We walk towards the trailers in question, behind a locked gate. Wait 20 minutes, finally we agreed that if this is how sales customer service is how bad it must be for other aspects of the company. After we started walking back and we were already almost to our truck someone else finally comes out. "Asks is there's something specific to look at?" DONE. What little communication I had with Bradley he clearly didn't pass along. So I responded with "we're leaving. We were interested but nobody came to help us" He then proceeds to try talking to my wife who is clearly trying to leave as well. They want 8 hrs to install and the online retailer recommended places to have it installed and they quoted me 2 hrs @ 158. Hmmmm, let me see.... There total bill with parts amounted to $3200.00. Funny, I can have it done for 1425.00 parts included in tualatin. Curtis, you lost my business for life. You over charge and that's not a good thing. Just remember, people will look for better prices because yours pricing is ridiculous. All done at another place for 375 with me ordering from Etrailer for $1125.00

One call and we had what we needed. They even have us a discount and left our time frame open as to return as we had no idea. They also offered a place to park when we were evacuated a second time from our evacuation site! This is an AMAZING and WONDERFUL company. On delivery day, we arrived and went through the typical walkthrough and sales pitch for extra this and that. After dodging the hook to spend a few additional thousand, we hooked up the trailer and low and behold, the weight of the trailer tongue was so great that the chains dragged on the ground. Sooo, we needed a weight distributing hitch. The sales guy pointed us to their "best design" and being mid-afternoon, we allowed them to install the hitch. Next day, I did the research I should have done before buying the hitch and discovered that their markup was $150 more than their competitor. I asked for an adjustment and was denied. Lesson to learn - the RV place will almost always charge more for accessories than you can get them for if you shop around. Their argument for not providing the adjustment was that everyone else pays the price I paid - which means that everyone else gets stuck in the same situation I was in and reluctantly agrees to help improve their margin.

Unsafe Work, Overcharges, Financial Strain & Unprofessional Behavior…read more I started noticing a clunking noise and weird feedback in the front suspension after this shop installed my Bilstein 5100s. Every time I went over a speed bump or reversed, I could feel the struts moving around, and the truck started pulling out of alignment. That's how I found out they had left out the top washers on the strut shaft -- the ones that are supposed to hold the strut tight in place. Without them, the struts were literally shifting inside the mount. That's not just sloppy -- that's unsafe. To make matters worse, they threw away all the Bilstein paperwork and hardware info, so I had nothing to refer to when I had to troubleshoot this myself. I had to research the torque specs and proper washer setup on my own just to fix what they didn't do right the first time. They also charged me nearly $300 just to install rear lift blocks, which is an insane price for something that simple. Then, because they didn't install the front suspension correctly, I now have to pay for another alignment, which adds to the mess. One of their employees also zip-tied a loose brake line bracket to my control arm instead of properly bolting it back down I have photos of proof. When I confronted them about it, the guy got defensive and argued with me. On top of that, they removed my strut boot, then tried to say it never came with one -- and later called me to apologize, basically admitting they were in the wrong. All said and done, I've spent close to $1,300, and because of their half-done work, I don't even have the money left to get everything fixed properly. I paid for professional work and ended up having to retorque bolts, buy hardware, and double-check everything they touched -- just to keep my ride safe. The whole idea fixing the suspension so I can be able to drive my kids and my baby around safely. But since my front struts are not properly installed and missing parts, I can't drive the truck anywhere. As you can see in the first PHOTO look in the back the missing washers! Save yourself the headache -- avoid this place. They do not take pride in their work, they overcharge, and clearly don't care about safety or customer trust.
