Manager Juan warmly shared his expert advice, to plan ahead any future maintenance. I was reassured, after a dealer had made a scary, big-$ prescription (without inspection) that turned out to be unnecessary. Stress reduction! When Jiffy's machine for the free interior vacuum offer was temporarily on the fritz, Juan offered me a free car wash next-door. Plus I was out the door in lightning speed! He told us about how long it would take - and he was right on the money. Great customer service. Kept us informed of each step in the process. He and Jesse took care of our vehicle in quick order and we relaxed in the waiting area of the office with plenty of room to distance from other customers. Since it was our first visit, Angel got our information entered into the system so future visits will be a breeze. We were on the road back from a weekend visit when the oil light came on. We pulled up JiffyLube on yelp and realized we were close to their location. We pulled off the freeway and got in line Angel came right out to talk to us and said he would be able to help in 30 minutes or less. We were grateful for the help. We put on the masks and sat in the lobby and waited. Jesse took care of us by adding 6 qts of oil and getting us in the system so we could have our oil changed in the future as well. They were both terrific and we really appreciated their kindness in our jam. We will return for sure. read more

This Jiffy Lube is the worst. They told me I needed a new water pump, which I did not. But for two days I was shopping around because the new water pump cost $2000. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. As soon as I pulled up, I knew I was surrounded by idiots. They know nothing about cars. Juan and crew changed the oil on my car quickly and reasonably. I got a print out of all the things they checked and status. Juan was courteous and welcoming. I didn't have to wait too long. They do have a Small air conditioned waiting room with WiFi and a tv showing the news. Free water from dispenser. I have a Toyota Prius so it's synthetic oil that is needed and that ran about $109. At another nearby place I was quoted $95 for an oil change but since I was able to use a $20 off coupon that I found online and since they honored it, I was glad I came to jiffy lube. I was happy with my car and will definitely visit this particular jiffy lube again. They will have a returning customer. Thank you! read more

Took my car for service, so I took off my brand new blue raybans I got for Christmas. And I left them in same spot in my car. After service I drove off and went to put on my new raybans and they were gone. I was so passed off I had just $1000 to have car service and parts replaced. I met a technician named David. He was so knowledgeable and very helpful. My oil change took about 20 minutes only. My car requires a synthetic oil and I am happy to say I am not mad for what I had to pay for it. If you have to ever get an oil change I would preferred synthetic oil as the conventional oil burns very quickly even though it's cheaper. Their customer service was amazing. Also they know exactly what they're talking about when it comes to oil changes and the things that your car needs. They do not upsell you with pressure and I really appreciate that about them. Oil changes....what a pain. I brought my wife's car in having bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $49 which is really good for full synthetic. I got here pretty early (around 8:30) and there was one car ahead of me with one bay open for the oil change. I told the guy what I needed and showed him the Groupon and he told me to relax and there was fresh coffee inside. I could see the bay from the customer waiting area which is good and usually places like this upsell you and they did too....however given I don't drive my wife's car she doesn't always tell me when she hears stuff on it. The oil was really dirty and should have been changed a couple of month ago so I agreed on the engine flush to clean it out before the new synthetic was added. Final costs after everything was still $70, but that is usually the cost of a synthetic oil change. Took around an hour of my time and they checked all the fluids. I shop around for deals so can't honestly say I will come here again unless there is another deal, but was okay with the service I got here. read more

I loved coming here for my oil changes. About a month ago, I stopped in for a fluid check. The manager, Don, opened my hood and put some oil in my car, but didn't check the other fluids (I can see under the hood, people). He sent me off. Today, I went in because the oil change light went on. This time, I stepped out of the car. He said I was low on oil, but didn't offer to put any in, so I asked him to. He did put that in. The windshield wiper fluid was also low, so he said, "Well, it won't be raining so....", like that should suffice. I asked him to add that, since I live near the 210 where they are doing work and my car gets dusty, so he did. I felt he could have tried a little harder to check my car and do the things that were asked. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for about 10 years, so to add some fluids shouldn't be an issue. read more

Worst place to get an oil change bring your own oil and they will charge you the same for the lousy oil they provide. Will tell you you need a new oil filter even though you put in a new one the day before same with the cabin filter. They say they will rotate your tires but can't calibrate your tires to your vehicle computer so if you have a low tire it will read wrong. Take your care to a reliable shop for they will perform the work you request no questions no questions asked. Also their technicians are not certified that is why you get lousy service. read more

I know absolutely nothing about cars so I was a totally confused wreck pulling into this Jiffy Lube location. I was instantly put at ease with the professional and kind service I received here. The team answered all of my questions and just made me feel taken care of from the moment I arrived. I came over on my lunch break and didn't have much time, yet the team was able to complete everything I needed with time to spare! David, Deaven, Kevin, Alex and Angel were so nice, professional, friendly, funny! The service was done with zero bad attitude or undue pressure to up-sell. They took time to explain all of the options for my vehicle, were gracious and courteous when I explained that I didn't have a ton of money for extra services (tho I would DEFINITELY trust them to do a great job if i did!). The oil change was fast. They even vacuumed the front floor inside of my car, checked and filled my tires AND washed my windows! Amazing. All-around a great customer experience.
