Mom and I went in the before Independence Day Week, and they had the café all decorated for it. The baristas were really friendly and were happy to answer questions. Apparently pretty much all of their syrups are made in-house. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options that are great for hosting larger get togethers. We had "Sandy Beaches", "Coco Loco", a cappuccino, a blueberry scone, and ordered some sandwiches to go. I think we liked the Sandy Beaches the best of the drinks. Coco Loco really needs to be shaken or stirred, but is excellent when the flavors are fully incorporated. (You gotta remember that the in-house syrups work a little differently than the highly processed stuff. If it tastes a little strong of coffee and not much of syrup... that means you need to try shaking or stirring.)

This is the cutest friendliest coffee shop with delicious treats. Bonus they have a boutique type shop attached with t-shirts, dog stuff, kids clothes....... Adorable. The spicy biscuit bacon and egg is yummy.

The reason for 3 stars is mainly the food. It tastes like frozen prepackaged food that they just microwave. Multiple times we've gotten the burritos and the bowls and the tots and fillings are still half cold/frozen which is really off putting. The coffee is alright, but they're more geared towards really high calorie sugary drinks. Also the match is pre made and I would never order it again, it tasted really bad. The main thing this spot has going for it is the open play areas outdoors for families when the weather starts to cool down. Service is good which is why I'm still giving 3 stars.

My wife and I have been going here pretty much since they opened. Their food (breakfast and lunch) and coffee are top shelf! The ladies working there are top shelf. It's a very nice place, and it is a very comfortable atmosphere. Unlike some coffee shops, they are not pretentious or stuffy. For the past few months, a group of us guys meet here early every Saturday morning. They treat us very well and are very welcoming to us. I have eaten the quiche, muffins and other pastries, sandwiches, and soups. They are all good. I usually have the drip coffee (excellent)- they serve it with a side of cold foam for me. It adds just a little sweetness without taking away the taste of the coffee like cream and sugar would do. I have also had other coffee drinks along with the local beer they serve. They are great as well. This place is a fine establishment and well worth the visit. I would highly recommend it. I meant to get a pix of the quiche but ate it while typing this up.

I've been riding motorcycles through Justin for the past 20 yrs. In the past 5 yrs or so, the landscape has been changing. More houses. More people. All negatives. Then today, I looked over and saw this new coffee place. Turned around and went in. What a cool and unique place. The whole property seems very purposefully designed with a lot of attention to detail. Has a positive vibe. Makes me want to come back. The latte and avocado toast were excellent. Service friendly. The whole experience was positive. It's a place you'd expect to see in Highland Village or Southlake. Not Justin. People will look back in 10 yrs and say the opening of Justin Coffee represented when Justin was no longer a little town along Hwy 156 and the railroad.

This is a cute little coffee shop with a fun patio for the kids! A friend of mine and I met for a quick catch up and a good cup of coffee.. and left super pleased! I think we found our new meet up place when it gets warmer and we can use their fun patio area!

Our first time trying out this coffee shop in Justin and it definitely won't be our last. There's plenty of cozy indoor seating options as well as a wonderful outdoor section and patio. The service was great and very friendly and we loved the relaxed vibe. They also had wines, beer and champagne for those that want to enjoy other options.

This is not a fancy, pinky-up establishment. Nobody is going to explain the emotional journey of the chef or tell you where the lettuce went to college. What you will find is cold beer, good food, plenty of TVs, and a room full of people who seem genuinely happy to be there. The atmosphere is exactly what a Texas sports bar should be: relaxed, welcoming, and just loud enough to be fun without requiring sign language to talk to your friends. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and nobody acted like bringing you food was a personal inconvenience. The food is solid comfort food. Nothing on the menu is trying to reinvent American cuisine, and thank goodness for that. Sometimes you just want a good meal, a cold drink, and a place to watch the game without someone serving a deconstructed cheeseburger on a roof shingle. The best compliment I can give is that this place feels authentic. It's a locals' spot that actually likes its customers. Four stars because there's always room for improvement, but if you're looking for a place to eat, drink, watch sports, and forget about your responsibilities for a little while, the Mule Barn gets the job done. Just don't blame them if "one quick stop" turns into the rest of your evening

I forgot when it was going to end so I missed the last category sadly, but now I can confidently say they have great sandwiches, bowls and salads! I used to always get the teriyaki chicken bowl, but have since varied up my order and now the Citrus Thai salad with chicken is my go to! It's so good and filling while being light! I also love the club sandwich and the grinder is great too. My husband doesn't eat "bowls" much but I got him to try one and he really liked the Korean steak, I tried a bite as well and thought the flavor was very good and not too spicy. I looooove their rice and I really appreciate that the veggie mix includes Brussel sprouts. Their avocado toast is a great breakfast as well. I've tried smoothies/juice/parfait and all were fine but personally I just prefer to go to Nekter or Smoothie King for that stuff. The rewards program is pretty decent as well! Joe's Pizza and Pasta is one of those places I can't believe I slept on for so long…read more I have driven past this spot a bazillion times since we moved to Justin (and even back when we lived in Northlake, which isn't far at all). We'd always notice it, but for whatever reason, never stopped. Finally, we decided, "Let's just go"--and I'm so glad we did. First off, it's BYOB, which is always a nice bonus. The food feels very homemade and clearly made to order (I know for sure the Alfredo sauce is). I started with the bruschetta, and let me tell you--it is not the bruschetta you're expecting. It's different, unique, and absolutely incredible. So good it deserves its own shoutout. I ordered the three-cheese ziti, and it was fantastic. Honestly, the biggest compliment I can give is that none of us left with leftovers. Every single bite was eaten. That never happens. The place has that cozy, mom-and-pop feel, with limited tables, so there's a chance you might have to wait--but it is 100% worth it. If you're on the fence like I was for years, take this as your sign to go. I'd absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

I like the gentle soft music playing in the background. It adds for a super relaxing lunch experience. We started off with the fried mozzarella "sticks". They were delicious. Light and airy and their marinara sauce was the perfect compliment. If this sauce is on the meatball sub I'm gonna be a very happy guy! Our waiter, an absolute Gent brought out some homemade garlic rolls that were simply exquisite! Fresh and tasty. A real treat! Of course I had to order the meatball Parmigiana sub. Spaghetti. It arrived in no short order and was perfectly prepared. Served hot. I especially liked the sub. Light and airy and toasted to pure tender perfection. The meatballs were good. I'd argue a bit more seasoning was needed. The sub needed a bit more sauce. I want a messy meatball sub. I remedy this by using some of the marinara from the bread and mozzarella sticks. We also tried the Fettuccine Alfredo. For me the Alfredo sauce was a bit of a disappointment. I like it salty. It was creamed based and needed some fresh Parmesan cheese and salt. I was sitting on a 3-4 star review landed on 4 overall.

The Mexican rice bowl was delicious, and the steak in particular was excellent. The chai latte and strawberry colada were also both really good. Unfortunately, several other parts of the experience went downhill from there. I ordered the quinoa wrap specifically because I wanted a wrap, not a bowl. When it was brought out, the person delivering it actually said, "If it falls apart, I'm sorry." Sure enough, it immediately fell apart. It wasn't rolled properly, the opening was positioned on the bottom, and the tortilla was already extremely wet from the beans. There was essentially no way to pick it up and eat it as a wrap. I tried, failed, and had to dump everything into the container and eat it as a bowl. The resulting quinoa "bowl" was actually pretty good and was similar to the Mexican rice bowl, just with quinoa instead of Mexican rice. The problem is that I specifically ordered a wrap, not a bowl, and the amount of food I ended up with was considerably smaller than what comes with an actual bowl. My girlfriend ordered the Mexican rice bowl, and hers appeared to have roughly twice as much food as my wrap once it was dumped out. If the staff already knows a wrap is likely to fall apart before it even reaches the customer, that probably needs to be fixed rather than apologized for preemptively. The avocado toast was another disappointment. It was supposed to come with boiled egg, but the egg was missing. As soon as I noticed, I went to the front and asked whether it was supposed to include one. I was told, "Yes, but we are out." Nobody had mentioned that when we ordered or before serving it. When I pointed out that nobody told me, the response was simply "sorry," followed by looking away. There was no offer to substitute something, adjust the order, or otherwise make it right. I didn't ask for a refund because the money isn't really the issue. What bothered me was receiving something different from what I purchased and seeing essentially zero effort to address it. If you're out of an ingredient that's explicitly part of a menu item, just tell the customer before serving it so they can decide whether they still want it. The avocado toast itself was okay. My girlfriend liked it more than I did. Also, the sweet tea was definitely not sweet. I tipped over $12, and in hindsight I regret doing so. There was good food here, and some of it was genuinely delicious, but the service made the experience far more frustrating than it needed to be. Mistakes and shortages happen. What matters is how they're handled, and that's where this visit really fell short.
