars, I saw her jumping in every so often to check shop progress and jump in on repairs. Also brought to our attention something other places never did, the filthy cabin filter that we never knew existed. The Technicians do good service here but S T A Y A W A Y!!!! I almost had the cops come over because they wouldn't give us our car! I had order four new tires and a rim added to my car. They did the work and took an hour and a half: that's fine. What's NOT fine is having us there a total of over 3 hours because YOU FAILED to scan in the ordered tires. You put the tires on but made us miss our DMV registration that's been overdue due to this tire issue, couldn't make it to the places we need to. Then the associate ignores me while he's on the phone with some careless woman who I'm guessing is the one who didn't do the paperwork!! I am very disappointed in this place. I came in at 6:37 PM on a Saturday because my tire kept losing air. I asked the 2 gentleman in there if they could flat repair it, but since it was close to closing time they did not even bother and instead told me they would just add air. Also tried telling me that my tires were bald and my car is brand new. I did not appreciate the way they just blew me off. I tried to go in there one day and a man was at the front desk in the phone, he did not acknowledge me at all, I sat there for 10 minutes and still nothing... so I left. And I'm not sure why i went back, but I really needed my tire fixed. The next day I go in and there's 4 men at the desk. They quickly assist me and proceed to take my keys and took about 1 HOUR to fix it.... ONE HOUR... I've gotten my tire patched many times before, nothing that should take more than 30 minutes. Nice staff but a little slow. Came in for a quick patch that's all i needed. They took over an hour to patch my tire, balance it and mount it. I stood there as they talked and were more concerned about their conversation rather than getting me out of there. Then they proceeded to do a full inspect my car pop my hood and start poking around. Mind you my car is brand new with 2000 miles I asked the gentleman what he was doing and he said oh I'm just adding washer fluid. Something I didn't ask for and they never told me they would do. Came in to get a patch on my tire . Over 40min later and they haven't been able to figure out how to take down the tire that was switched out by AAA in under 10min . The female Manager was on the phone talking about inventory and when she was done with that and a customer I told her " I don't think they know what they're doing I want them to put everything back and I'm going somewhere else" she immediately got defensive and said I didn't give her the opportunity to make it right. Well the entire job should take 40min tops . There were 3 guys trying to figure it out at one point. This just goes for my experience, If you have a lowered vehicle dont come here and get an alignment, came into get an alignment after lowering my truck, everything was find and couple days later my steering wheel started leaning towards the left, and started making a popping sound when going in reverse, before this everything was okay, came back in to complain and scheduled another alignment under warranty, they "fixed" it and literally the steering wheel was still tilted towards the left, I also mentioned that if they could double check the tightness on the bolts because of the popping sound and the guy never check it as I literally stood there and watch the whole process. So now im out money and time and still with a steering wheel tilting towards the left. read more

Made an appointment online for a basic oil change. They took me in at the appointed time. Punctual and respectful. Turns out my car calls for synthetic despite conventional being an ok alternative (according to my driver manual). I was told this and upsold on the more expensive 90$ service which included the synthetic oil. I was a bit shook but took solace in that my car was getting the right oil. I feel conventional oil won't hurt as long as you are more frequent on the changes. I was pleased to know that their car inspection (comes with oil change) turned up something I suspected with my car for a while. Asked if they could repair that and they told me they could not. I appreciate their honesty. They were thorough, I'll give them that. For 90$, they better have been. Got a quote for some tires while there. Too expensive in my opinion. Your quote will obviously vary depending on vehicle and current deals and offers. I might return to this location if I am pressed for time like I initially was. Otherwise, unlikely. Good day, My wife and have been customers of this location for the past 8 years or so and have taken our vehicles for regular oil change. On 12/11/17 my wife took her vehicle for a Simi-synthetic oil change but when she got to the person at the register he told her that her car needed the full synthetic oil change (the car is not over 70k miles). My wife asked again for the Simi-synthetic oil change and the guy insisted that it needed the full synthetic oil change and that it was the LAW now! so my wife asked for a proof in writing that would say that this was the LAW and he did not wanted to provide her with any proof. Instead, he just gave her a telephone number so she could speak to this person' s superior. The customer service people were nice. However, I believe the guy working on cars is popping peoples tires. The man doing the service checked my tire and did an oil change. I decided to go to Costco for the tires because they were cheaper. I got two irreparable punctures within days of each other after having my oil changed. The tire shop is near where I live. A man at the tire center at Costco said that local tire places purposely puncture tires to get business. It makes sense. I went in with the front tire punctured and the next day the back tire was punctured in the same way( it can't be patched and needs to be replaced). I actually reported them to the police. read more
