If anyone ever complains about Salata, then they simply do not like salad. Everything is always fresh, you have so many things to choose from there is no way possible that you can't get enough or have enough choices. You can get a large for a couple dollars more than a small and it is always overflowing when I get it to go. I always get my dressing on the side and they'll let me try the dress dressings together because I like to mix them. They make sure that there is no cross-contamination with gluten and let me know if anything has gluten that normally doesn't. I do miss getting the cookies though. read more

I wish they were more consistent. Usually the quality and service is good but recently we've had both bad quality and service. Ordering through the app we ordered a regular salad with double steak and a small salad, bowl of soup, and one white chocolate macadamia cookie and a pumpkin cookie. When we got home and opened the bag we were given 2 small salads, and 2 pumpkin cookies with one mislabeled as white chocolate macadamia. Once I called they told me we'd recieved a refund the next day because management wasn't available. The next day nothing was processed and they didn't reach out. The day after I called they said they would refund the difference... only for me to see that they refunded $1.08 when the actual difference was 5.95. This is the only salata in the area and its sad to see the quality and service go down. read more

I really enjoy this place. The salads always tastes fresh. It's definitely on the pricier side for what it is, but the quality makes it worth it (at least, in my opinion). The service is friendly and prompt, and I'm always greeted with a smile. The interior is bright and welcoming, and the outdoor seating is perfect for sunny days. OK, the first two times I came to Salata. I truly enjoyed the experience however, today at this location I don't know if these are franchised or not, but I just got charged extra for the dressing. I don't truly understand that and since the salad was already prepared, I felt bad about just nixing the whole thing because this place is already expensive and to add a cost for dressing? I spent $16 for a salad, the only protein I got was turkey and it was the small salad! I would suggest that if you choose to patronize this place, be prepared for a high bill additionally for the $16, I didn't have a drink at all. A great salad! Me and my parents in law went to enjoy three small salads for dinner tonight. I ordered the base of Arcadian salad and kale salad, with cucumbers, carrots, green bell peppers, apples, strawberries, almonds, radishes, feta cheese, quinoa, and the herb vinaigrette dressing. It was great!! Very flavorful and fresh. My only complaint is that there weren't dairy free options for cheese, and the only meat free options didn't include tofu. Kind of surprising. Definitely a place I'll eat at again!!! read more

Just awful. I use to order Salata all the time but this will be my last time. I ordered 2 salads togo through their website and when they arrived they were just so small. Paying all this money for a salad and they gave me super small portion and on top of that we both ordered cheese on our salads and neither of them came with cheese. We ordered One salad with blue cheese and feta and the other had mixed cheese. None of the salads came with cheese. Just disappointing read more

Great salad bar with lots of good toppings. A bit pricy for a bowl of salad, considering all meat options are extra. But the quality of ingredients were on par with what I paid and the croissant was a great side for the salad! We had one wrap and one small bowl salad and their operation is fantastic. They give you a choice they lead you through the whole line, taking their time, listening to the customer and making sure that it's a wonderful experience when you get to the register to check out they could use a little more beverage items, but the price, considering the atmosphere and the professionalism and the experience is well worth the price. read more

This place basically scammed me . went here about a week ago, ordered what i usually get on a salad whenever i do come here. a small with random veggies, i never add any protein or add ons because i come here for a light meal. last week i came here and got a small salad and that's it. i got charged for a small with chicken on it, told the lady that it was wrong, and u could even double check cause the container literally has a clear lid on it. she says "oh okay" meaning she heard what i said, she was messing around on the pos but nothing changed, she said i could swipe my card, but again as i saw her messing with the tablet and acknowledging that i pointed out the error, i just thought the price would update after i tapped my card. well it didn't and after i tapped my card i was still overcharged . i pointed it out to her and she acted brand new. she said she couldn't fix it (what a convenience) and that her manager would contact me to fix it. well a week later don't know how that would've happened in the first place since she didn't ask for any contact info and no call from this place. i could say i basically got scammed read more
