I mentioned this directly to Alesia Borja (MRP, SRES, PSA) before our Zoom meeting. As a listing partner with those credentials, I expected her to understand the program and explain how it works. Instead, the meeting turned into a long one-hour listing presentation, and the Guaranteed Sale Program was not discussed at all, even though that was the main reason I contacted them. Her follow-up response was that she would "connect me with the broker for clarity" and that the program is not designed for sellers who want a home sold in 30 days. That felt like my question was sidestepped rather than answered. Adding to the confusion, my husband listens to Adrienne Lally and Attilio Leonardi on their Saturday morning radio show, where they consistently say that "if they cannot sell your home, they will buy it." That messaging is very clear, yet the explanation I received suggested the reality may be much more limited. Because of that, the Guaranteed Sale Program felt more like a marketing hook to draw people in rather than something clearly explained upfront. Pros: Organized general listing presentation. Cons: The Guaranteed Sale Program, heavily promoted on their website and radio show, is not what it appears to be. Despite this being the main reason I contacted them, the program was not discussed at all during the meeting.
