Today, a nail tech abruptly took over my service and immediately told me I "should go somewhere else" because I'm "never satisfied." I have never raised my voice, insulted anyone, or behaved disrespectfully. I simply expect quality for the price I pay. She went as far as saying the staff "gets scared" when I come in, which is not only unprofessional but completely false. Throughout the past year, I've also noticed that the staff frequently speaks in their language while looking directly at me or other clients, creating an uncomfortable environment where customers feel talked about instead of respected. This has happened every single time I've visited. To make matters worse, shortly before my service was finished, I overheard another woman complaining about her nail tech as well, proving I'm not the only customer experiencing issues. When I requested a small discount due to the disrespect I received, the salon refused. No apology, no accountability, and no professionalism. After a year of loyalty and hundreds of dollars spent, this is how I was treated. I will not be returning, and I hope management seriously reevaluates how staff communicates with customers and handles feedback.
